What do you like best about XoroERP?

Xorosoft is our source of truth for order processing, inventory, and accounting. What stands out most is the partnership - we're in a super growth phase and they consistently take the time to listen, scope our integration plans with thoughtful questions, and make sure we're 100% satisfied with the result. The reporting is the other big win - we can slice and dice data however we need. The value is also real - compared to the bigger ERP companies, Xorosoft offers a lot for what you pay. What do you dislike about XoroERP?

A few minor things. It's best on desktop - we've found it tough to maneuver on iPad and haven't even attempted phone yet, so if your team works on the go, that's something to know upfront. The reporting is plentiful, but there's a learning curve to figure out which reports actually serve your business best. And like most ERPs, learning which fields work for your workflow takes some trial and error - though there are plenty of custom field options to get you where you need to go.go. What problems is XoroERP solving and how is that benefiting you?

We were really struggling with inventory tracking - specifically, getting visibility into serial numbers on the outbound side with our 3PL. We shared the struggle with Xorosoft and they scoped and built out a solution with us. Now we have real systems in place to track inventory out in the world, which means we can service our customers faster and with more accuracy. As we scale, that kind of visibility is everything.
