What do you like best about X1 Search?

X1 allows me to focus on my work and not spend time and energy filing. I can get find what I need among thousands of files and emails efficiently and quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about X1 Search?

The UI is not as elegant as it could be, but it is efficient. I have had some periodic integrity issues, but support has worked tirelessly with me to ensure that I can get back to optimal functionality. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering X1 Search:

Every time I've changed companies, the first thing I did was get a new license for X1. It is second only to outlook in my most critical applications. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is X1 Search solving and how is that benefiting you?

I have a wide set of data sources and need to be able to find them, and cross-reference them on a ad hoc basis. Emails and files don't always fit neatly into one folder or another, lots of linked data. X1 allows me to file them quickly and simply and then come back and find what I need, when I need it.
