What do you like best about XfilesPro?

Professional onboarding team that is very attentive to all my questions and provided valuable support during implementation. The integration interface for admin users is very intuitive and easy to follow during initial setup. In case of running into problem, the support team was always available to help via call. The onboard team also made themselves available when connecting to our clients and were very discreet and accommodating. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about XfilesPro?

Nothing at the moment. The only challenge I had was that our internal installation user guide was slightly outdated and didn't mirror the features in the installed packages. I was able to find some online materials (Youtube) of xFilesPro, but the materials there are also a bit outdated. So it could be very helpful to send release notes and feature updates to clients on a regular basis. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is XfilesPro solving and how is that benefiting you?
