My favourite thing about Xero is that it automates all the bank transactions for me. It saves me a lot of time by not having to input transactions. My other favourite feature is dashboard where I can see my cash flow and unpaid invoices in one screen. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
One downside to Xero that I find is that making customized reports becomes a bit challenging. This is because at times, the available standard reports may fail to meet my requirements, and hence I am forced to take more time tweaking them. Also, the pricing may seem expensive for small firms with fewer transactions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
