**What do you like best about Xverify?**

Prepaid credits for validations seems fair.

**What do you dislike about Xverify?**

A failure rate of 34% on standard US addresses is unacceptable.  Our dev team and testers ran over 600 addresses on a new website implementation and found a 34% failure rate to validate confirmed US Addresses. Team went as far as to plug in known family member residential addresses in USA. The failure rate of 34% held true there as well (valid addresses were deemed invalid, causing form validation errors. Simply stated, the Xverify address validation API tool results in enough failed validations to deem it more trouble than it is worth. Customer service was non-existent with no reply to help requests. Unacceptable in many ways.

**What problems is Xverify solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Tried to solve web form address validation conerns. No benefits realized.

**What do you like best about Xverify?**

Ease of use and ability to setup a tiered credit contract based on your expected usage.  Pricing is really great, and their product support team is very responsive.  The info and details you get on the email status cannot be matched on other platforms. 

**What do you dislike about Xverify?**

Nothing major, only negative i can really think of is larger lists take a long time to complete the clean job. The longest i have ever waited is maybe 20 minutes for a list size of around 50k+ emails. 

**Recommendations to others considering Xverify:**

If you need a reliable, easy to use and effective email cleaning tool - Xverify is the only place to look.  Their level of service, pricing and UI do not compare to any other platform on the market. 

**What problems is Xverify solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Database clean up, new list cleaning before adding into a marketing automation campaign.  Business Development list cleans to know that the emails are safe to send to and will not negatively impact our domain reputation.
