**What do you like best about YOOBIC?**

Great tool for digital training and VM management. It’s user-friendly for both backend and front-end users, and it keeps improving over time. It does the job, and that’s exactly what we want. real time information sharing, great chatbot and last but not least very easy integration

**What do you dislike about YOOBIC?**

Honestly, I don’t really see anything I don’t like about Yoobic. The only thing I could point to is the price, but then again the tool is very good, and quality comes at a cost.

**What problems is YOOBIC solving and how is that benefiting you?**

transform a boring ppt into playfull tool. immediate information sharing up and down. easy monitoring of all training done on the plateform and physically, basically structuring and monitoring the training path of all users. before information was share on links with pdf and ppt, now users have direct access to all information in one single place: this save a lot of time for everyone.

**What do you like best about YOOBIC?**

I like that it is playful, that we can propose very different tasks (recurring missions, orders, surveys). I find that the support is very responsive, which is very useful. The application is quite fast and functional, and easy to handle as well, facilitating the integration of the application.

**What do you dislike about YOOBIC?**

I find that there are some flaws:
- inability to translate a mission after it has been published, which is not practical in case of oversight, as one has to repost it and therefore study the data from multiple missions
- inability to directly translate the responses to a campaign, which is also really unfortunate (requires a very long work afterwards)
- extraction of data is also not very practical > for example, the questions are not rewritten, which prevents a clear reading of the results

**What problems is YOOBIC solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Yoobic allows us to create particularly practical checklists, which enables us to ensure the verification of our systems.

**What do you like best about YOOBIC?**

Campaigns and news can be targeted very specifically to the audience we want, homepages and tiles can be customised to suit our needs.

Campaigns also include multiple field types, which makes it very clear what information is required. The ability to upload photos speeds things up for our “campaign owners,” as they can quickly review things such as if marketing changes have been implemented across the estate.

Using the workflow and validation options simplifies processes for both showrooms and departments, and it makes it much easier and quicker to review completions and handle any back-and-forth requests, removing the need for multiple emails and much easier to track

**What do you dislike about YOOBIC?**

You can be very specific about which individual users you target for a campaign, for example. However, while you can create groups or import a list of sites into a campaign audience, you can’t import a list of users. That limitation makes it quite time-consuming to target specific individual users across different groups or sites.

**What problems is YOOBIC solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We can get information out to showrooms faster than we could with our previous platform, and it looks better as well.

Being able to create answer fields and then export all responses into a single Excel document means we no longer have to manage multiple Excel files with the same questions. It also saves the time we used to spend manually pulling everything together and collating it in one place.

It is currently solving the problem of multiple emails going out to showrooms by using validation and workflow.

The fact that Yoobic generates analytics gives us solid data to review, so we can clearly see the volume and statistics for campaigns, tasks, interactions, etc.

Targeted audiences and groups also reduce the unwanted noise for uses the information is not relevant to.

YOOBIC is a fantastic tool for Dreams, providing a simple and effective way to communicate with colleagues across all stores. It helps drive engagement, improve operational consistency, and share best practice quickly. Nothing bad about the product, once the team have understood it the usage has been great.

**What do you like best about YOOBIC?**

One of the elements I value most about Yoobic is how precisely we can target communication to the right audiences, whether by country, role, store type, or other defined groups. I also appreciate that user management is relatively straightforward, making the platform easy to maintain, and that it is not very difficult to integrate into our existing way of working. Another strong advantage is that we can tailor the look and feel to reflect our company identity, so it feels like a natural extension of our brand. What stands out most, though, is how versatile the platform is: it covers a wide range of our needs in one solution, from storing documents and sharing news posts to creating courses, building communities, and enabling individual chats. On top of that, the support we receive is extensive. Our Customer Success Manager consistently helps us explore how the platform can work best for our specific needs and highlights new features that could add value to our use case, while the broader support team is also easily reachable by email whenever needed.

**What do you dislike about YOOBIC?**

One area that can be challenging is that while audience targeting works very well for campaigns and the newsfeed, the options are more limited for courses and the document library. Furthermore, getting clear and specific dates for a new release or an overview of which new features the company is working on can be challenging as well, as timelines are not always communicated as precisely as we would like. In addition, some features that are available in theory do not always work as smoothly in practice. For instance, it is theoretically possible to combine workflows and action plans, but when the action plan is not placed in the final step of the workflow, it duplicates itself each time the workflow moves forward to a new step, this makes it unhelpful to use in practice.

**What problems is YOOBIC solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before using YOOBIC, we struggled with fragmented communication, scattered tools, manual reporting, and limited visibility across our store operations. This meant teams spent too much time exporting data, consolidating reports, and working across disconnected tools and formats. Since implementing YOOBIC and continuing to expand it, we can centralize communication, tasks, documents, and operational reporting in one platform. This has resulted in clear benefits: less manual administrative work, improved access to standardized insights and trend data, and faster, more informed decision-making. Most importantly, it has also helped reduce tool fragmentation for store employees by giving them one place to receive updates, complete tasks, access documents, and communicate, with strong adoption as an early sign of value. This also contributed positively to the mental wellbeing of our employees.

