## Wufoo Reviews
  ### 1. Wufoo review

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Debra H. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 14, 2020

**What do you like best about Wufoo?**

Easy to duplicate forms that need to be updated for repeat events

**What do you dislike about Wufoo?**

Can't "archive" past events, so everything is always visible. Makes it hard to find current events.

**Recommendations to others considering Wufoo:**

Great place to start if you need simple registration forms. Very friendly pricing for nonprofits.

**What problems is Wufoo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

All of our registrations for classes and events is in one location.

  ### 2. The online form builder that will meet all your needs with simple yet efficient operation

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Zaire N. | Graphic Designer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 02, 2019

**What do you like best about Wufoo?**

What I liked about the program is the ease in which you can create forms since all its interface is very thought out and organized. It allows you to create shapes without confusion or complicated procedures, all so that any user does not care if they have never used a software like this before do not find any problems when using the tool. It also allows you to choose from a wide variety of fields for answers so that the end user feels more comfortable filling out the form due to the dynamics and simplicity that they observes.

**What do you dislike about Wufoo?**

There are not many things I can say that I did not like this software, it actually delivers everything that offers everything in the best possible way. One of the few points against it is its mobile view, it is not as responsive as I thought and you can tell that it is not fully optimized, presents sudden bugs so in general it is a bit clunky. The default background presented by the forms is not at all attractive, it looks outdated and in addition to this there is no option to configure a new one that would be used as the default.

**Recommendations to others considering Wufoo:**

If you need a program or platform that make form design that would fits your budget and offers good features for multiple answers, customization, flexible payment options then Wufoo is what you need. It is one of those software that does not create much impact in the view but by giving you time to use it you will see that it is an application that will help you add that didactic and attractive touch to all the forms that you make, as well as the possibility to integrate its functions to others software present in your company.

**What problems is Wufoo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I work for a small marketing design startup that is in its infancy and one of our first requirements was to acquire affordable software for our budget but still provide above average functionalities to be able to make forms really attractive without making them very complex because of the audience we would be focusing on. Wufoo was the perfect tool with excellent payment plans that fit our budget very well and that its great performance increases our productivity and engaging with our audience.

  ### 3. One of the Greatest Webform websites out there

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Thomas P. | Deputy Director of Operations and Volunteer Managment., Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 29, 2019

**What do you like best about Wufoo?**

Wufoo is very simple to use. It's not complicated at all. and I love that you can customize your forms as well. You can even add your company logo;s to it.

**What do you dislike about Wufoo?**

I wish it had more free features. I also wish that it auto recycled the entry numbers. You get 100 a month free, but the number doesnt reset every month. you have to reset it manually.

**Recommendations to others considering Wufoo:**

If you are looking for an easy to use web form program with complete professional looks, and feel, then Use Wufoo. It's Awesome! I've been using it for years with my company, and it's a great and easy program. The other think i love about it, is that it keeps records of every single entry left on your forms.

**What problems is Wufoo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

better formatting, more options available them some other ones I've used in the past.

  ### 4. Wufoo experience

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Publishing | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 01, 2020

**What do you like best about Wufoo?**

This platform is definatley on the basic side which makes it super easy to use.

**What do you dislike about Wufoo?**

Overall the platform is win for our internal company surveys. Surveys that are used on the client front sometimes have a a glitchy set up when setting up gating questions.

**What problems is Wufoo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are surveying employees through this as well as our datebase on behalf of our clients.

  ### 5. Great Form Solution

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Paul G. | Marketing & Creative Director, Residential & Unique Building Consultant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 04, 2019

**What do you like best about Wufoo?**

Wufoo is a quick and easy way to make forms, and integrate them into Wordpress, mail chimp and Nutshell our CRM. We absolutely love that we can Capture names off our website, where with one click, they get a thank you note and email, we add them into mail chimp, we capture them into our CRM and make a new lead assigned to appropriate person.

**What do you dislike about Wufoo?**

So far the only issue I have had with Wufoo is the constant moving of features in tiers, we used them as a free option for years, and then all of a sudden had to pay to continue to do what we had been doing since the beginning.

