What do you like best about Yoodli?

Yoodli is highly multi-purpose, with the ability to address a striking breadth of use cases across the enterprise. Beyond the traditional "stand and deliver" roleplay, we have used it to coach leaders through difficult conversations with team members, to prep sellers for unscripted and slide-free customer conversations and created practice sessions for demo delivery and storytelling. What do you dislike about Yoodli?

The back-end integration to our learning university is still not fully functional. To be honest, I'm not sure whether this is on our end, Yoodli's end or the go-between but we do lose the ability to track learners once they've clicked out of the eLearning and into the roleplay or Tutor. What problems is Yoodli solving and how is that benefiting you?

Global scalability, hands down! Gone are the days are scheduling 1:1s in office or via Zoom to complete the annual mandatory ServiceNow Corporate Narrative with a manager. Yoodli moved us from subjective manager-led feedback and "thin" AI feedback from another vendor to objective, actionable feedback in a judgment-free practice space for 8,000+ global sellers. (Which also allowed us to complete the project in half the time, shortening from a full quarter to just 6 weeks!) In another example, the AI Tutor helped 6,000 sellers practice describing new packaging tiers using their own specific customer rather than a genericized mock account.
