What do you like best about Xero?

Xero is quite simple to administer after I have configured it. I like that I can consolidate user access, permissions and financial workflows into one platform. The integrations are very helpful for integrating the Xero account to other applications we use with the business and the MFA is a suitable simple security control. What do you dislike about Xero?

There are a few more admin settings that would be nice to be easier. Managing permissions checked and up to date for several integrations and users can be a little tedious. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Xero solving and how is that benefiting you?

It provides the business teams with one single cloud platform for finance activities rather than a scatter gun of spreadsheets and other platforms. And from an IT point of view, it's easier to manage user administration and review permissions, and you get greater visibility of how the platform integrates with other applications.