**What problems is Wufoo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Easily Capturing names off our website, where with one click, they get a thank you note and email, we add them into mail chimp, we capture them into our CRM and make a new lead assigned to appropriate person like I said is our biggest problem solved and benefit.

  ### 6. Wufoo for Non-profits

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Steve C. | Youth Pastor, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 24, 2019

**What do you like best about Wufoo?**

Wufoo has been an excellent tool in helping us coordinate our registrations for our annual youth conference (the Ignite Conference). It collects the information we need from our registrants and helps us prepare for their arrival. Also, when our employees at our organization use Wufoo to request time off, the form is very easy to use as well.

**What do you dislike about Wufoo?**

The only thing that I personally don't like is the name of the product - to me, it sounds a little silly. Other than that, though, there is not much I dislike about this product - it has been very helpful to us! (Upon further reflection, I do wish there was some way we could easily add our youth conference's logo to the registration page that we operate through Wufoo).

**Recommendations to others considering Wufoo:**

If you're looking for a clean and easy to use form-builder, then Wufoo is a GREAT option!

**What problems is Wufoo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Without Wufoo, our registrations for our annual Youth Conference would be disorganized and of very poor quality. Wufoo helps us keep track of everyone. Additionally, we use Wufoo internally in our organization for employees to request time off.

  ### 7. Perfect for Survey's!

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Higher Education | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 14, 2020

**What do you like best about Wufoo?**

I use Wufoo several times a year for the ease that it provides with distributing surveys to my constituents. It allows for a collection of information from all participants in one easy to find spot. It's also extremely user friendly. I also love that users can register for free and the the demo's they provide to guide you thru the form building is awesome!

**What do you dislike about Wufoo?**

I would like to see more templates available for use.

**What problems is Wufoo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am able to gather information from participants that are harder to track down. Providing them with an easy form to fill out on Wufoo makes it easier for them to want to fill it out.

  ### 8. Automated forms made simple

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Religious Institutions | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 10, 2019

**What do you like best about Wufoo?**

My favorite feature of Wufoo is the customization of each form. With the ability to add automation to form, the user's experience can be customized based on the answers and needs that they have. This cuts down on the number of forms needed for our team since we can add more customization to individual forms.

**What do you dislike about Wufoo?**

Wufoo is used outside of our team's database, and while serving a great purpose, we are not able to add the traffic through our Wufoo forms in our analytics. It contains no integration with any of the applications that we use in our registration process. When adding the email notifications for completed forms, the process of customizing the email responses can take a level of coding knowledge.

**Recommendations to others considering Wufoo:**

Wufoo provides great customization and will meet the need of any type of form that needs to be created. The pricing isn't cheap necessarily, but you get what you pay for. For our team, having a tool that can carry our branding elements, be adjusted as needed, and work properly every time, is worth our annual cost.

**What problems is Wufoo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have created a process for our team members to submit content requests by filling out Wufoo forms. The ability to customize the forms based on the users' responses has created a great experience for capturing the information that we need.

  ### 9. Great Form Building Engine. Ugly Forms

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brice W. | Managing Director, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 18, 2019

**What do you like best about Wufoo?**

I loved the ease of use of the form builder and the contingent logic of the builder. It had form analytic widgets and reports right out of the box. Some of the more costly more robust form builders don't have anything close to that. It was also handy to have the GPS ping when a form was used so we could see that our team was where they said they were when they were completing an on-location survey.

**What do you dislike about Wufoo?**

No matter how much you stylized the forms they just looked plain ugly. There was really no way around it. You could improve them a bit with some CSS but there wasn't anything you could do to mask that they were just digital forms. Also, there is a 100 field limit which is pretty restrictive considering that some of the fields count as multiple field uses.

**Recommendations to others considering Wufoo:**

If you need a quick, robust, and considerably inexpensive solution for user data collection, recruiting process, surveys and more then Wufoo is the way to go. If you are looking for a system that is packed to the brim with features and can handle larger forms then look at Cognito forms of Formstack.

**What problems is Wufoo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

At the time of use, we connected Wufoo with Asana. We used it for exit interviewing, recruiting processes like to prescreen questions, reference checks, and a variety of other items. Eventually, we started using it as a piece of a makeshift help desk while we were between two systems. It actually worked pretty well as a temporary fix.