**What do you like best about YOOBIC?**

Deploying Yoobic has been a game changer for our retail function. The most important aspect is the real-time data it unlocks for us on how well our stores are executing our decisions, and how well trained our teams are.

The UI is easy to pick up and gives teams something that feels very similar to major social media platforms, so very little training is required. In the same way, the AI we’ve deployed is already paying dividends, ensuring our teams have quick access to what they need and reducing the amount of contact time required with senior leaders.

The software has been incredibly reliable, with only a single instance of downtime since we began the partnership, and that was resolved very quickly.

We currently use most of the modules, excluding integrations and workflows, although these may ultimately become relevant for us in the future as the business grows.

Finally, Yoobic were efficient and easy to deal with in the early stages, even though we had some difficulty on our side getting pricing agreed, which we appreciated. The onboarding process was also pain-free and generally easy to manage as we moved toward deployment. Overall, it’s been a good experience and something I would recommend to other retailers.

**What do you dislike about YOOBIC?**

The only downside so far is that, after implementation, our contact with Yoobic has slowed down significantly. Overall we’re happy, but we’d really appreciate more regular touchpoints—such as a QBR—as well as events or forums where existing customers can network and compare how they’re using the software.

**What problems is YOOBIC solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Visibility of execution, tracking of training, consistency of delivery and knowledge. The purpose of deploying yoobic was to give our restructured management teams more visibility of their stores, and the leaders above them the same. The software has hit the mark in every single way.

Yoobic is a powerful enabler for HQ-to-field alignment, combining communication, task execution, and training in a single platform.
Thanks to Yoobic, you'll be able to deliver clear, actionable priorities to stores while ensuring full visibility on execution through real-time reporting. The possibility to standardize processes via structured tasks, audits, and SOP distribution helps drive consistency at scale.

**What do you dislike about YOOBIC?**

Greater flexibility in fine-tuning user permissions within roles would allow more precise control and governance. Strengthening the hierarchy within tasks and campaigns would improve clarity and structuring of initiatives across multiple levels. Finally, expanding control over download permissions in the library would help better manage document access and ensure content is used as intended.

Yoobic addresses the challenge of fragmented communication and inconsistent execution across store networks. By centralizing information and providing clear, structured guidance, it reduces ambiguity for field teams and ensures priorities are understood and executed consistently. It also provides strong visibility on execution, allowing us to monitor who completed which tasks, whether deadlines are met, and track performance improvements across the entire store network. This leads to better coordination between HQ and stores, improved operational discipline, and more reliable implementation of key initiatives across all locations.

**What do you like best about YOOBIC?**

Yoobic is a great tool to connect administrative roles with field representatives and Points of Sale, and to understand the pain points around information from each side. On one hand, it helps standardize information and transform qualitative questions into quantitative data. On the other hand, the questions, missions, and UX are simple and intuitive for field representatives, which makes it easier to implement across these roles.

They are continuously improving the app and its performance, allowing them to cover more and more of their clients’ needs, which they collect through the support center.

They offer a simple analytics dashboard inside the app, and they also integrate quite easily with Power BI and MySQL, allowing you to bring the data into any data visualizer you want.

They are starting to implement AI for faster image and data analysis, but the prices are still too high to try a new feature, especially considering it’s priced per user.

**What do you dislike about YOOBIC?**

I would like to see stronger data analytics and KPI measurement built into the app. I think Yoobic does a very good job connecting the field with the office, but without these two features you still need to rely on another system to get a complete view.

**What problems is YOOBIC solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our main challenge is making sure we receive complete and accurate information from sales representatives during store visits, and confirming that everything that needs to be done is actually being done. With Yoobic, we can create missions that help us address all of this, while also giving us a single place to contact them, leave comments, and share information.

What I like best about YOOBIC is how it keeps our entire team connected in real time. It makes communication seamless, ensures everyone is on the same page, and helps us share important updates instantly, which really improves our daily collaboration.

We use YOOBIC daily for managing in-store operations and task tracking. The platform efficiently centralizes procedures, audits, and checklists, allowing our field teams to quickly access the information they need.

One of the most appreciated aspects is the intuitive mobile interface. Employees can complete audits, send photos, and track their tasks directly from their smartphones. This ease of use has significantly reduced the time spent on administrative tasks and improved compliance rates in the field.

**What do you like best about YOOBIC?**

I like the clean UI of YOOBIC, which helps in quicker access to what employees need. I appreciate the communities feature as it allows discussions outside of official news and encourages better cross-collaboration within an internal platform instead of using WhatsApp. I also like the task completion and tracking features, which make tasks simple to complete on multiple devices. Additionally, the implementation team was great during the setup, which made the process better, even though it was challenging with data manipulation.

