## Wrike Reviews
  ### 1. Wrike Review

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Scott H. | Project Manager/Enterprise Architect, Information Technology and Services, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2025

**What do you like best about Wrike?**

I enjoy the organization of projects and tasks. I also like the request form feature, as this is an easy way to quickly create and assign a user to a project. The software is easy to navigate as well.

**What do you dislike about Wrike?**

It is difficult to create new fields. One would expect the creation of new fields to be located in the space overview, however they are located in a completely different place. The software sometimes scrolls back when trying move projects into different folders.

**What problems is Wrike solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This software helps to organize projects and resource utilization

**Official Response from Karilla Dyer:**

> Thank you for sharing your experience with Wrike! It’s great to hear that Wrike has become an essential part of your daily workflow and that the help center has been a useful resource whenever you need it. We’re glad the calendar and dashboard features are helping you stay organized and on track.

We appreciate your feedback about the side view and the steps needed to expand tasks fully — your input helps us identify areas to improve the user experience.

Thanks again for taking the time to share, and we’re happy to support you and your Marketing team!

  ### 2. Wrike - A Super tool for project management

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Pushkar K. | Marketing Associate, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 18, 2025

**What do you like best about Wrike?**

The UI of Wrike is amazing. Its very easy to set up the process for each team to assign and update tasks and related activities. The email notification and automation work seamlessly.

**What do you dislike about Wrike?**

Less flexibility to integrate with the other CRMs and databases for now.

**What problems is Wrike solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It help to manage the marketing campaign tasks smoothly. The workflows and tasks blueprints available for each team can be tailored so each each can update task progress in real time. It also enhances the campaign planning and governance process to maintain defined standard of naming and timelines.

**Official Response from Karilla Dyer:**

> Really appreciate you sharing your experience with Wrike.

Sounds like the UI and ease of setting up team processes have been big wins for you. Having smooth automations and reliable email notifications can take a lot of the manual work out of project management, which is always a plus.

On the integration side, I get the frustration—connecting with other CRMs and databases is a must for a lot of teams these days. If you haven’t already, it might be worth checking out Wrike’s integration marketplace or seeing if a tool like Zapier could help bridge the gap for now. Sometimes even a basic integration can save a lot of time.

It’s great to hear that Wrike is making campaign management and governance easier for your marketing team. If you ever want to swap ideas on workflow customization or have questions about integrations, just let me know. Always happy to help brainstorm solutions!

  ### 3. Does The Job, But Lacking

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Civil Engineering | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 07, 2025

**What do you like best about Wrike?**

I have found Wrike's Work Intelligence suite to be particularly valuable. It helped me automated tasks and subtasks, predict project risks, and improve collaboration through automated response suggestions. For example, in managing complex workflows, automation capabilities have allowed me to focus on strategic planning rather than manual task management. I also like its flexibility and customization options like creating custom fields, statuses, or workflows,

**What do you dislike about Wrike?**

its complexity often undermines efficiency. For instance, onboarding my team took weeks, even seasoned members struggled with nested dependencies and cluttered dashboards. The mobile app’s limitations became noticeable during client site visits. I couldn’t adjust Gantt charts or resolve task conflicts on-the-fly, forcing redundant desktop work. There are also hidden costs like we faced a 40% renewal hike and discovered critical features like Slack integration required pricier tiers

**What problems is Wrike solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Wrike solves two critical pain points in my workflow: fragmented collaboration and manual process overload. For example, managing a global product launch previously required stitching together threads, email chains, and spreadsheets, leading to missed deadlines and version control chaos. The task boards and @mention system cut our alignment meetings by 50%, with managers up higher commenting directly on live briefs. Automation tools were quite helpful in avoiding repetitive work, auto-generating tasks from client emails and triggering status updates saved my team like 7 the hours weekly. real-time visibility into 200+ tasks across 10 teams was very helpful in allowing us to reallocate resources and avoid delays.

**Official Response from Karilla Dyer:**

> Thank you for your detailed and thoughtful review. We're glad to hear that Wrike’s Work Intelligence suite, automation features, and customization options have brought significant value to your workflow—especially in reducing manual processes, improving collaboration, and providing real-time visibility across teams.

We appreciate your honest feedback about the challenges you’ve faced, including the complexity of onboarding, mobile app limitations, and concerns about pricing and feature access. Your insights are extremely valuable as we work to make Wrike more intuitive, accessible, and transparent for all users. We understand how important it is for teams to be able to work efficiently—both on desktop and mobile—and to have clear information about costs and available integrations.

Thank you again for sharing both the benefits and the areas where we can improve. If you have any further suggestions or specific needs, please let us know. Your feedback helps us continue to enhance Wrike for you and all our users.

  ### 4. Our users love to use wrike and it has been well received in our company

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Chad B. | IT Systems Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2025

**What do you like best about Wrike?**

Our users love to use wrike for keeping track of their projects and keep tasks on time and orderly.

**What do you dislike about Wrike?**

It has a steep learning curve and is not as intuitive for first time users. The software is also pricey in which some licenses we have are only using this for simple uncomplex tasks. I wish there was a tiered license that would offer a lower cost license constriction for simple tasks.

**What problems is Wrike solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The problem it is solving for us is project collaboration and email alerts for tasks and overall project management.

**Official Response from Karilla Dyer:**

> Thank you so much for sharing your experience! It’s fantastic to hear that Wrike has been so well received by your users and is helping keep projects organized and on track across your company. We appreciate your honest feedback about the learning curve and pricing — those are important points, and your suggestion for tiered licensing is definitely valuable. It’s great to know Wrike is making a difference in your project collaboration and communication. If there’s ever anything we can do to help make the experience even better, just let us know!

**Reviewed Date:** April 18, 2025

**What do you like best about Wrike?**

It's a great way for our small marketing team to stay up to date and coordinated on all of our projects. I also love how many different views it offers, and different features it has depending on each person's preferences. I use it pretty much every day.

