What do you like best about Yodeck?

I’ve been using Yodeck for more than 1 year to manage the Ad TVs at our organization, and it’s an amazing, straightforward tool.

I also love that they keep adding new features and integrations, which makes it a powerful solution. 100% recommended. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Yodeck?

Sometimes our Ad TV turns off because of power issues, and we don’t find out until someone notices. Then we have to contact the help desk, and sometimes someone needs to go in person to unplug and plug the cables back in. It would help to get an alert when a screen goes offline and to have an easier way to restart it remotely. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Yodeck solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before Yodeck, it was hard to keep everyone up to date on what was happening at our organization. Now our community, residents, participants, and visitors can see our events and program details right on the screens. It's become a key tool to keep people informed about our activities.

We also have a bar, and during events we use Yodeck to show our bar menu and prices, which makes updates quick and easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
