**What do you like best about YOOBIC?**

- The access and design of the insights part is really user-friendly and well designed in a way that I don't have to look for data as everything is gathered together.
- The courses design part is made to facilitate the creation of modules: there are plenty of options to use to create an interactive content and catch the user attention.
- The newsfeed is truly built like a social network, therefore any user can feel at ease and will feel encouraged to post and engage.

**What do you dislike about YOOBIC?**

I don't see any real downside of Yoobic that prevent me from using the app correctly, but it can happen that there's tiny mistakes in translations or design features. Nothing that couldn't been fixed by the support team when reported.

**What problems is YOOBIC solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As we are a small team (training team - 4 people), Yoobic truly allows us to interact and target our worldwide teams in a single platform. This helps share the same information at the same time globally and save a lot of time. 
It also gives us access to insights that we wouldn't be able to have that easily without it.

**What do you like best about YOOBIC?**

Using YOOBIC keeps all of the tasks that our shop teams need to complete are all in one place. It's great for workflow processes. If a user enters in a value that is not the right standard, YOOBIC walks the user through the next steps needed to complete the task or take corrective action. The audits functionality is also a great tool to use and reporting on what has been completed vs pending audits still to be done

**What do you dislike about YOOBIC?**

Not much - reporting and insights could be easier to use and to give operational shop teams actions needed to be completed. Something like a summary at the end of the week to explain to the shop teams and area managers what went well this week, what outstanding tasks have yet to be completed etc

**What problems is YOOBIC solving and how is that benefiting you?**

YOOBIC helps to keep all our tasks in one place. It helps guide our managers through the workflow of the day but importantly coach them on corrective action and if needed directs them to SOPs that can help. We used a lot of paper based documents prior to YOOBIC and have now moved over to digital which has saved us time, print and paper costs and created efficiencies in our shop teams.

**What do you like best about YOOBIC?**

Flexibility, interface, and ease. I have used several tools and Yoobic has been the most complete. In terms of functionalities, ease of incorporating integrations, the fluidity of the application among other key elements. Additionally, the support has always been agile and they have always accompanied me throughout the process. The only thing it lacks is in terms of AI, being able to see other businesses that are not fashion, the functionalities of planogram analysis, executions among other elements that could provide us with greater depth in the analysis.

**What do you dislike about YOOBIC?**

The tool clearly has a focus on fashion. Or on other business units. In retail, where we have more than 2500 SKUs, it is a real challenge to get into detail when evaluating execution issues. Nowadays, all campaigns are self-assessments, and being able to address evaluation issues with the support of AI to be more objective based on well-defined standards would be what is needed. Besides, the analytics provided by Yoobic for analysis is limited. I would also improve the analytics services to generate impacts or key milestones with what the staff provides.

**What problems is YOOBIC solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Yoobic solves the lack of visibility in operations, the ability to have immediate and effective contact. Download instructions or signals immediately and be able to supervise daily operations. As well as a platform for handling requests from more than 16 areas. And issues of document availability. All of this in real time. This helps to make immediate decisions and align.

**What do you like best about YOOBIC?**

Ease of management
Ease of use
A simple and intuitive handling, which leads to a very good level of acceptance by the teams and a good integration of the latter.
Allows for quick and smooth feedback, storing documents, highlighting new processes, new products, or even conducting audits of different sites.
Also allows for easy communication with the teams.

**What do you dislike about YOOBIC?**

A disadvantage, but also an advantage, is the large number of updates for the app. This allows you to have all the new features and updates of the tool very regularly, but it requires teams to update their store (app store or Google) frequently. Some minor bugs occur when the device used is a bit too old (or the storage space is not large enough).

**What problems is YOOBIC solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The dissemination of information to the teams
The feedback of information from the teams.
The offer is therefore cross-functional

Yoobic allows for the evaluation of employees' work quickly and efficiently.
To have a record of the audits conducted.

To highlight new developments (new processes, new products, etc.) across all the sales points in our network

It also allows for competition among our leisure centers, to raise the bar and take the best centers in the network as examples to follow.

Finally, Yoobic is now our major tool for team training, with rankings that once again allow teams to always do better and more.

**What do you like best about YOOBIC?**

The platform allows for a lot of things that are necessary for the retail world, especially when the store network is substantial. The communication part is great; it allows information to be quickly transmitted to the teams. Personally, I find that this system is much better than exchanges via email. The communication part is also essential for us today; it allows us to follow up with our teams for numerous tasks (retail, VM, distrisupply...).

**What do you dislike about YOOBIC?**

There are sometimes small improvements to be made in the development area, but these issues are often minor (example: on some forms, we are limited in characters)

**What problems is YOOBIC solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Yoobic saves us an enormous amount of time, allowing teams to focus even more on sales. Thanks to the platform, everyone knows that the information is centralized there, making it much easier to find one's way around.