**What do you dislike about Wrike?**

No issues really, it's been great for us.

**What problems is Wrike solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Wrike gives us an easy way to collaborate on projects without having to communicate things in a messy way over email or chat. It helps projects not fall through the cracks.

  ### 6. Streamlined Project Management That Scales with You

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tanya M. | Website Performance Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 18, 2025

**What do you like best about Wrike?**

I love how Wrike integrates well with tools like Google Workspace, Slack and other often used tools.

**What do you dislike about Wrike?**

There's a bit of a learning curve with the software. There’s a lot of functionality, which can feel daunting at first without training.

**What problems is Wrike solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Understanding the status of an on-going project.Wrike makes it incredibly easy to track project progress in real-time, eliminating the need for scattered updates or chasing down status reports.Tasks can be broken down into subtasks with clear owners and deadlines, and every update is time-stamped and visible to the whole team.

**Official Response from Karilla Dyer:**

> Really appreciate you sharing your thoughts!

It’s awesome to hear that Wrike’s integrations with Google Workspace, Slack, and other tools are making your workflow smoother. Having everything connected in one place can really help teams stay in sync and avoid the hassle of jumping between platforms.

I get what you mean about the learning curve—there’s definitely a lot packed into Wrike, and it can feel a bit overwhelming at first. Once you get the hang of it, though, it sounds like the real-time tracking and visibility into project progress are huge benefits. No more chasing down updates or wondering who’s responsible for what!

  ### 7. A complex system that works well once you've been fully integrated.

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jonathan L. | Online Content Marketing Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 07, 2025

**What do you like best about Wrike?**

Once you understand the way Wrike works, it's a great project management tool. Being able to have things reviewed in the app itself is awesome, the project system makes sense, and the way it organizes your personal tasks makes it easy to understand exactly what's on your workload today and what's coming up in the future.

**What do you dislike about Wrike?**

It took our team a long time to feel comfortable using Wrike. The learning curve is fairly steep and it takes everyone being on the same page to use it in such a way that it doesn't get messy.

**What problems is Wrike solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Wrike gives the whole team a clear view at what work is in the pipeline. It also helps leaders understand how much work is being assigned to employees. It makes end of month/quarter reporting easier as well as you're able to export your entire team's task list over a given period of time.

  ### 8. Truly a Wonderful Productivity and Collaboration Tool

Wrike is now my go-to for organized and hassle-free workflow management. It’s like having an organizational superpower.

**What do you dislike about Wrike?**

So far, there have been no big downsides to the product. Will update the review if anything pops up.

**What problems is Wrike solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Prior to Wrike, Emails and Calls were the go-to method for collaboration and work management. However with Wrike, I've experienced a remarkable shift in how I and my team manage tasks. Wrike is now my go-to for organized and hassle-free workflow management.

  ### 9. My Wrike experience

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Britanie T. | Human Resource Coordinator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 18, 2025

**What do you like best about Wrike?**

I like that if effectively used, Wrike keeps both myself and my team up to date on tasks. I also love the reminders when a task is close to the due date. It has been seamlessly integrated into our everyday work. We use Wrike on a daily basis and the interface has been very easy to use.

**What do you dislike about Wrike?**

I find Wrike very useful. So far it has been keeping me on my toes so I don't find anything I dislike.

**What problems is Wrike solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is bridging certain communication gaps that we had before. Since my company started using Wrike, we do not have to be constantly sending emails to ask where an employee is with a task, we can go into Wrike to find all the details related to said task.

**Official Response from Karilla Dyer:**

> Thank you for sharing your positive experience with Wrike! We're thrilled to hear that you find our platform intuitive and organized. It's great to know that Wrike is helping your Marketing department collaborate efficiently on projects. **Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Gauri B. | Internal comms business partner, Writing and Editing, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2025

**What do you like best about Wrike?**

It allows different people to collaborate on a plan, and also allows long description under each line item.

**What do you dislike about Wrike?**

It gets a bit confusing sometimes, has too many things happening on the screen for me to focus.

**What problems is Wrike solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It gives a structure to a plan, allowing me to create a chronology of events, as well as making each line item as descriptive as possible. By adding users to each task/line item, I also get to collaborate with my team without overloading them with extra information that is irrelevant to them.

**Official Response from Karilla Dyer:**

> Thank you for sharing your positive experience with Wrike! We're thrilled to hear that you find it easy to track tasks and projects, and that the app is user-friendly for both beginners and experienced users.

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Publishing | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**What do you like best about Wrike?**

Wrike is great for multi user project management. It has helped streamline our Marketing, Purchasing, and Supply Chain Operations.

**What do you dislike about Wrike?**

When Wrike is used heavily, it does start to look at little bit cluttered, but I am not sure that that is a bad thing.

**What do you dislike about Wrike?**

**Official Response from Karilla Dyer:**

> Thank you for your thoughtful review and for highlighting both what’s working well and where Wrike could be even more helpful for your team.

It’s great to hear that task management, customizable dashboards, and collaboration tools are making a positive impact on your organization. To address your feedback about the feature set being overwhelming for new users, here are a few practical steps you can take right away:

Explore Wrike’s Template Gallery: Wrike offers a library of pre-built templates for common workflows like project management, marketing campaigns, event planning, and more. You can access these directly from the “+” button when creating a new project or by visiting the Wrike Help Center’s Template Gallery. These templates can be customized to fit your team’s needs and are a great way to get started quickly.

Request or Create Visual Guides: If you prefer visual examples, you can download Wrike’s template overviews as PDFs or decks from the Help Center, or ask your account manager or support team for onboarding materials. Many teams also create their own quick-reference guides or “cheat sheets” with screenshots of their most-used workflows—this can be a great way to help new users get up to speed.

