What do you like best about Yoodli?

Some of the best feedback we got about Yoodli is how realistic the scenarios feel. Tenured employees shared that the roleplays match real conversations they've had on the job. What do you dislike about Yoodli?

The user interface was a little challenging to get used to at first. I get the sense it was designed before so many new features were added to Yoodli, so sometimes it takes me a few extra clicks to find what I’m looking for. That said, the recent move of additional navigation options to the sidebar has already helped our new authors understand Content Spaces better. Yoodli is clearly working on improving the UI, and overall the experience is moving in the right direction. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Yoodli solving and how is that benefiting you?

Yoodli is supporting a lot of our work right now: Customer Success training to improve customer interactions, communication skills training for technical employees, and Professional Services offerings and use cases. We’re also just starting to try out product training. We really like being able to include real-time application and feedback as part of our enablement efforts, and we appreciate having a way to share that information with both our learners and their managers so they can continue coaching conversations in a 1:1 setting.
