What do you like best about Yext?

I like Yext's analytics feature the most. We build our own custom reports instead of using predefined graphs, and I've found nothing nearly as robust as Yext on other platforms. We can access important data points at a store, folder, or tag level, which include search term impressions by brand, customer actions like website button clicks, get directions, and calls. What do you dislike about Yext?

I think that the number one thing that could be improved is the feature for testing segments of stores. Currently, we have to tag stores, build our own samples, and then analyze the data. Yext has all the data, and a feature would allow us to do this more efficiently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Yext solving and how is that benefiting you?

Yext helps us make seamless updates across stores and ensures data consistency. It allows bulk updates, testing by segments, and compiles analytics needed for assessing performance and identifying opportunities. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
