What do you like best about Xactly?

I like Xactly for the ability to automate our entire process, which really cuts our processing time down. I'm also excited about moving into AI in the near future. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Xactly?

We have trouble with the credit assignment rules. Yes. We have issues with the current assignment tool. And complex rules. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Xactly:

Xactly is a great tool and beneficial to both the admins and end users (sales reps & managers). Implementation can be lenghty, but is well worth it. If ever you run into a problem, they have an incredible support team that is always more than willing to help make iit right or help you understand what's needed to fix the issue.
