What do you dislike about XaitCPQ?

The system's complexity presented a problem for us because it made it difficult to make modifications without relying on XaitCPQ help. A more user-friendly admin interface would be beneficial, especially for less experienced users. The complexity of the system is a serious problem because it becomes challenging to independently maintain and update it. Almost every modification that needs to be made involves users needing help from Xait. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
