What do you like best about Xref?

Fully automated and integrated with our RMS/ATS - simple to use, very user friendly (internally & externally). Its a game changer for internal TA teams but also for hiring managers. As for the candidate and the referees experience, we have also only heard good things thus far. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Xref?

Like any system, there are bugs at times when new versions or patches are rolled out, but the Xref tech & support teams are on top of these and always sorts things out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Xref solving and how is that benefiting you?

Conducting reference checks takes a lot of time and effort; with an automated system that relies on candidates to reach out to their referees and by responsibilizing them to do it, the results are much faster and easier to get. The system also allows you to passively get referees interested in joining your organization which is very cool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
