## Wrike Reviews
 ### 1. Wrike makes project management easy for agencies.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Chris H. | Directory, Strategy, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 02, 2025

**What do you like best about Wrike?**

Having used multiple project management softwares, I love the task/timesheet view for a quick glance of what I have due and what I must record time to. It incredibly simple and easy to navigate.

Internal comms across teams is also easy through tagging as well as quickly responding if Outlook is integrated into the software.

**What do you dislike about Wrike?**

While can be controlled via settings, you can quickly get overwhelmed in notifications. Depending on setup and size of org, you might login and have a lot of notifications to navigate making comms/tasks get lost.

Wrike can be quickly over-managed, meaning orgs with a larger volume of tasks may over engineer - based on features - task building. This may create issues for producers on what's due and when.

Must have a devoted admin with the time and resources to build and on-board team/org. Can get complex very quickly.

**What problems is Wrike solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Time tracking and task management
Project and resource management

**Official Response from Karilla Dyer:**

> Thank you so much for your detailed feedback! It’s wonderful to hear that Wrike’s task and timesheet views are making it easier for you to manage your workload and track time efficiently. We’re also glad that features like tagging and Outlook integration are helping your team communicate more smoothly.

You’ve raised some really important points about notifications and the potential for complexity, especially in larger organizations. Here are a few tips that might help:

Managing Notifications: You can customize your notification settings in Wrike to reduce the noise and only get alerts for what matters most to you. If you need guidance, we have step-by-step resources or can walk you through the process.

Simplifying Task Structures: For teams that might be over-engineering their workflows, consider starting with a basic setup and gradually adding features as needed. Sometimes, less is more!

If you’d like, I can share specific guides or connect you with our support resources to address any of these challenges directly. Your feedback is invaluable, and we’re here to help you get the most out of Wrike. Please let us know if there’s anything else we can do to support your agency’s success!

 ### 2. Wrike Feedback and Insights

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Marian P. | Customer Insights Specialist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 02, 2025

**What do you like best about Wrike?**

What I appreciate most about using Wrike for logging my daily tasks is the clarity and visibility it provides. It's great to have a central place where I can easily document what I've accomplished, and for our manager to have seamless access to that information. This transparency really streamlines communication and ensures everyone is on the same page regarding progress and workload. Plus, the way Wrike organizes tasks within projects makes it easy to see how my individual contributions fit into the bigger picture.

**What do you dislike about Wrike?**

Honestly, the biggest frustration I have with Wrike is its speed. There are times when it feels quite sluggish, and the loading times can be a bit disruptive to my workflow, especially when I'm trying to quickly log my tasks for the day.

**What problems is Wrike solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For me, Wrike primarily solves the problem of disorganized task updates and a lack of clear visibility into what everyone on the team is doing. Before using Wrike, providing daily updates might have involved scattered emails or verbal reports, which could easily get lost or be difficult for our manager to track and reference later.

The benefit of Wrike in this context is that it provides a centralized and structured platform for logging my daily tasks. 1 This makes it incredibly easy for my manager to see exactly what I've worked on, understand my progress, and have a clear overview of the team's activities. This transparency fosters better communication, helps identify any potential roadblocks early on, and ensures everyone is aligned on our goals and individual contributions. It also saves me time because I have a dedicated place to record my work, rather than trying to piece together updates through other less efficient methods.

**Official Response from Karilla Dyer:**

> Thank you for sharing your thoughtful feedback and insights! We’re glad to hear that Wrike’s centralized platform has made it easier for you to log daily tasks, provide clear updates, and give your manager real-time visibility into your progress. It’s great to know that this transparency is helping your team stay aligned, streamline communication, and quickly identify any potential roadblocks.

We appreciate your honesty about the platform’s speed. We understand how important it is for Wrike to be responsive, especially when you’re logging tasks throughout a busy day. Our team is continuously working to improve performance and reduce loading times. If you notice specific patterns—such as certain times of day or actions that seem to trigger slowdowns—please let us know, as this information can help us address the issue more effectively.

If you’d like, we can also share some tips for optimizing your workspace or connect you with our support team to look into your account’s performance. Thank you again for your valuable feedback, and please don’t hesitate to reach out if you have any questions or need further assistance. We’re here to help you get the most out of Wrike!

**What do you like best about Wrike?**

Using Wrike has revolutionized the way I manage my daily tasks and track productivity. This all-in-one tool not only helps me monitor my task list efficiently but also provides detailed insights into my performance on specific tasks. These insights are invaluable, allowing me to identify areas for improvement and enhance my overall efficiency.

