What do you like best about Xoralia - SharePoint policy management software?

Xoralia has been an excellent content management solution for our organization. The implementation process was smooth, well-organized, and easy to navigate, allowing us to get up and running with minimal disruption. The Xoralia team at Content Formula has been incredibly responsive, supportive, and knowledgeable throughout the entire process.

Our biggest challenge during the implementation process was that we needed to convert our 900+ pieces of content from an HTML based format to standard Word documents. The Xoralia team was supportive of this process and worked with the timeline we needed to accomplish the task. They also customized their standard implementation process to support the Features we wanted to release first (i.e., Document upload, Approval Workflows, Webparts, then Attestation function).

One of the biggest strengths of Xoralia is that the team genuinely listens to customer feedback and turns suggestions into meaningful software updates. That level of responsiveness gives us confidence that the product will continue to evolve in practical, user-focused ways.

Of the policy management software options we considered, Xoralia provided the greatest value for the largest number of features. We reviewed another company with essentially the same core capabilities, but its price tag was more than three times higher than Xoralia’s. That combination of robust functionality and strong value made Xoralia stand out during our evaluation.

The platform is also easy to use for both end users and document owners. End users can quickly locate the documents they need, while document owners have a clear and straightforward experience managing updates, revisions, and publication.

The performance has also been great. During implementation, we did experience some website slowness that initially concerned us, but the Xoralia team worked extensively to identify the root cause and resolve it. What do you dislike about Xoralia - SharePoint policy management software?

There is no way to Archive documents within Xoralia itself. It must be done on the SharePoint side. However, our company is looking at ways to try to automate some of that ourselves. In the meantime, our Xoralia Administrator handles all requests to Archive documents. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Xoralia - SharePoint policy management software solving and how is that benefiting you?

Xoralia's approval workflow is especially valuable because it supports collaboration during document creation and revision while still ensuring the proper approvals are completed by the correct parties. Our old software had no approval workflow and often individual document owners would make their own updates and it wasn't until after they were published that others also had updates that were needed. Xoralia saves us re-work time so that the document can be updated correctly the first time.

We also implemented the AI Search on one of our SharePoint Intranet pages. As everyone knows, AI is not perfect, so we put a Xoralia Search webpart on 1/2 of the page and the other 1/2 has the AI Search. This way users have the option to try the AI Search but can still check their answer with the standard search if AI doesn't produce the desired results. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
