Xplenty was the only team that could get across all our data sources and centralise our data in one place, then visualise it through Google Data Studio. We're a fund that looks across multiple companies-- so being able to finally compare like for like across companies puts us on better rails for decision making. While there were other solutions out there promising speed and simplicity, Xplenty was the only team the held our hands as we did the transformations needed to actually be able to realise data aggregation in a human sensical way. However, it soon becomes very clear that truly solving the data aggregation problem (possibly the problem of the decade) requires a level of hand holding - even with data scientists in house - that made us grateful for having access to their expertise. Visualising our sales funnels, getting an understanding of customer personas, seeing real time updates, measuring tactical things like page speed, 404 errors, conversion rates, response rates...
