What do you like best about X0PA AI?

The interface was seamless and the interview experience in terms of the assessments and the clear email communications is a great help. I was able to have visibility during my interview stages, which is helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about X0PA AI?

Nothing to dislike as per my experience. The interview flow was crisp and the candidate feedback feature/option the platform has is a great access point in terms of two way communications Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is X0PA AI solving and how is that benefiting you?

This new platform definitely takes away a lot of manual pain points is what I think. The asynchronous interview scheduling was superb I would say as I had to reschedule my interview timeslots a couple of times and I did not have to reach out to the panel attendees as next available slots were available for easy rescheduling.
