I like the map view in Yarooms; it gives me a clear picture of where I need to sit. The room booking is also easier, providing the exact location of the meeting room along with features and photos, which gives a better understanding of what to expect. The ease of use of Yarooms stands out for me, and I love the interface of the rooms. The Yaroons team also helped with onboarding, which made the setup pretty fine. I'm not thrilled with the meeting rooms that require approvals. There are some issues when booking them; it automatically triggers emails with "not available", and I wish it could be labeled as "tentative booking" until approval is done. Also, rescheduling meetings is a pain because there's confusion about whether a room is canceled and a new one booked, which sometimes means meeting rooms are getting occupied when one might actually be free.