**What do you dislike about YOOBIC?**

We don't enjoy the fact that platform timeout isn't separate for SSO and for local logins. I also would prefer having more access to adjust the platform, which is mostly locked down. For example, we want to host links to other apps, this needs to be updated manually by YOOBIC every time. Performance can sometimes also be a bit slow.

Yoobic allows me to see critical parts of the restaurant when I am not there. I’m able to hold staff accountable and maintain a good flow of daily checklists and procedures.

I have not found any downsides to having Yoobic.

When I am not at the restaurant, I am able to see that the back and front of house are set up correctly. I am able to see that the equipment is working properly. Any checklist or form that I need from our corporate office is readily available at the click of a button. Everything I need is all in one app. Very very convenient!

**What do you like best about YOOBIC?**

YOOBIC is a helpful system that our company uses to keep all our information in one place, with useful AI intelligence built in. The updated version also has a better UI. It was integrated seamlessly a few years ago, and overall it performs well, although it can be very slow at times. I don’t have a clear idea about the pricing, but I believe that if the system works well and is easy to use, then there’s a clear ROI and we are getting our money’s worth. Setup was straightforward, and it was easy to find help when needed.

I believe the UI can be better which sometimes does not help when searching for things or locating certain information.

**What do you like best about YOOBIC?**

What I like the most is that YOOBIC is a tool that can be used on both the PC and the smartphone, and on which it is easy to find certain information. The installation of the learning part was great, with a truly dedicated team and a very attentive contact person, which went smoothly and was a real pleasure. Navigation in the tool is fast and easy. And updates are regular to improve the platform.

**What do you dislike about YOOBIC?**

Regarding communication, I think we could improve the news feed, it's not fluid enough. And in the chat section, it's slow to find a person, the emojis are sometimes slow, ...

**What problems is YOOBIC solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Yoobic has truly solved the communication difficulties in the direction of Stores > Headquarters, which is not easy with different points of sale.

I appreciate that YOOBIC is a responsive and modern tool that allows me to use photos, write texts, and even use voice for drafting. This makes us efficient and faster in writing visit reports. The tool responds well to requests for remote mission validation, which particularly satisfies me.

**What do you dislike about YOOBIC?**

On the social network part of YOOBIC, it could be improved because it is very confusing currently. Searching for posts from certain people is sometimes very difficult. The mission feedback, especially the geolocation, is sometimes complicated in the stores.

YOOBIC allows me to remotely validate tasks for our managers, which makes me more efficient and faster with the use of photos and the voice feature for reports. The installation went smoothly without any issues.

To set up structured and structuring feedback, it is also perfect.

Currently nothing, the difficulty is the commitment of the teams, and helping them transition from email communication to communication via YOOBIC. Once that is achieved, it is a real asset.

What I like most about YOOBIC is the ease of creating tasks. Because it allows for being highly responsive and creating tasks very quickly as soon as an operation can be set up. The task can be created instantly, without waiting. It's the same for an e-learning module; you can also create information without needing to wait and put it online immediately for the stores.

**What do you dislike about YOOBIC?**

So what we might be able to improve is still the social network part, which lacks a bit of fluidity, and the chat part, which requires a lot of clicks and could perhaps be a separate obligation. Much more direct.

The insights could be more efficient in terms of results; sometimes you have to dig around a bit to try to gather the data you want for our analyses. The translation part is good, but we encounter some errors, such as words without spaces or texts that are unintentionally bolded. Regarding the assignment and targeting of targets, the process deserves simplification so that we can correctly integrate our user lists.

Yoobic is a very comprehensive software! It allows us to manage many aspects thanks to its various features.

The interface is very intuitive and allows for a certain degree of flexibility to customize it for your teams.

**What do you dislike about YOOBIC?**

There may be some bugs from time to time, but nothing very impactful on the experience one can have with it.

**What problems is YOOBIC solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Yoobic allows us to be closer to our teams in the field thanks to its communication aspect.

Yoobic also allows us to provide a large number of documents and tools in the same place.

We will also be able to control the quality of our teams' work.

What I like best is the ability to customize the platform and develop a wide range of specific use cases tailored to our needs.

**What do you dislike about YOOBIC?**

With great customization comes increased complexity. Sometimes, setting up or maintaining very specific use cases requires important manual configurations or complex workarounds.

**What problems is YOOBIC solving and how is that benefiting you?**

YOOBIC solves the problem of operational fragmentation between HQ and stores. By allowing us to build tailored workflows, it eliminates the need for multiple disconnected tools.

How it benefits me: As an application owner, it allows me to quickly deploy harmonized retail campaigns and specific operational processes across different regions, significantly reducing time-to-market and manual tracking

Having Everything in one place, on a platform which is so easy to navigate is an absolute lifesaver in day to day work.

Sometimes the tasking can be a bit confusing when trying to start a new task for others to complete.

Having everything in one place, easily navigated. In my role there is little time to be able to go onto multiple websites or platforms.
