Yapp was great at allowing us to build a true digital community during our conference. It was great to be able to engage our audience and have a place to organically grow their connections with one another. Yapp allowed us to be more flexible In how we ran our events, as It made It so that we weren't held to schedules that were printed weeks In advance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

While there was no real downside of using Yapp, one Improvement I'd make would be to the comment management system. There were times I wanted to be able to directly respond to someone without posting their questions to our wall.
