What do you like best about YOOBIC?

Yoobic have offered us an excellent custom platform to help us improve national company communication & streamlined operations.

All stages of the partnership has been communicated and delivered well with excellent communication and support.

The product itself offers many functionalities which are easy to use and overall easy to manage. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about YOOBIC?

There are some areas of opportuntity within the platform which will further develop the current product.

However, the feature request and product idea ticket system works well and with every update there is significant positive progress.

The social/communication side of the platform could be improved from a usability perspective. In particular the social community pages/social profiles to match that of Instagram/Facebook and the Chat function could work much better to match other platforms such as WhatsApp & Teams. Only then will large companies be able to fully transition to use Yoobic as their sole operational platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is YOOBIC solving and how is that benefiting you?

Yoobic has ultimately offered us a singular platform to communicate to the entire business and manage gym operations and task reporting.

The Insights custom dashboards in particular are a great tool which is helping us adjust ways of working to support remote management, Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
