What do you like best about XaitCPQ?

Our company is able to submit many more quotes and drawings through the internet than we would if we had to do it all by hand. It has exceptional customer support; highly customizable product, sensible price point to serve small businesses, it has the advantage of being easily customizable for end users and admins. Additionally, it is quite useful for configuring pricing structures, generating parts numbers, and creating pricing workflows. I discover the product to be very user-friendly as well. What do you dislike about XaitCPQ?

The product has worked perfectly for me. At first, we had difficulties with the lack of instruction manuals, but if you raised a support ticket, you got a response and someone either explained it in detail or showed you how to do it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is XaitCPQ solving and how is that benefiting you?

To receive an order for printed products in the advertising and print department, we need the exact price, dimensions, type of printed materials and frames and other options that are all reviewed by the customer and the final price will be announced to the customer by this platform. Using it makes it easier and more convenient for our sales team to stay on top of their game and gives us the ability to get the best base price for all our products.
