The facility and all the tools we have for tracking our loads help us get things done easily and quickly. The implementation process can be completed fast, and whenever we need anything, their customer support is right there to help. What do you dislike about XLR8? When using the report gadgets, data can sometimes take several minutes to load, especially when working with larger datasets. This can interrupt workflow and make it more difficult to quickly analyze information or respond to client needs in real time. It would be helpful if report performance could be optimized, or if loading indicators provided more detailed progress updates so users have better visibility into the status of their reports while the data is being processed. Before using XLR8, we relied on multiple tools and communication channels to track freight, locate pickup and delivery addresses, and manage load requirements and status updates. This often required additional manual effort and made it challenging to maintain a complete, real-time view of our operations. With XLR8, all of that information is centralized in a single platform. We can track freight in real time, view pickup and delivery locations on a map, and easily access load requirements, commodity details, and status updates. This has improved visibility across our shipments, reduced the time spent searching for information, and helped our team stay more organized and efficient throughout the freight lifecycle.
