I like that Yooz helps me and the rest of the team post invoices quickly. It remembers the expense codes I use for a vendor and fills in the same GL code the next time, so I don’t have to remember the codes. When I update the expense code details, it automatically fills in the remaining tax details, which is a fantastic feature. I also like how quickly invoices show up in PBS after I post them, and how Yooz picks up updated PBS data when I refresh the vendor master data. That helps me see accurate AP details and avoid duplicate postings or payments. Yooz also picks up invoice images automatically and saves them to the corresponding invoice posting, so I don’t have to upload each invoice manually in PBS. I wish the vendor information refreshed faster. Yooz only recognizes a vendor if its master data was updated or refreshed in the last 12 months or so; otherwise, I have to go back to PBS and make a change, like adding a dot or a hyphen, before Yooz picks it up. I also don't really like the user interface. The website looks more like a news website, with lots of details running around. The interface isn't great, but it does the job.