Leverage Wrike Discover: Wrike Discover is an interactive training platform with short, self-paced courses and visual walkthroughs. It’s especially helpful for new users who want to learn by doing, rather than just watching videos.

Set Up Custom Dashboards for New Users: To reduce overwhelm, consider creating a simple, shared dashboard for new team members that only shows the most essential widgets (like “My Tasks,” “Upcoming Deadlines,” or “Project Status”). This can help them focus on what matters most as they get comfortable with the platform.

Ask for a Personalized Demo: If you’re onboarding a larger group or want a more tailored experience, you can request a live demo or onboarding session from Wrike’s support or customer success team. They can walk your team through the most relevant features and answer specific questions.

If you’d like, I can help you find specific templates, provide links to visual guides, or suggest the best way to set up a new user onboarding flow for your team. Just let me know what would be most helpful!

Thank you again for your feedback and for using Wrike to keep your team organized and efficient.

  ### 14. Digtital Content Manager

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Health, Wellness and Fitness | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 07, 2025

**What do you like best about Wrike?**

I like that it organizes the briefs we put in place for us to keep track of everything we accomplish.

**What do you dislike about Wrike?**

I do not like that once someone has submitted a brief there is no way for them to adjust or provide an update on the brief until we connect with send tehm an email through Wrike which will be noted in the brief.

**What problems is Wrike solving and how is that benefiting you?**

it is solving our organization problems we had as a department and compiles everything so we can review it swiftly as a team. It also saves us time by having all the information be brought to our attention with the questionnaires otherwise we would be asking the same things over and over again.

**Official Response from Karilla Dyer:**

> Thank you for sharing your feedback! We're glad to hear that Wrike is helping your team stay organized, streamline your brief review process, and save time by centralizing information and questionnaires.

We understand your concern about not being able to adjust or update a brief after it’s been submitted, unless you reach out via email through Wrike. This can definitely slow down collaboration and make it harder to keep briefs up to date. If your workflow would benefit from allowing submitters to edit or add updates to their briefs after submission, we recommend exploring Wrike’s request form settings or permissions—sometimes, adjusting these can give users more flexibility to update their submissions.

If you’d like, we can provide more detailed guidance on how to set this up, or share best practices for managing briefs and updates in Wrike. Your feedback is valuable, and we’re always looking for ways to improve the platform to better fit your team’s needs.

Thank you again for your review and for choosing Wrike to support your department’s organization! If you have any other suggestions or need help with your workflow, please let us know.

**What do you like best about Wrike?**

I've been using Wrike for a while now, and overall, it's a powerful but somewhat overwhelming project management tool. It has all the features you could possibly need—task tracking, Gantt charts, automation, real-time collaboration—but sometimes, it feels like there’s almost too much going on.

Wrike is a great tool for daily task management. Our team members track progress of assignments, organize tasks by Wrike. I like Tools, Dashboards, and My to-do items from Wrike. they really helpful and make our team tasks easier. The search function is amazing, I can find an old task or hidden items immediately.

**What do you dislike about Wrike?**

I don't use the Inbox often, because my company's email already sent me Automation Bot about the tasks. When I log into Wrike, there are duplicated imbox information are waiting for me, I normally don't open it since I already know it.
Plus, we go over tasks by using Tools or Projects and folders on daily meetings, so not using Inbox that much.

**What problems is Wrike solving and how is that benefiting you?**

  ### 19. First Project Management Software for Entry Level Advertising

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 18, 2025

**What do you like best about Wrike?**

The way tasks and subtasks for a project are broken down. I appreciate that different tasks can have different assignees. For example, copywriters don't need to be directly involved in client communication. So it keeps everyone in their own lane rather than confusing roles or responsibilities.

**What do you dislike about Wrike?**

To best utilize the projects and tasks, everyone must know what they're doing and use the system properly. It can be easy for something to get lost or not get the right eyes on it just based on user error.

**What problems is Wrike solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Wrike is solving the confusion of ever-shifting timelines and revision processes. This benefits me and my team by keeping everyone on the same page and having the same source of truth rather than combing through an email chain.

**Official Response from Karilla Dyer:**

> We're glad to hear that you appreciate the way tasks and subtasks are broken down in Wrike, and how it helps keep everyone in their own lane. We understand that proper usage of the system is crucial, and we offer training and support to help minimize user error.

  ### 20. Positive Feedback

**Reviewed by:** Thomas B. | Manager, Investment, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 18, 2025

**What do you like best about Wrike?**

I think Wrike has done a phenomenal job streamlining creative swaps and significantly reducing back-and-forth emails. Before Wrike, these processes could get messy and unorganized. Now, with clearly labeled ticket subject lines, it’s much easier for the team to track and manage each project efficiently.

Updates within the tickets are always appreciated and make it easy to stay on top of everything. Whether it’s our day-to-day AdOps contacts or the offshore team, they’re consistently responsive and engaged, which we really value.

**What do you dislike about Wrike?**

I wish tickets were automatically visible to the relevant team members upon creation, without needing to @ mention someone.

**What problems is Wrike solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Creative Swap organization. It's a lot easier for to keep track of all campaigns swaps with Wrike rather than sending emails back and forth.

**Official Response from Karilla Dyer:**

> I love a review titled "Positive Feedback"! It’s fantastic to hear how Wrike has helped streamline your creative swap process and cut down on all those messy, back-and-forth emails. Having clearly labeled ticket subject lines and real-time updates really does make it so much easier to keep projects organized and everyone on the same page.

I’m glad to hear that both your AdOps and offshore teams are finding it easy to stay engaged and responsive through Wrike. That kind of collaboration is exactly what we hope to enable.

Your suggestion about making tickets automatically visible to the right team members is a great one. Not having to @ mention people every time would definitely save a step and help ensure nothing slips through the cracks. I’ll be sure to pass this feedback along to our product team.

