For our spring conference, we previously relied on Google Forms and a mix of reports to reconcile registrations, continuing professional education, and evaluations. We had a few last-minute requests from presenters, and with such a short timeframe to learn the system, there were a few features I couldn’t figure out in time—such as adding speaker biographies and including additional resources like presenter handouts.
