What do you like best about Xtensio?

Xtensio takes the pain out of creating marketing reports, proposals, and strategy decks. The drag-and-drop interface is clean, the templates are stunning, and brand customization is seamless. It saves me hours on every project and makes my deliverables look agency-level without needing a designer. Collaboration is smooth, exports look sharp, and everything just works. What do you dislike about Xtensio?

There’s not much to complain about — I’d love to see a few more industry-specific templates (especially for digital marketing agencies), but the existing library already covers 90% of what I need. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Xtensio solving and how is that benefiting you?

Xtensio has solved one of the biggest challenges in my marketing workflow — turning strategy and analytics into visually engaging, client-ready presentations without wasting hours in PowerPoint or Canva. It bridges the gap between design and communication, letting me focus on content and storytelling instead of formatting.

For me, that means faster turnaround times, more consistent branding, and higher client satisfaction. I can easily collaborate with team members, update live documents, and present or export deliverables on the fly.