Thanks again for your thoughtful review and for trusting Wrike to help keep your campaigns running smoothly. If you ever want tips on automating visibility or have more ideas for making Wrike even better for your team, just let us know—we’re always here to help!

**What do you dislike about Wrike?**

there can be a lot of options for a new user- making it challenging to implement in a big team
the non-moving milestones can be a bit annoying

**What problems is Wrike solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We can see timelines for drug development across the portfolio and across different stages of development
We can see how many tasks people are assigned to within the Business development team, and this lets us know general workload and who to ask for an update
It also handles my to-do list

**Official Response from Karilla Dyer:**

**Reviewed by:** Laura E. | Manager of Digital Investment, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 18, 2025

**What do you like best about Wrike?**

I like that Wrike streamlines workflows all in one place. Instead of a number of emails, the platform houses all projects seamlessly in one place. I also like the feature that sends email notifications when I'm mentioned in a ticket.

**What do you dislike about Wrike?**

I dislike the user experience. I think it could be more organized and easier to use. It's not super user-friendly, and it takes time to understand the structure of the site.

  ### 23. Wrike Project Management Solutions

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kendra C. | Operational Excellence Analyst, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 14, 2025

**What do you like best about Wrike?**

Automations within tasks and projects are amazing. We have set up automations so that when a date is entered into a cusom field, an entirely new task is created for a different department to complete. The task stays within the project, but also displays in the other team's work queue. Both teams can monitor the progress of the task and project.

**What do you dislike about Wrike?**

Limitations on the amount of data that can be entered into the Data Hub.

**What problems is Wrike solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Transparency between business units has been made much easier with Wrike. Wrike has also decreased the amount of time teams waste on finding email threads in who know which inbox to find project details and sending information back and forth through emails.

  ### 24. Central Hub for our Strategic Marketing PMO

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Electrical/Electronic Manufacturing | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 22, 2024

**What do you like best about Wrike?**

At Molex, Wrike serves as our primary tool for managing our Strategic Marketing PMO efforts. We utilize it as one platform to record, organize, and track all projects. We love the use of submission forms and workflows. They allow us to capture project request details and integrate them effortlessly into our plans, minimizing unnecessary back-and-forth communication.
Wrike’s blueprints are a game changer! Blueprints have standardized our project initiation, promoting consistency and efficiency across all global teams. All teams understand that work, communication and approvals must be tracked in Wrike. Most recently, we created an onboarding blueprint for our vendors and internal hires. This has saved us a ton of time and it quickly brings new team members up to speed with clear Wrike training expectations and timelines.
Our teams and management also enjoy Wrike's dashboards and real-time reporting. These allow for constant transparency into project statuses and team performance.
Their most recent release of dynamic dates with automations will be an immense time saver as we move to a more Agile work approach.

**What do you dislike about Wrike?**

Difficulties with SharePoint folder creation integration. However, this is a minimal inconvenience considering we can create a recipe using their Workato integration.

**What problems is Wrike solving and how is that benefiting you?**

At Molex, we very much enjoy the submission forms and the ability to customize our workflows. These two tools enable us to capture project requests and requirements and integrate the requirements seamlessly into our project plans. Whether it's a new campaign, program, or a request for creative assets, our submission forms ensure that all necessary information is gathered upfront, minimizing back-and-forth and setting clear expectations from the start.
Wrike’s blueprints for projects and onboarding processes have streamlined our project intake phases. This is particularly beneficial for onboarding new team members, as it provides them with immediate access to the right resources and a clear understanding of our Wrike expectations and training timelines.
As a Marketing Project Manager, the submission forms, custom workflows and blueprints have saved me immense time in project setup. Their latest release of dynamic dates will easily integrate into our Agile work approach.

  ### 26. Efficient tool without some of the bells and whistles

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Writing and Editing | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 18, 2025

**What do you like best about Wrike?**

It is fast, there are no problems with uploading or downloading, and it is easy to communicate with others on the platform. It is a web application, so there's no need to download bulky software. I use it every week. It integrates seamlessly with Google Drive, so you can easily add Docs and Sheets.

**What do you dislike about Wrike?**

I only have the free option, so there may be other tools with the paid version, but it doesn't seem to have some of the more robust features of competitors like Teamwork or ClickUp, such as scheduling and capacity planning.

**What problems is Wrike solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It provides a one-stop shop to assign, create, and edit content. It allows users to discuss particular tasks. It allows a secure location to upload and share documents.

**Official Response from Karilla Dyer:**

> Thank you for sharing your feedback on Wrike!

  ### 27. Wrike- Adaptable , powerful, and intuitive

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Commercial Real Estate | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**What do you like best about Wrike?**

How customizable the platform is, and how intuitive it is to use. Any type of team would benefit from using Wrike, you can tailor it to your team's needs easily.

**What do you dislike about Wrike?**

Like any software, you need to dedicate to learning it. Wrike isn't any different from other softwares in this way, but it does have more depth. If you want to get the most value out of the platform, you'll want to establish a resource internally who can be adept at the tool.

**What problems is Wrike solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Collaboration and file sharing and commenting. Streamlining requests and managing resources and schedules associated with those requests. Understanding marketing inputs and outputs and typing those to key results.

**Official Response from Karilla Dyer:**

> Thank you for the thoughtful review!

We love hearing how Wrike’s flexibility and ease of use are helping your team—especially that it's adaptable enough to work for any team’s needs. That’s a huge compliment!

You're absolutely right that, like any powerful tool, there’s a bit of a learning curve—especially to unlock its full potential. **Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Bethany S. | Director of Operations, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2025

**What do you like best about Wrike?**

We use Wrike for the onboarding of our Client Projects, and the ability to connect Wrike to our other software solutions allows us to reduce redundancies and streamline our operations.