**What do you like best about YOOBIC?**

Yoobic brings frontline communication onto a modern platform, making it employee-friendly, easy to absorb, and visually appealing. It also supports an effective two-way communication channel, which helps information flow in both directions. Work module opened ways to more accurate execution in our Service Stations and real time insight for the HQ to see gaps, where support is needed.

**What do you dislike about YOOBIC?**

Even though extensive reporting is available across all modules, shifting away from module-based dashboards toward location- or region-level scorecards would add a lot of value.

**What problems is YOOBIC solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It shortens communication lines and by applying location attributes enables targeted, fast communication with service stations. The social media like functionalities engage the front line and help build a sense of community and belonging. Work module highlights gaps in new product or process implementation and in service standards, making it possible to act on them right away. For our admins it provides effective and fast ways to build professional content.

**What do you like best about YOOBIC?**

It’s an amazing tool for centralizing all our fieldwork in one place. It has great features, such as the learning module, which makes it easier to train and onboard the team. The AI also helps you create items quickly and then adjust them to your liking. Overall, it boosts business performance by creating clear workflows and well-defined tasks.

**What do you dislike about YOOBIC?**

I was used to the older version of the app, and with this new one I find it a bit more difficult to locate some of the items I used to find in just 1–2 clicks. That said, it’s true that this new version performs much faster and feels more responsive overall.

**What problems is YOOBIC solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With around 100 clubs open nationwide and plans to expand further, and with a structure that includes both franchises and sucursals, we needed a clear way to track and organize the full workflow required to succeed. That meant standardizing processes, creating an easy-to-follow task flow that’s simple to monitor, and keeping everything centralized in a single tool for the field team.

**What do you like best about YOOBIC?**

YOOBIC is now an indispensable tool in our Retail organization. It allows us to communicate in real-time with all our teams and quickly disseminate key information, whether it be commercial news, operations, procedures, or best practices.

One of its main strengths is the centralization of information on a single application. Thus, teams have a single access point, which facilitates understanding, responsiveness, and alignment of all employees on current priorities.

More recently, we have also developed product training courses and our new sales ceremony on YOOBIC. This digitalization effectively supports the skill development of teams while ensuring a consistent experience across the entire network.

Finally, the platform offers real-time visibility on completion rates and team engagement. This allows managers to more effectively manage deployments, quickly identify support needs, and ensure that messages and training are well understood in the field.

YOOBIC is therefore much more than a communication tool: it is a true platform for management, animation, and skill development in the service of Retail performance.

the chat feature is not powerful enough, especially to compete with a WhatsApp group where habits are very strong

**What do you like best about YOOBIC?**

YOOBIC is a reliable platform that we use to support retail performance, team alignment, and execution across the network. What stands out most is not only the tool itself, but also the quality of the strategic support behind it. The team is responsive, collaborative, and able to help us translate business needs into practical use cases.

From a platform perspective, YOOBIC performs well in helping us structure communication, follow up on priorities, and keep a clearer view of execution across stores. It is particularly valuable when consistency and visibility are important.

**What do you dislike about YOOBIC?**

Some features and workflows could be more intuitive, especially at the beginning. A bit of internal setup is needed to make the most of the platform.

**What problems is YOOBIC solving and how is that benefiting you?**

YOOBIC gives us a global view of what is happening across our stores and helps us identify opportunities to improve the retail network, especially in visual execution and store performance maintenance. It also helps us structure communication and digital learning in a more consistent and scalable way.

**What do you like best about YOOBIC?**

The application is simple to use and intuitive. Customization of the interface is not yet available, but future developments should further simplify its use.

The tool is very comprehensive, with a communication section, training, and activation control.

However, the analysis section is rather cumbersome, and the lack of support is noteworthy.

The AI seems interesting for content development; I am waiting to see the research and analysis section, where reports could be offered.

The application is not currently linked with other tools we use. Moreover, the document section still needs to be explored on our side and perhaps developed further.

From a pricing perspective, I have no visibility on it, but the reasoning by session or role seems inappropriate to me.

**What do you dislike about YOOBIC?**

The application is mainly designed to be used on a smartphone. There are differences between using it on a PC or a smartphone. Moreover, it is not practical to reset a password from a phone. The analysis section and the various tables seem powerful but far too complex. The management of points and rankings is not well-developed either. Some users can play points in battles and the ranking is skewed. It would be necessary to be able to separate the rankings. I did not appreciate the help and support received to use the application to its full potential, it is very disappointing.

**What problems is YOOBIC solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Yoobic helps us to have a quick setup of the various desired activations at different sites.

We offer training content thanks to Yoobic and we can especially track each person's skills.

We can also control all the sites in the same way.
