What do you like best about Xref?

Ease of use and integration with our ATS - this gives us the ability to have a single-click process for our hiring team. The Xref team is easy to work with and quickly answers questions if we do need support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Xref?

I don't dislike anything about the Xref system. From initial inquiry to daily use, everything has been extremely straightforward and easy to understand, integrate, set up and utilize. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Xref solving and how is that benefiting you?

Prior to integrating Xref into our hiring process, we were relying on manual reference checks which were both time consuming, and not well aligned between locations or from an HR perspective. We now have standardized reference check processes across all of our business locations and positions, have the ability to alter questions based on the role, and have saved hours for our hiring managers who no longer lose time on manual tasks that are done more efficiently by Xref.