**What do you dislike about Wrike?**

Some of the integrations still have limitations and the need to use multiple tools, Unito, Workato, and Wrikes native integration tool cause confusion on what information is configured where.

**What problems is Wrike solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It provides us a project outline for our client implementations, includes every task needing to be completed in order to properly onboard our clients.

**Official Response from Karilla Dyer:**

> Thank you so much for sharing your feedback and for being a valued member of the Wrike Elite 100, our top users worldwide! We’re delighted to hear that Wrike’s integrations are helping you streamline client onboarding and reduce redundancies.

  ### 29. A powerful solution for collaborative project management!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 07, 2025

**What do you like best about Wrike?**

I love that wrike is so customizable. I work for a large corporation that implemented wrike back in November of 2024 for a pilot group, which I was a part of. After a couple months of development, we launched our instance to our 80+ person marketing organization. I have to say, after working with other project management applications such as smartsheets, trello, and asana, I was initially a bit intimidated by all that wrike offered; however, I have come to love it and am thankful my company chose this valuable tool!

**What do you dislike about Wrike?**

Honestly, one of the main things I dislike about wrike is really more a "me problem" - because we are using wrike across so many different teams, it can be a little cumbersome for me to find things using the search function. I often have better luck finding the things I'm searching for when I type content into the search field and click the "search" button, as opposed to the items that auto populate when I type in the field. Often I might think that "oh, that surely must be what I'm looking for" only to find that an archived project from a previous year populated in the list before an active project for the current year. It can be a little frustrating at times when searching for things, but I'm slowly but surely getting the hang of it.

**What problems is Wrike solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is making it easy for me to track tasks and projects across several different groups within my marketing organization, as well as track approvals, drafts, and changes to finalized documents.

**Official Response from Karilla Dyer:**

> Thank you so much for your thoughtful and detailed feedback! We’re thrilled to hear how Wrike’s customizability has helped your large marketing organization collaborate and manage projects more effectively. It’s great to know that, after trying other tools, you’ve found value in Wrike and are enjoying the experience.

We appreciate your honesty about the challenges with the search function, especially when working across so many teams and projects. Your insights are incredibly helpful, and we understand how important it is to quickly find the right information—especially in a busy, collaborative environment. If you ever have specific suggestions or examples of how search could work better for you, please let us know. We’re always looking for ways to improve and make Wrike even more user-friendly.

Thank you again for being part of the Wrike community and for sharing your journey with us! If you need any tips or support as you continue to explore Wrike’s features, we’re always here to help.

  ### 30. Great project management tool

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Manish M. | Senior IT Engineer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 08, 2025

**What do you like best about Wrike?**

It is one of the nicest project management tool I have ever used. Earlier I was more into Monday.com/Jira etc but recently we started using Wrike and I feel is much more robust to easier to manage.
Organizing tasks, stories and manage task for the team is much more easier. We also have some automation that gives us a best user experience. Onboarding Wrike was way to easier as we were able to integrate with various different platforms such as Okta. Because its a Saas platform it is cost effective and they really offer great support.

**What do you dislike about Wrike?**

I would say about customizations, if they add more templates. That would really help to build new projects

**What problems is Wrike solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Collaborates our team together in managing all the project and run daily sprints.

**Official Response from Karilla Dyer:**

> Thanks for sharing your experience!

It’s great to hear that Wrike has made project management easier for you, especially coming from other platforms like Monday.com and Jira. The ability to organize tasks, manage stories, and automate workflows really does help teams stay efficient. It’s also good to know that onboarding was smooth and that integrations with tools like Okta made the transition even easier.

Your suggestion about adding more templates is a helpful one—having a wider variety of ready-made templates would definitely speed up project setup and make it even easier to get started with new initiatives.

Glad to hear Wrike is helping your team collaborate and manage daily sprints effectively. If you ever want tips for customizing your workspace or making the most of automations, just let me know!

Executing projects/implementations on a timely manner. I also use it for other departments to submit requests for new features and projects.

  ### 32. Student Media Wrike Review

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Crystal H. | Assistant Director of Student Media, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 18, 2025

**What do you like best about Wrike?**

I really enjoy being able to have communication with my colleagues about projects we are working on. Instead of having to text or call each other, the communication is in one place. I also like being able to stay in control of tasks that need to be approved.

**What do you dislike about Wrike?**

I think there is a lot of unnecessary writing with each task and it can get to a point where it is difficult to read.

**What problems is Wrike solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Tasks that need to be completed for large events on campus

**Official Response from Karilla Dyer:**

> Thank you so much for sharing your experience with Wrike! It’s great to hear how the platform is helping streamline communication and keep you in control of tasks—especially when coordinating efforts for large campus events. That kind of visibility and collaboration is exactly what we hope to support.

We also really appreciate your honest feedback about the task descriptions feeling a bit overwhelming. You're definitely not alone in that, and to help with it, we've introduced a new AI Summaries feature. It automatically generates concise summaries of task content, so you can quickly get the gist without reading through long blocks of text. It’s especially helpful when you're juggling a lot of projects or approvals.

Thanks again for your thoughtful review. We’re so glad to support your work and are here if you ever need help making Wrike work even better for you.

  ### 33. It is a good tool but need more visibility among users

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sumedh S. | Implementation Consultant, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 18, 2025

**What do you like best about Wrike?**

The UI is pretty good, easy to understand.
Workflows are smooth as well. Implementation was super smooth too.

**What do you dislike about Wrike?**

The only downside about this tool is that is not widely used across organization. So customers don't always agree to track project on Wrike, instead they insist to either use JIRA or keep using MS Excel.

**What problems is Wrike solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Time tracking has been super useful. Automated reminders would be a great feature to have to fill the timesheets on time. Project Management is also good and easy to understand.

**Official Response from Karilla Dyer:**

> Thanks for sharing your thoughts!

