I have already informed the support, and they have responded excellently. I would appreciate it if customers could reschedule their training days themselves. It often happens that they are unable to complete a workout as scheduled but make it up on the next or following day. A kind of group chat or group features, and the ability to send specific messages to all my clients, would be fantastic. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Hi Dimitri! Thank you for your constructive feedback and for highlighting the features you'd like to see in TrueCoach. We're glad to hear that our support team has been responsive to your needs!
Your suggestion for allowing clients to reschedule their training days was heard, and we've released a new feature that lets clients do just that! We also think implementing group communication is a great idea and that's still on our radar. Messaging all of your clients at once, "Broadcast", has also been implemented!
We take your input seriously as it helps us to enhance the functionality and user experience of our platform. Please stay tuned for future updates, as we're always working on improving TC!
