It's an easy software to learn. User friendly, and it gets better as they do more updates and add more tools. I started in the industry 10 years ago and had to learn everything on my own as I go, I used a few estimating products in the beginning but enjoyed Sactimate the most and have been using it ever since. I would like to see a more detailed line item description and more info on what is included or excluded in a particular line item. Would be a big help with talking to insurance adjusters.
