We have found XpertCoding to not only deliver accurate, effective autonomous coding, but it is backed by a highly engaged team who are committed to our success. This is a key differentiator in that the engagement in no way fell off once the sales cycle was completed. Their implementation teams and leadership are knowledgeable, thoughtful, and highly responsive. We're now processing thousands of claims in near real time that not only reduces clinician burden, but increases the accuracy of our CPT and ICD-10 coding, thus enhancing compliance while also ensuring our clinicians are credited for the work they've performed.
