Its huge list of supported devices and technology partners gives me strong confidence in its capabilities. The support team is also quite effective at providing the resolutions I need when issues come up. Pricing feels justified for what the product offers and the overall experience. The UI/UX feels pretty average, nothing particularly impressive; but the overall performance is smooth and jitter-free. While AI analytics from multiple vendors can be integrated seamlessly, I feel that at a premium, corporate-level price point, some AI analytics should be included as complimentary.