  ### 10. The best way to get all the answers

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Non-Profit Organization Management | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 26, 2019

**What do you like best about Wufoo?**

What i like the most about wufoo is that it is easy to embed in places like via a website or email and along with that its easy to look at results and search for different surveys created.

**What do you dislike about Wufoo?**

I dont have any particular dislikes, I have a few ticks where I wish I could just click on the name of a persons survey to see their input but i have to click a specific button or maybe the ability to see everyones response on one page.

**Recommendations to others considering Wufoo:**

It continues to get better and better. The new and improved design also benefits everyone that uses it as well.

**What problems is Wufoo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This is how we do our membership forms, knowledge forms, information forms, you name we got it form for our church. STREAMLINING COMMUNICATION AND FEEDBACK TO ONE SOURCE.

  ### 11. Survey System

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Joanna K. | Recruiter III, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 04, 2019

**What do you like best about Wufoo?**

Wufoo has proven to be a helpful tool to create, send out and collect surveys. I have to say this is an incredibly easy software to use. They allow you to choose from templates they've created or the ability to start from scratch and customize it exactly how you want! I've found Wufoo to be easy and the price is low and affordable as they have options for non-profits as well.

**What do you dislike about Wufoo?**

The downside is that there is no direct option to simply download the survey you've created. You have to hit print and then in the printing settings, there is an option to download from there.

**Recommendations to others considering Wufoo:**

Wufoo is a cheaper alternative to other surveying software with the same quality.

**What problems is Wufoo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has eliminated my direct problem with trying to have applicants fill out the availability that works for them and also a brief questionnaire. Wufoo eliminated the middle man and as an added bonus once a survey is submitted the software automatically sends out a confirmation.

  ### 12. Smart surveys to save time at work

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Steven H. | Product Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 23, 2019

**What do you like best about Wufoo?**

The fun simplicity of Wufoo brings a spice of childhood to what would be rather mundane survey creation

**What do you dislike about Wufoo?**

The interface of Wufoo took a while to get used to because it looks different than anything I've seen this decade.

**Recommendations to others considering Wufoo:**

Leverage logic branching and custom css; embed a form on your site or in your help center; use their built in analytics to analyze your results

**What problems is Wufoo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We automated a questionnaire we sent to customers requesting a service of ours. We were able to save time by building a form with logic branching that has streamlined our process and reduced follow up and back and forth with our customers. We also use it internally for surveys occasionally.

  ### 13. Easy To Use. Works Right Out Of The Box.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Philip H. | Digital Support Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 15, 2020

**What do you like best about Wufoo?**

Easy to use and understand. I use it constantly and it integrates with any website.

**What do you dislike about Wufoo?**

Some of the features are basic. Analytics are great.

**What problems is Wufoo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Data collection and information gathering.

  ### 14. Inexpensive and easy to use!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Joanna L. | Recruiter II, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 25, 2019

**What do you like best about Wufoo?**

Wufoo is a very easy and simple to use survey tool. As a non-profit, the company charges a flat yearly rate that is less than $200.

**What do you dislike about Wufoo?**

I don’t really like the format on the site, I think you should be able to click on the form title to be taken to the form and not have to hover over it.

**Recommendations to others considering Wufoo:**

I would take a look at their pricing and compare it to survey monkey. Overall, Wufoo is a good value!

**What problems is Wufoo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were able to simplify a long-overdue change in our business practices. We send Wufoo links to candidates on a daily basis and I can say we have never worked with an easier to use survey system. The links are easy to use and most anyone can follow them!

  ### 15. Simple, Quick Tool for Timesheet Submission

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Education Management | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 30, 2019

**What do you like best about Wufoo?**

I like how concrete and simple the software is to use. I can use it quickly, and I can easily send a message with my timesheet if necessary.

**What do you dislike about Wufoo?**

I dislike the colors and the font. I don’t feel that it is esthetically pleasing, whatsoever.

**Recommendations to others considering Wufoo:**

Wufoo is SIMPLE and meant to be used to quickly create forms for your company. I like that you don’t have to be a genius “mega-coder” to use it. This type of software is definitely meant for 2019 and beyond. My only recommendation would be to increase its style options, to give creators more room to be unique in their style of forms/surveys.