It’s great to hear that you find Wrike’s UI easy to use and that the workflows and implementation process went smoothly for your team. Having a tool that’s simple to get started with can make a big difference.

I understand the challenge of adoption—when not everyone in the organization is on board, it can be tough to get the full benefit of a platform like Wrike. If you’re looking to encourage more users, sometimes sharing quick wins or success stories from your own team can help show the value. You might also consider offering a short walkthrough or demo to colleagues who are used to JIRA or Excel, just to highlight how Wrike can make things easier.

Time tracking sounds like it’s been especially helpful for you. Automated reminders for timesheets would be a great addition—I’ll keep an eye out for any updates on that front. If you want tips for boosting Wrike’s visibility or making adoption easier, just let me know!

  ### 34. Ever evolving platform with many opportunities to customize project management for your needs!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Hospital & Health Care | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 19, 2021

**What do you like best about Wrike?**

Customizable and flexible for each user! Wrike is easy to set up, doesn't require developer hours, has top tier customer support, and a great community of users! It is an easy tool to use every day to keep projects moving forward and your daily to do list in check!

**What do you dislike about Wrike?**

It costs extra for analyze, integrate, and more rows in Datahub.

**Recommendations to others considering Wrike:**

Try out the trial or free version. The easiest way to see if this will meet your needs is to use it and try to "break" your process within the tool! If you can't, then it is a great option! They are constantly updating and releasing new features as well.

**What problems is Wrike solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This helps our team keep track of our current workload, new requests, and team wide projects. It helps departments throughout my workplace to spin up request forms quickly to meet changing project needs. We also are using Wrike to get out of spreadsheets, email, and legacy software into a consistent platform with greater visibility.

  ### 35. An expectational work management tool

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Higher Education | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 14, 2025

**What do you like best about Wrike?**

Allow team to track projects that we are working on or projects that are in our backlog, it gives visibility for managers to keep track of team members' work capacity.

**What do you dislike about Wrike?**

Not very easy to navigate Wrike, it took me a while to get used to the interface. We even had a training with a Wrike expert to go through features as it provides lots of features that could be customised.

Not easy to track complex projects, especially when the scopes of projects get big with different departments involved.

**What problems is Wrike solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps tracking project timeline, stakeholders have visibility how long the project would take and details of each milestone.

**Official Response from Karilla Dyer:**

> Thank you for sharing your honest feedback! We're glad to hear that Wrike has helped your team track projects, manage backlogs, and provide managers with valuable visibility into work capacity and timelines. It's great to know that stakeholders are benefiting from clear milestone tracking and project transparency.

  ### 36. Good organization tool to manage tasks

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Sports | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 18, 2025

**What do you like best about Wrike?**

It helps me to be organized and prioritize tasks in a visual way. Without it, I think I would be confused and miss tasks. I use it daily to ensure I am on top of the tasks and projects I am working on.

**What do you dislike about Wrike?**

The Dashboards sometimes are a bit confusing to navigate. However, not a major issue. Also sometimes I notice it takes a long time to load pages on Wrike (I have noticed this on multiple computers) so I am not sure why that is.

**What problems is Wrike solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The problem of not having a central platform to keep track of tasks and projects. Without this tool I would be lost and unsure of statuses of tasks, what I have accomplished etc.

**Official Response from Karilla Dyer:**

> Thank you for sharing your positive experience with Wrike! We're thrilled to hear that it helps you stay organized and on top of your tasks and projects. We appreciate your feedback about the Dashboards and loading times. We are constantly working to improve user experience, and your input is valuable in that process. ### 37. This has made a positive difference in managing projects and makes a great information repository.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 17, 2024

**What do you like best about Wrike?**

Wrike has a great support team who will reach back out quickly to help with any issues. So far, I have had same day responses from the support team and they will walk me through to make sure I understand, which I appreciate. The online help page has been a great resource as well. The project teams have jumped right in and quickly adapted to the system and uses it consistently as well.

**What do you dislike about Wrike?**

The learning curve is a bit of a challenge. There are many helpful features - it's just getting to the point of using them and testing that can be a bit time consuming.

**What problems is Wrike solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Wrike is helping this company organize projects by prioritizing and providing one place for information pulling. For me being the PM, this has helped me keep project teams on schedule and providing a high-level overview of the project status for Senior Management.

  ### 38. Easy to learn, quick to execute! fell behind the AI technology

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Retail | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 23, 2022

**What do you like best about Wrike?**

I liked using AI as our main task management system but they are super slow in incorporating AI.

**What do you dislike about Wrike?**

Their subscription policy is most ridiculous I've ever heard of. They don't have monthly subscription; only annual and you need to cancel your subscription at least 30 days ahead of renewal; otherwise they will charge you for the entire next annual period.
We were canceled ours and with the help of our Credit Cart company prevented them to charge us. Switched to ClickUp and it's a much better task management tool in most of the aspects.

**What problems is Wrike solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Wrike is helping our team to share the projects, communicate faster and have a better overview of the progress.

  ### 39. Use regularly for cross-functional requests and project management.

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Entertainment | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 19, 2025

**What do you like best about Wrike?**

I believe it is relatively user friendly and has the ability to store and manage a lot of projects in different stages. My team uses the platform frequently. The implementation into our team was relatively quick and easy. Support is good and they are very responsive.

**What do you dislike about Wrike?**

It's not the most intuitive platform I've used. I also wish there were ID numbers assigned to projects, which would make them easier to find. Often we have a lot of similarly named projects.

**What problems is Wrike solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Wrike helps bring together various cross-functional units and unifies them with our creative services team, allowing sharing and collaboration between these units to manage projects and creative deliverables. It also allows for the creative services team to track and assign projects, as well as define how much time they spend per quarter/calendar year.

**Official Response from Karilla Dyer:**

> Thanks for sharing your experience!

