The UI is very easy to follow. Every module has a "centre" making it easy to navigate and learn the new system. If there are any questions or issues the new AI bot answers most questions pretty quickly. The next is the level of support the team provided from onboarding to the full hyper care implementation. My only draw back is some of the loading screens can take longer to load as volume or orders/transactions increase. The reporting can also be a bit limiting, but a simple ticket to them will get you all the fields you need added. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