**What problems is Wufoo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Wufoo easily solves the problem of having to scan and fax/email a timesheet submission. All the tools are accessed on one site. Often times, I can submit my weekly timesheet, other necessary information, and a note to my supervisor, in under two minutes total.

  ### 16. Very intuitive and user friendly

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Non-Profit Organization Management | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 14, 2020

**What do you like best about Wufoo?**

1. Ease of use
2. Intuitive and user friendly UI
3. Fast and easy to set up

**What do you dislike about Wufoo?**

It will be helpful if they added more options to customize.

**What problems is Wufoo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I did forms for raising funds for a non-profit and it was so easy to set up and send to all the users.

  ### 17. Great tool for automated forms

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Religious Institutions | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 26, 2019

**What do you like best about Wufoo?**

It serves many uses for our team when we need a form to drop appropriate content into our admin email inboxes to create a process for project management. We can create a form and add different automation to the answers to adjust the form for the users' experience.

**What do you dislike about Wufoo?**

It is a third-party app for our organization so it does not track inside of our organization's metrics, but it still keeps a process in place for us that is much needed.

**Recommendations to others considering Wufoo:**

This is a great solution for a communications team to use to create a central hub to gather signups, surveys, & information from an audience.

**What problems is Wufoo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are using Wufoo forms to create a Help Desk environment for our departments to use when they need technical assistance or design content. It creates a dynamic living form online to create a paperless exchange in gaining content from our staff members.

  ### 18. Create your forms with Wufoo

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 04, 2019

**What do you like best about Wufoo?**

First of all, I would highlight its extensive help section for quick learning with video tutorials, support via email, user forums, and a blog. Although Wufoo forms provide basic functionality and features, making it difficult to get lost among complicated tools for its management. It has hundreds of templates and all of them are customizable, it's hard to get bored with Wufoo. With its paid plan, you can enjoy more features, notably real-time report generation, file uploads, and integration with popular software.

**What do you dislike about Wufoo?**

The limits set in its free version might be the worst aspect of this tool for creating forms.

**Recommendations to others considering Wufoo:**

Wufoo is one of the best tools for creating forms and obtaining detailed information from your customers.

**What problems is Wufoo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With Wufoo, I have been able to know my clients' opinions through the creation of forms without using too much time in my workday. Additionally, the ability to customize the forms for each type of client has allowed me to achieve better results.

  ### 19. Simple, easy to use

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Bradley M. | Owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 22, 2019

**What do you like best about Wufoo?**

Easy for customers to use. I am immediately notified of a form submission.

**What do you dislike about Wufoo?**

There is nothing I dislike about Wufoo. It has been great!

**Recommendations to others considering Wufoo:**

Give it a try!

**What problems is Wufoo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Allows me contact with a potential customer without them having to first visit the shop.

  ### 20. Wufoo Review

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ascent P. | Brianna George, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 31, 2019

**What do you like best about Wufoo?**

I like the simplicity of creating forms!

**What do you dislike about Wufoo?**

I dislike the monthly fee associated with using this program. But I understand.

**What problems is Wufoo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Using this program has been great for creating sign ups, registrations, debrief forms, etc.

  ### 21. Wufoo Makes Gathering Information Easy

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Patrick R. | Meeting Planner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 18, 2019

**What do you like best about Wufoo?**

The thing i like best about Wufoo is the ease of use for the end user. The forms are quick and easy to fill out, which makes for faster response time (and more responses). I think that you can incorporate multiple different types of questions in the same form. The form manager also creates a history for you, so you can just copy previous forms to save time when building a new one.

**What do you dislike about Wufoo?**

The thing i do not like the most about Wufoo is the actual response forms. When printing them out, they print out every single question on the form regardless of if the question was skipped by the end user. For instance if you have a section in your form that you can answer "no" to and it skips a series of questions because of that...those skipped questions end up on the response form. The confirmation email you receive when a end user completes their form is more succinct and just has the questions they answer.

**Recommendations to others considering Wufoo:**

My recommendation is: When collecting response forms from participants, the confirmation email you receive is much more succinct than printing the form out of Wufoo. I tend to use the confirmation emails more than going into wufoo and printing or pdf-ing the forms. I am also not the administrator at this job, just a user so i am not sure what pricing package we use. The basic properties of the website are all you need so i wouldn't recommend an expensive "premium" package.

