I had help from 2 engineers at XL.net on 2 different occasions.

Ian was able to help me and reset my password promptly and connect to VPN successfully without any issues.

Eric was polite and professional and helped me with 2 requests, add me as local admin and create a shortcut to remote in another Desktop, he completed both requests under 10 minutes with no issues at all. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
