What do you like best about Xero?

What do you dislike about Xero?

As a user of Xero, I have found that the software has some limitations. One limitation is that it is only available as a cloud-based solution, which means that I need an internet connection in order to access it. Of the shortcomings you touch on a couple of things that might not be relevant to a small business which is who the software is designed for. We have a good robust set of 'typical' features and for more advance or niche requirements we have over 1000 apps that sync with Xero.