**What problems is Wufoo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We mainly use this form to collect travel information from speakers, board of directors, and committee members when planning a meeting. We create forms asking them which meetings they will be attending and critical PII information needed to book them flights. Most of these meetings are small so this takes the place of a registration system that would normally take down this information.

  ### 22. Wufoo very effective and easy to use

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Higher Education | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 11, 2019

**What do you like best about Wufoo?**

I like that Wufoo can be embedded into websites and easy for both admins and users. I can edit and update the form very easily and it is also very easy for college students to complete the form.

**What do you dislike about Wufoo?**

I dislike that it is difficult to print the form from the website. The formatting is janky and it is difficult to complete the paper version.

**What problems is Wufoo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use Wufoo for our student volunteers to complete applications when they are interested in the program and also for our returning volunteers to complete the form to update their availability and preferences. Wufoo makes it very easy to see when the form was completed and the analytics are very helpful.

  ### 23. Great form Resource

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Non-Profit Organization Management | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 31, 2019

**What do you like best about Wufoo?**

I love how WuFoo forms embed seamlessly with many different types of websites. Their e-mail confirmation feature allows us to passively connect with guests and members as they engage our WuFoo forms on our website.

**What do you dislike about Wufoo?**

There's a limit of 10 contacts that you can send an event CC e-mail to, but it's not a big problem.

**Recommendations to others considering Wufoo:**

Keep the forms simple to fill out for users and double-check the wording in confirmation e-mails before they're automated.

**What problems is Wufoo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We're registering many different people for various events using the WuFoo forms and it's helpful to provide an online sign-up option.

  ### 24. Used for submitted daily used reports from employees

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Retail | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 22, 2019

**What do you like best about Wufoo?**

Very customizeble. Drag and drop form elements

**What do you dislike about Wufoo?**

Theming can be difficult and looks very basic without use of CSS

**Recommendations to others considering Wufoo:**

Learn to use CSS for advanced form theming

**What problems is Wufoo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Easy to use forms for employees to request things such as vacations and personal days, simplifies office supply ordering, dispatching IT technicians and Facilities employees

Perhaps in terms of technical support, a more personalized support is missing; there is neither a phone nor live chat for specific help. With the free plan, you can enjoy few things; it is advisable to choose the starter plan for creating perfect forms for your company.

  ### 26. Easy online form builder!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nicole D. | SEO Specialist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 13, 2019

**What do you like best about Wufoo?**

I'm part of the customer support team of an internet marketing and SEO software company. Wufoo has been a great tool for our team as it's simple, easy and convenient to use for both our company and our clients. We're able to easily integrate these online forms onto our clients' websites if they inquire about adding a secondary online form. They even have required fields that must be filled out prior to submission, and you can be notified of a new form submission via email! Definitely check Wufoo out.

No complaints - this is a great basic online form builder.

**Recommendations to others considering Wufoo:**

  ### 27. Easy to Use

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed Date:** February 11, 2019

**What do you like best about Wufoo?**

Wufoo forms are especially useful in my job because of the ability to embed them into other web pages. Rather than having to visit wufoo.com to take a survey, readers can visit my website and then fill out the form within my webpages.

**What do you dislike about Wufoo?**

I wish there were a better way to filter the results that you'd like to download. The only options are "today's entries" and "all entries." If there were a date range that would be beneficial.

**Recommendations to others considering Wufoo:**

Highly recommend. Great for collecting information and storing in one spot.

**What problems is Wufoo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Wufoo helps us to collect data from our readers such as email addresses to add to our newsletter list. We also use it to run contests and I appreciate that it has the ability for users to attach/submit files such as photos.

I love how Wufoo keep our online registration process running smoothly when we’re not able to sign people up in person. The customizable confirmation email feature is excellent!

**What do you dislike about Wufoo?**

I do not like the fact that’s Wufoo’s output format for entries is a csv file.

**Recommendations to others considering Wufoo:**

I’d recommend Wufoo to other organizations that are looking to passively collect data from their audience.

