What do you like best about yellow.ai?

The best part is building the flow of conversation usi g flow diagrams, and also using static clickbox functions to get the structure running in minutes Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about yellow.ai?

bot disfunctions multiple times , not a strong backend , when we try to add new features the bot gets chaotic, repeats the same journey again and again.

also while writing cloud functions , the code self-erases if it has errors , would have been better if the code is there and later we can get back to debug it.

journeys get wrongly matched.
