I appreciate that Yardi Kube keeps our contracts in one place and handles the invoicing. The time I save is immense. It gives me more time to focus on building relationships with members while it helps manage the floor. The implementation and setup team was great to work with and helped teach me the system as they set it up and added our current space information. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The contracts page is the one area that could be better. I’d like to redline a contract inside Yardi Kube and send the member a version to read and redline, followed by a final version to sign. I’d also like to change who signs the contract without changing the company’s main contact. That would help me finish contracts faster. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