**What problems is Wufoo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We registered hundreds of children for our annual outdoor Summer Family Fun Fest and were able to prepare accordingly based upon the online registrations.

  ### 32. Easy to use survey software

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Higher Education | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 05, 2019

**What do you like best about Wufoo?**

The interface is extremely intuitive and user friendly. Easy to create a wide variety of question types in one form

**What do you dislike about Wufoo?**

I wish there was a way to export only certain entries, not everything at once.

**What problems is Wufoo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Wufoo daily for collecting client information, conducting surveys, and even payment collection.

  ### 33. Super helpful!

**What do you dislike about Wufoo?**

Limited ability to develop creative themes and integrate branded fonts and colors.

**What problems is Wufoo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are able to create briefs to support field employees who need to request assets.

  ### 34. A valuable product for small business

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Karen S. | Contractor, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 26, 2019

**What do you like best about Wufoo?**

The adaptability of forms, being able to use the same account for more than 1 service or business

**What do you dislike about Wufoo?**

We found the customer support lacking, especially during a server crash that cost us considerable revenue.

**What problems is Wufoo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Having a customized, professional and easy to edit user interface for our customers. It was by far the most affordable solution.

  ### 35. Using wufoo for non profit client and volunteer registration

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Eric P. | Compassionate Products Director Twin Cities, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 25, 2019

**What do you like best about Wufoo?**

It is very easy to create awesome looking forms.

**What do you dislike about Wufoo?**

It would be great if integration with google sheets was a native feature. We use automate.io as a work around.

**What problems is Wufoo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have about 30 community compassionate product events that need registration for several hundred stakeholders at our NYC and Minneapolis location. We also use it to register students for neighborhood development training events.

  ### 36. Good product - easy to use and many capabilities

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Events Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 23, 2019

**What do you like best about Wufoo?**

I used Wufoo for form submissions (including file upload) integrated into my Wordpress site. It was easy to use, did everything we needed and was easy for a team of folks to access uploaded documents through.

**What do you dislike about Wufoo?**

The back-end UI is a little clunky and not particularly fun to use, but the segments shown to the public look fine and don't seem dated.
There's no way (that I found) to download all the attachments from all submissions requiring significant time to go download every uploaded file.

**Recommendations to others considering Wufoo:**

Worked very well for our needs (submissions of data and files from multiple sources + review by a team of people). I wish there was an easy/obvious way to download all the files, my main complaint is that it took me a long time to download files in order to organize them on our fileserver. Beyond that time requirement Wufoo was extremely easy to use and I didn't run up against any constraints on the technology.

**What problems is Wufoo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Wufoo allowed us to easily solicit applications that were then viewed by a team of reviewers. Wufoo easily organized all the submissions and we haven't had any complaints from the team about the software.

  ### 37. SImple software, great end results!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Apparel & Fashion | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 18, 2019

**What do you like best about Wufoo?**

Simple form based software, but the advanced CSS and Routing options make this a great option

**What do you dislike about Wufoo?**

I would like it to add rows on demand and using plus and minus fields for multiple answers

**Recommendations to others considering Wufoo:**

If you can stretch the cost, do it. So much more powerful than the free alternatives

**What problems is Wufoo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Google Forms is what we used before, but is incredibly limiting

  ### 38. Create forms with Wufoo

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** David L. | Especialista en ventas y marketing, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 02, 2018

**What do you like best about Wufoo?**

It has a very simple interface, it is a tool that is very easy to use from the start. Everything is very simple and intuitive. There is a large number of templates and all of them are customizable, something very necessary if you want your company's brand to appear. As for technical support for any problem that may arise, Wufoo has a large number of images and videos that can help you solve the problem.

**What do you dislike about Wufoo?**

The free account is somewhat limited, only 3 forms. Anyway, by paying a little more you can enjoy most of its features.

**Recommendations to others considering Wufoo:**

If you want to create good forms for your company and not spend so much money on other applications or tools, use Wufoo, you'll save time and have fun.

**What problems is Wufoo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With the help of Wufoo, I was able to learn about my clients' satisfaction level more effectively through the forms. Being such a simple and intuitive tool, the time used at my workplace was less than expected.

