What do you like best about Wufoo?

How great of an integration our 'web form to lead/contact collection tool' was-highly functional and recommendable in that regard, especially since we didn't have a CRM in place! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Wufoo?

That it seemed, for our web purposes, a little limited in scope, although that just might be due to how we implemented and may not have been a reflection of the software itself Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Wufoo:

That this software really served a great function for us as an integration-i.e. 'web form to lead/contact collection tool' was-and recommendable in that regard, especially since we didn't have a CRM in place and we somewhat leaned on this in place of that! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Wufoo solving and how is that benefiting you?

It was something of a CRM replacer for us in that, even though it was a form integrated to our website, we utilized and leaned on it very heavily as a data collection tool as well Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