It’s great to hear that Wrike has made it easier for your team to manage multiple projects and collaborate across different functions. Quick implementation and responsive support are always a plus, and it sounds like your team has really integrated Wrike into your daily workflow.

You bring up a good point about project identification—having unique ID numbers for projects would definitely help when you’re dealing with similar names. In the meantime, you might consider adding a unique code or date to your project titles as a workaround, or using custom fields to help with sorting and searching.

Glad to know Wrike is helping your creative services team stay organized and track time spent on projects. If you ever want tips for streamlining your setup or have more suggestions for features that would make project management even easier, just let me know!

  ### 40. Solid Project Management Tool

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** M T. | Assistant Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 09, 2025

**What do you like best about Wrike?**

Wrike has been a really useful project management tool for our team. I like how it helps in organizing tasks, setting timelines, and tracking progress.

Definitely worth considering if you’re looking for something reliable.

**What do you dislike about Wrike?**

The interface can feel a bit overwhelming at times, especially for new users, and it takes a little while to get used to.

**What problems is Wrike solving and how is that benefiting you?**

1. Helps track tasks and deadlines in one place, reducing confusion.
2. Improves project visibility across the team.
3. Saves time by reducing the need for constant follow-ups.

**Official Response from Karilla Dyer:**

> Thanks for sharing your thoughts!

It’s great to hear that Wrike has been a reliable tool for organizing tasks, setting timelines, and keeping your team on track. Having everything in one place really does help cut down on confusion and makes it easier to see how projects are progressing.

The interface can definitely feel like a lot at first, especially if you’re new to project management software. If you haven’t already, setting up custom dashboards or using the “My Work” view can help simplify things and make navigation a bit easier for new users.

Glad to know Wrike is helping your team stay organized, improve visibility, and save time on follow-ups. If you ever want tips for onboarding new team members or making the interface feel less overwhelming, just let me know!

  ### 41. Wrike is a great way to stay organized and never miss a deadline

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Building Materials | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 24, 2025

**What do you like best about Wrike?**

I like how you can easily update the status of a project in Wrike to stay on track, and let other coworkers know where you are in the process. It helps you stay organized by doing this so that no projects are forgotten.

**What do you dislike about Wrike?**

Sometimes on the main overview list of all projects, seeing all projects at once can seem a little overwhelming but this is not a big deal really.

**What problems is Wrike solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps me stay organized by having deadlines listed and it also sends an email when a new project is assigned to me or when a project is updated. It is great to not have to worry about forgetting something because you get constant reminders.

**Official Response from Karilla Dyer:**

> Thank you so much for your thoughtful feedback! We're glad to hear that Wrike helps you stay organized, keep track of project statuses, and ensures you never miss a deadline with timely reminders and updates. It’s great that you find it easy to update your progress and keep your coworkers in the loop.

We understand that seeing all projects at once on the main overview can sometimes feel overwhelming. Here are a few practical tips to help you manage your workspace and make Wrike even more helpful for you:

Use Filters: You can filter projects and tasks by status, assignee, due date, and more. This allows you to focus only on what’s relevant to you at the moment, such as your active projects or tasks due soon.

Custom Views and Dashboards: Set up custom views or dashboards tailored to your workflow. For example, you can create a dashboard that only shows your tasks, high-priority projects, or items due this week, making it much easier to stay focused.

Folders and Tags: Organize your projects into folders or use tags to group related work. This helps you quickly navigate to the right section without having to scroll through everything.

Favorites: Mark your most important projects or folders as favorites so they’re always at the top of your workspace for easy access.
Notification Settings: Since you appreciate the reminders, you can also fine-tune your notification settings to ensure you’re only getting the most helpful updates—reducing noise while still keeping you on track.

If you’d like step-by-step instructions on setting up any of these features, or want to discuss how to best organize your workspace for your specific needs, just let us know! We’re always here to help you make the most of Wrike’s sophisticated tools so you can stay organized and stress-free.

Thank you again for your feedback and for being a valued member of the Wrike community!

  ### 42. Excellent project management experience

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 25, 2021

**What do you like best about Wrike?**

constantly in evolution, very efficient dashboards

**What do you dislike about Wrike?**

possibility to see all custom fields in all types of graphics

**Recommendations to others considering Wrike:**

Wrike is a great tool to manage projects and the team's workload. It can also be integrated with other software currently in use in the company, which can be interesting for its adoption.

**What problems is Wrike solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The main one is to organize the work of a big team in this critical project while they also have to go on with their day-by-day activities.

  ### 43. Wrike Has Been a Business Saver

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** John B. | President, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 28, 2021

**What do you like best about Wrike?**

We love the ability to nest groups of tasks and subtasks in a more organized way with independent workflows as well as dependencies.

**What do you dislike about Wrike?**

I don't like that is doesn't have automation tied to workflow status updates.
This would be a great additional feature.

**What problems is Wrike solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We need a more comprehensive way of creating an operations template for project management that was easy to use but sophisticated enough to handle more complex task needs.
It has improved our project management efficiency and effectiveness.

  ### 44. I LOVE Wrike for eComm

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mikayla H. | eCommerce and CX Associate, Marketing and Advertising, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 24, 2025

**What do you like best about Wrike?**

What I love about Wrike is that I can seamlessly submit a design request, and Wrike lays every update out in a user-friendly layout.

**What do you dislike about Wrike?**

I have 0 complaints. Wrike is very easy to use.

**What problems is Wrike solving and how is that benefiting you?**

A problem Wrike has solved for me was the tracking of a project.

**Official Response from Karilla Dyer:**

> Thank you so much for your wonderful review! We're thrilled to hear that Wrike has made it easy for you to submit design requests and track your projects seamlessly. It's great to know that our user-friendly layout is helping you stay organized and up to date. If you ever have any suggestions or need assistance, we're always here to help. Thanks again for being a part of the Wrike community!