  ### 39. Wufoo makes forms easy and beautiful!

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Food & Beverages | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 04, 2019

**What do you like best about Wufoo?**

I like that you can customize forms with logos and also add branching and logic! The ability to have certain questions show or not show depending on certain responses is awesome.

**What do you dislike about Wufoo?**

Sometimes it is glitchy, and there is no Autosave function. This has made me sad on numerous occasions.

**What problems is Wufoo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I can collect information from our employees without having to be on site and track their performance through the forms

  ### 40. Wufoo Form Creation

**Rating:** 2.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Events Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 11, 2019

**What do you like best about Wufoo?**

I liked that I was able to customize the type of form I wanted to create and choose specific question types, whether they are multiple choice, selecting a specific date, or giving them the option to write in answers.

**What do you dislike about Wufoo?**

I didn't like that your options are limited based on the type of form you want to have. This was a one-time use and The basic account is, indeed, basic.

**What problems is Wufoo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I used Wufoo to create a form to collect information from my coworkers in order to book flights and hotels. It was very helpful.

  ### 41. Decent Form Creation Tool

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 31, 2018

**What do you like best about Wufoo?**

Decent Form Creation Tool for getting responses and requests from customers

**What do you dislike about Wufoo?**

unable to customize with logo with free account.

**Recommendations to others considering Wufoo:**

Give it a full try and also look to other potential providers. We used the forms product, but they are part of Survey Monkey, so the we will try the survey product when we need to use that in our business.

**What problems is Wufoo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Getting customers to submit work requests via online forms. Using the free version, we were able to create and test a form to determine capabilities.

  ### 42. Good surveying platform if you want a little more control than Google Forms or Survey Monkey

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Philanthropy | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 08, 2018

**What do you like best about Wufoo?**

This software allows me to dig deep and design every aspect of the form, which is sometimes valuable to make things look professional and consistent with our website and branding. In addition, everything can be easily exported into Excel files.

**What do you dislike about Wufoo?**

The look of the website is old-fashioned and clunky. I hope soon to see something more streamlined and fresh. Functionally, everything is fine, although I do wish there were more options to parse apart that data other than a mass excel file. Sometimes it's tedious to have to export it into a spreadsheet every time I want to fiddle with or filter the data.

**Recommendations to others considering Wufoo:**

If you can by using Google Forms or Survey Monkey, I recommend doing so because they are so easy to you. But if you, like me, need more control over the data and design, Wufoo is a good option.

**What problems is Wufoo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Wufoo helps us collect reports from students and teachers, process grant applications, and we also use it to process RSVPs. I think we could actually find a better way to do the RSVPs, but for the reports, I like that we have a clean way to collect data. Our grant applications are filled out by hundreds of outside entities and organizations, so Wufoo helps us present something that looks professional.

  ### 43. Wufoo us especially helpful for scheduling with clients and coworkers.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kayla C. | Career Advancement Trainer/ Youth Career Case Manager, Non-Profit Organization Management, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 30, 2018

**What do you like best about Wufoo?**

Its fairly user friendly and allows us to operate on one end of it, customizing services offered and well ahead of time. Allows users to sign up for services and alerts us and keeps track of user and signed up date. Very organized.

**What do you dislike about Wufoo?**

Sometimes hard to understand using it solely as a user vs when I use it as an admin.

**Recommendations to others considering Wufoo:**

Customer support is very unhelpful and sometimes website is down and we lose all of our data...

**What problems is Wufoo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Organization for services and trainings offered as well as a team wide calendar with availability.

  ### 44. Wonderful customer service, even super easy to use without explanations

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Recreational Facilities and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 19, 2018

**What do you like best about Wufoo?**

I like the template that Wufoo uses. Their website is very easy to use and navigate, especially.

**What do you dislike about Wufoo?**

I think the reporting side could use some work. More fields would be useful for each report. Often times to receive the answers I want, I have to make four or more reports to get all the information reported. I also think the viewing side could be improved - maybe by letting us export results to excel spreadsheet instead of a url so that we can alter things if we need to. I have to copy/paste the graphs, etc. to make this work. If you just want a little bit of information from a survey, it's awesome. But if you want all the information from a survey over 5 questions then not so good.

