I like that Yooz centralizes all of the approvals, which is very helpful for my team as a lot of the staff I supervise are located at different sites. They can all log in and verify and approve, which makes things easier. I also like the fact that we can see the invoices. One of the things that I wish we could do with Yooz is to see if the invoices were paid, like their statuses. It might be that I just don't have access to that feature. Also, it would be helpful to have more intuitive, user-friendly functions around seeing how many people have approved and where the invoices are in the approval process, making it more visible on the dashboard instead of having to toggle that information. Another improvement could be a built-in AI tool for asking questions about how to use or find certain things, which might be helpful too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
