It did not take long to implement or to learn the ins and outs of the system. Unlike some sites, the Help function is actually helpful as well. **What do you dislike about Yardi Breeze?** My biggest issue with Yardi Breeze is the inability to go "back". Often, when you hit the back button in the browser, it takes you back to the Yardi home page. **What problems is Yardi Breeze solving and how is that benefiting you?** Yardi Breeze provides a centralized way for our entire team to track the Property Management functions of our properties. I most recently inquired how to run a report to view all payments to a specific vendor and Yardi provided step by step instruction with how to do so. No be able to generate month-to-month lease. The "Move in" feature does not let you assign a rentable time at zero charges. Site Manager keeps tenants on "Nees generation" even after the tenant signed the lease and the Manager countersigned, this makes it more complicated to keep track of the leases that actually need to be generated. **What problems is Yardi Breeze solving and how is that benefiting you?** Helps solve the issues with the tenant account. This is different from the filters which are retained.