**What problems is Wufoo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Submitting required forms - seamless. Putting together surveys as well has been very helpful. Mainly use it for application forms though, etc.

  ### 45. Wufoo Review

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lauren C. | Summer Academy Staff/Photographer, Individual & Family Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 13, 2017

**What do you like best about Wufoo?**

Very easy to use to create forms for different projects/organizations.

**What do you dislike about Wufoo?**

It is hard to gather information off of it sometimes. The submissions by the same person don't get merged together; another form is created and it can cause some organizational problems. The forms are somewhat difficult to create your own way. There isn't much room to change or adjust somethings.

**Recommendations to others considering Wufoo:**

Do some research when looking into creating forms for your organization. Wufoo is decent but I think it can be improved significantly to cater to needs of your organization.

**What problems is Wufoo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use it for our application, reference and team forms for our programs. It is nice that we can gather all the information via email. We have easy access to all the information gathered.

  ### 46. Great Little Survey Program

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Graphic Design | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 26, 2018

**What do you like best about Wufoo?**

It's simple to do a quick survey and registrations.

**What do you dislike about Wufoo?**

It has several limitations, including design aspects and the length that forms can be.

**Recommendations to others considering Wufoo:**

This is a great product to begin with, we're experiencing some growing pains with it as we need more information for some of our projects.

**What problems is Wufoo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use it for conference registrations and online surveys. It's automated into our donation platform for donors to take a survey if they wish.

  ### 47. Wufoo is great for collecting data

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mike W. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 27, 2018

**What do you like best about Wufoo?**

I like that it is quick and easy to create and deploy forms. Fields can be customized easily, and there are several types to select from (buttons, long text, short text, etc). It also connects with with the other apps we use to send its data to our crm and email system.

**What do you dislike about Wufoo?**

The design elements of forms is somewhat limited, but it is still OK. Would be nice if we could display questions one at time similar to typeforms.

**What problems is Wufoo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use wufoo to collect applications for a free 1 on 1 coaching call. We also use it for customer feedback and surveys.

  ### 48. Easy to use and customize

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Sports | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 08, 2018

**What do you like best about Wufoo?**

How easy it is to customize your forms and create rules for effective navigation and question presentation to the the persons who are having use your forms.

**What do you dislike about Wufoo?**

I think the reports are great, but can be expanded upon to provide even more customization and data.

**What problems is Wufoo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Streamlining customer responses and requests while integrating with our website and brand.

  ### 49. Fantastic!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Madelyn L. | Admissions Counselor / Athletic Recruiter , Higher Education, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 13, 2018

**What do you like best about Wufoo?**

We are able to use wufoo forms that automatically update and create new contacts and information into our CRM, salesforce. Wufoo is easy to edit, update, and implement for our needs. We use wufoo for visit registrations, new leads, surverys, etc.

**What do you dislike about Wufoo?**

Sometimes the information doesn't come into CRM correctly- though this may have to do with our own implementation

**What problems is Wufoo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

creating & updating leads. Having correct information and more detailed information from our prospects. It allows us to get to know our contacts & leads as well as provide them with great customer service when they register or reach out.

  ### 50. Wufoo for great, customizable forms.

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jaclyn M. | Digital Services Coordinator, Libraries, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 13, 2017

**What do you like best about Wufoo?**

I like the fact that you can set quantities for multiple-choice answers, so you can use the question for selling a product, or signing up for a time slot. When the quantities are filled, that choice becomes greyed out. I also like the easy drag-and-drop interface for adding new questions to the list.

**What do you dislike about Wufoo?**

I would like it if it had some automated features, such as adding options for date ranges that change as the current date changes (such as wanting people to sign up for time slots in the following week, with the dates for the next week being added automatically). Sometimes it's also a bit confusing to set which members of a team have access to which forms within the system.

**Recommendations to others considering Wufoo:**

Wufoo is great for teams because multiple people can have their own accounts within the overall organizational account, and share access to certain forms. It also allows for different logic with questions, such as the user seeing other questions or pages based on their answer to a previous question. And you don't have to know any HTML or coding because it uses a drag-and-drop interface.

**What problems is Wufoo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The ability to create forms that are more customizable than what we can get through Google Forms or our own website.