  ### 45. Take it or leave it

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Madison K. | Senior Marketing Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 18, 2025

**What do you like best about Wrike?**

Wrike is helpful for teams working cross-functionally between multiple departments both within and outside of their own organization. It's easy to communicate within the platform and see progress on projects.

**What do you dislike about Wrike?**

I find that Wrike is sometimes a duplicate version of other tools that our organization already uses, so it's not mutually exclusive for all projects, making it confusing to stay organized.

**What problems is Wrike solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The biggest problem Wrike is helping us solve is project management and progress across multiple departments within our organization.

**Official Response from Karilla Dyer:**

> Thank you for sharing your honest feedback! We're glad to hear that Wrike is helping your team manage projects and collaborate across multiple departments, making it easier to communicate and track progress.

We understand your concern about Wrike sometimes overlapping with other tools in your organization, which can make it challenging to stay organized. Your feedback is valuable, and we know that tool consolidation and integration are important for a smooth workflow. If you’d like, we can provide tips on integrating Wrike with other platforms or streamlining your processes to reduce duplication and make project management more seamless.

Thank you again for choosing Wrike and for letting us know how we can improve your experience. If you have any suggestions or need help optimizing your workflow, please let us know—we’re here to support you!

  ### 46. It is a great way to keep track of items, but different styles can make it confusing.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Evelyn H. | Admissions Counselor, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 24, 2022

**What do you like best about Wrike?**

The app is a nice feature and easy to navigate.

**What do you dislike about Wrike?**

I have difficulty finding my projects sometimes. And I am not informed of updates within comments unless tagged.

**What problems is Wrike solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Event organization. Easy way to communicate with others projects going on.

  ### 47. We used Wrike in the company for just over a year.

**Rating:** 2.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Entertainment | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 20, 2025

**What do you like best about Wrike?**

I liked the connectivity with other members of the company and the ability to set up things like approval flows and pipelines.

**What do you dislike about Wrike?**

The likes said, I still found the system hard to navigate and especially hard to find previous items in the pipeline especially when something was marked as complete.

I think the layout wasn't intuitive or smooth to navigate.

**What problems is Wrike solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Honestly I don't feel like it solved problems any better than something like a Trello or other work platform. I think it has the potential to far outshine other programs, but as of now it was just too convoluted to navigate and usually add three or four steps to each task rather than simplified or streamlined.

**Official Response from Karilla Dyer:**

> Thanks for sharing your honest experience!

It’s great to hear that you appreciated Wrike’s connectivity with your team and the ability to set up approval flows and pipelines. Those features can really help keep everyone on the same page.

I totally get your frustration with navigation, especially when it comes to finding completed items or moving through the pipeline. If the layout doesn’t feel intuitive or smooth, it can definitely add extra steps and make things feel more complicated than they need to be. Your point about Wrike having the potential to outshine other platforms, but currently feeling a bit too convoluted, is really helpful feedback.

If you ever decide to give Wrike another try or want some tips for making navigation easier, I’m here to help. Thanks again for your honest thoughts—it’s feedback like yours that helps us improve!

  ### 48. Excellent Collaboration Tool

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Non-Profit Organization Management | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 27, 2021

**What do you like best about Wrike?**

We leverage so many of Wrike's features, it's tough to pick just the best. The automation engine is powerful and makes it easy to work smarter. I love the New Dashboards - I use them every day to clearly visualize my work and the work for my project teams. The customer support team is fast at responding to any bugs or issues, and we adore our customer success manager.

**What do you dislike about Wrike?**

The Wrike licensing isn't the most flexible - you have to purchase in packages of 10.

**Recommendations to others considering Wrike:**

Map out your repeatable processes - who works with who, order of operations for accomplishing daily/weekly/monthly work - and make workflows and blueprints to automate as much as possible. Wrike is a hugely powerful tool if you leverage all of the interconnecting features to maximize what the platform can do.

**What problems is Wrike solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have improved our task and work management tracking and communication. We have improved visibility into the work for each team AND how those teams interact on shared work items.

  ### 49. Feedback of using Wrike

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alex C. | Account Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2025

**What do you like best about Wrike?**

Very organized to show the progress. We used Wrike not just to track the campaign progress but we also used that as a dashboard for our weekly status call that the whole team can track the progress. We can customized the dashboard to fulfill different objectives

**What do you dislike about Wrike?**

Sometimes, the loading time is a bit long and we need to refresh the browser to see new changes

**What problems is Wrike solving and how is that benefiting you?**

A centralized platform for the team to update the progress of all projects

**Official Response from Karilla Dyer:**

> Thank you for sharing your feedback! It’s great to hear that Wrike’s organization and customizable dashboards are helping your team stay aligned and keep track of progress during your weekly status calls. We appreciate your honesty about the loading times and browser refresh — we understand how important smooth performance is and will continue working to improve this experience. If you ever need tips or support to optimize your workspace further, please don’t hesitate to reach out. We’re here to help you get the most out of Wrike!

  ### 50. Couldn't do my job without it!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nicole W. | Marketing Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 22, 2025

**What do you like best about Wrike?**

Wrike is very user-friendly, helping me manage all our creatives and projects in one place, and has been adopted company-wide thanks to its ease of use and intuitive interface. I am SO happy I found it because I honestly do not believe I could do my job without it.

**What do you dislike about Wrike?**

I think what I like least is the price. It is a bit expensive, but it does offer a lot.

**What problems is Wrike solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The biggest problem was time management and it's been solved. Prior to using Wrike, we were using email for the review/approval process of content and creatives, which was cumbersome and ineffective, leaving lots of room for errors. With Wrike, all of those problems have been solved.

**Official Response from Karilla Dyer:**

> We're glad to hear that you find Wrike easy to use for duplicating project templates and assigning tasks and dates. We appreciate your feedback about the difficulty in moving projects to the right folder, and we'll take this into consideration for future improvements.
