What do you dislike about Xerox FreeFlow Print Server?

The Problem: The learning curve isn't just a curve; it’s a cliff. For someone used to Windows-based print servers like Fiery, the navigation and logic of FreeFlow can feel counterintuitive and "old school."

What problems is Xerox FreeFlow Print Server solving and how is that benefiting you?

The problem is having to manually set up booklets, business cards, or calendars for every single order. The benefit is that Programmable Queues and Hot Folders let you automate those repetitive tasks. In a school environment, for example, you can create a “Final Exams” queue that automatically applies imposition, duplexing, and specific tray calls the moment a file is dropped in.
