I use Yext to monitor and respond to customer reviews from different sites in one dashboard, so I don’t have to log into dozens of review sites manually, which saves us massive amounts of time. I like the AI-driven review generation and multi-channel monitoring for tracking and responding to customer feedback. The smart Review Generation balancing algorithm is what we value most: it automatically directs review requests to platforms where our visibility needs a boost or our rating is trailing. I also found setup pretty easy since we started with Yext and didn’t have to migrate data from another system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
One concern I have is that if I cancel my Yext subscription, many of my synced listings can revert to unmanaged states or old data instead of staying under my control. I’d like to be able to freeze the last-published data when canceling so directories keep current information rather than rolling back to legacy data. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
