"Xoralia Provides Us Seamless Policy Management System"

What do you like best about Xoralia - SharePoint policy management software?

What we liked most about Xoralia was the combination of a well-designed policy management platform and an exceptional onboarding experience. The onboarding process was structured, efficient, and supported by an intuitive onboarding portal that made it easy to track progress, access training materials, and stay informed throughout implementation.

The platform itself provides users with easy access to the most current version of policies, helping ensure consistency and compliance across the organization. We especially value the workflow functionality, which enables policy owners, reviewers, and approvers to seamlessly collaborate during policy creation and revision cycles. This streamlined process improves efficiency, enhances accountability, and helps ensure that all stakeholder feedback is captured before policies are published.

Additionally, the Xoralia team was highly responsive and easy to work with throughout the project. Despite operating in different time zones, we experienced no communication challenges or delays. What do you dislike about Xoralia - SharePoint policy management software?

We have had a very positive experience with Xoralia overall, and there were no significant issues that negatively impacted our implementation or day-to-day use of the platform. As with any new system, there was a learning curve as users became familiar with the platform's features and workflows, but the onboarding portal, training resources, and responsive support team helped make that transition smooth and manageable.

Any minor questions or configuration needs that arose during implementation were addressed quickly by the Xoralia team. Additionally, despite the time zone differences, communication remained consistent and effective throughout the process. Overall, we found very few drawbacks and have been pleased with both the platform and the level of support provided by the Xoralia team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Xoralia - SharePoint policy management software solving and how is that benefiting you?

Xoralia has helped us solve several key policy management challenges by providing a centralized, structured, and user-friendly platform for creating, reviewing, approving, and distributing policies.

Before implementing Xoralia, ensuring employees had access to the latest policy versions and maintaining a consistent review and approval process could be time-consuming. Xoralia addresses these challenges by serving as a single source of truth for all policies, giving users easy access to the most current and approved versions of documents. This reduces confusion, minimizes the risk of employees referencing outdated information, and supports compliance efforts across the organization.

The platform's workflow capabilities have also significantly improved our policy governance process. Policy owners, reviewers, and approvers can seamlessly collaborate within a structured workflow, making it easier to track revisions, collect feedback, maintain accountability, and ensure the appropriate approvals are obtained before publication. This has streamlined the policy lifecycle and reduced the manual effort previously required to manage reviews and approvals.

In addition, Xoralia's SharePoint integration allows us to leverage our existing Microsoft ecosystem while enhancing document control, visibility, and governance. The result has been greater efficiency, improved compliance, better user adoption, and increased confidence that employees are accessing accurate, up-to-date policy information whenever they need it.
