I have heavily used the automated conversation feature and Active Campaign synchronization. I enjoy being able to create personalized text messages for customers, send automated conversations to engage with our customers as my company scales, and synch email + text communications with customers. We have noticed a significant uptick in customer engagement since using YetiText, and we have been able to scale operations more effectively due to this platform.
