What do you like best about Yodeck?

What I like best about Yodeck is how easy it makes keeping everyone on the same page. We’re an HVAC business, so there’s always a lot going on: service schedules, safety reminders, new product info, seasonal offers. Before Yodeck, most of that lived in emails or on paper notices that nobody really read. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Yodeck?

The built-in editor is good for quick updates, but when we want more custom designs for our HVAC promotions, we usually end up creating them in another tool and uploading them. It would be great to have a bit more design flexibility inside Yodeck itself. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Yodeck solving and how is that benefiting you?

Now we have screens in our reception area and in the staff and technician areas. Customers waiting at the front can see our maintenance packages, AC servicing tips for the summer months, and current promotions. That has actually started conversations and led to extra bookings. On the staff side, we use the screens for daily job updates, safety reminders, team announcements and training content, so the technicians see what they need before heading out.