One of the standout features of Wrike is its ability to handle various requests seamlessly. Whether it's requesting access to certain tools or submitting leave requests, Wrike eliminates the need to reach out to my manager for these concerns. This autonomy not only saves time but also empowers me to manage my work more independently.

Overall, Wrike has significantly boosted my productivity and streamlined my workflow, making it an essential part of my daily routine

**What do you dislike about Wrike?**

Wrike's performance can sometimes feel a bit slow, it's a manageable aspect considering the tool's robust features and capabilities

**What problems is Wrike solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is benefiting me in a lot of aspect

1. Centralized Task Management: No more switching between notes and calendars. Everything is in one place, making it easy to update tasks as needed.
2. Time Tracking and Analysis: The automatic percentage of hours spent helps you analyze your productivity and identify areas for improvement.
3. Reduced Manager Interactions: With requests integrated into the system, you save time and reduce the need for constant communication with your manager.

**Official Response from Karilla Dyer:**

> Thank you for your detailed and thoughtful feedback! We’re thrilled to hear how Wrike has become an essential part of your daily routine, helping you manage tasks, track productivity, and gain valuable insights into your work. It’s great to know that features like centralized task management, time tracking, and integrated request handling have empowered you to work more independently and efficiently.

We appreciate your honesty about the occasional slow performance. While we’re glad to hear it’s manageable for you, we understand how important speed is for maintaining productivity. Our team is continually working to optimize Wrike’s performance, and your feedback helps us prioritize these improvements. If you ever notice specific patterns or actions that seem to slow things down, please let us know—our support team is always here to help troubleshoot and provide solutions.

 ### 4. A tool that doesn’t make things more complicated!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Thiaré B. | Personal Brand Executive, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 01, 2025

**What do you like best about Wrike?**

I’ve tried my fair share of project management platforms, and Wrike strikes the best balance between structure and flexibility. It’s powerful without being overwhelming. The real-time updates, dashboards, and task dependencies have helped me stay on top of projects. Also, the integrations actually work, which hasn’t always been the case with other tools I’ve used.

**What do you dislike about Wrike?**

The learning curve is definitely there. It took me a couple of weeks to feel confident using it without second-guessing myself.

**What problems is Wrike solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Wrike primarily to manage and organize our copywriting projects. It helps me keep track of what’s in the pipeline, what’s in review, and what’s ready to go. Since I’m also the team lead, I use it to assign tasks, oversee timelines, and make sure everyone’s aligned on priorities. It’s been super helpful for tracking feedback loops and keeping things moving without clogging up our inboxes. It gives me a bird’s-eye view without making me micromanage.

**Official Response from Karilla Dyer:**

> Thank you for sharing such a thoughtful review! It’s great to hear that Wrike is striking the right balance between structure and flexibility for your team. Real-time updates, dashboards, and task dependencies are designed to keep projects organized and moving forward, and it’s good to know the integrations are working smoothly for you—reliable integrations can make a big difference in day-to-day workflows.

The feedback about the learning curve is very valid. Wrike offers a lot of powerful features, and it can take a little time to get fully comfortable. Many teams find that once they’re familiar with the platform, it becomes a central hub that actually simplifies project management rather than complicating it.

It’s wonderful to hear how Wrike is helping manage copywriting projects, track feedback loops, and keep everyone aligned without the need for endless emails. The ability to get a high-level overview while still assigning tasks and overseeing timelines is exactly what Wrike aims to provide.

If there’s ever interest in tips for onboarding new team members or making the learning process even smoother, let us know. We’re here to help make Wrike as intuitive and effective as possible for your team!

 ### 5. Good for collaboration, slight learning curve with vavigation

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Prathamesh L. | Assistant Manager - Marketing, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 18, 2025

**What do you like best about Wrike?**

We use Wrike every day to collaborate across teams and keep projects on track. It’s become a central part of our workflow. While we aren’t using its integrations currently, it offers plenty of options. Their customer support is responsive and helpful whenever needed.

Some pros:
- Seamless team collaboration and task tracking
- Real-time updates and comments keep everyone aligned
- Customizable workflows and dashboards

**What do you dislike about Wrike?**

Folder view/navigation can be confusing at first
Slightly overwhelming UI for new users

**What problems is Wrike solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Wrike has significantly helped us overcome the long-standing challenge of siloed work and poor cross-team collaboration. In the past, our teams struggled with fragmented communication - tasks were scattered across emails, chat threads, spreadsheets, and disconnected tools. This not only made it difficult to track progress and deadlines but also led to confusion over ownership and accountability. With Wrike, we’ve brought all our projects, tasks, and communication into a single, centralized platform. Now, everyone has real-time visibility into project statuses, dependencies, and responsibilities, enabling us to collaborate more effectively, streamline workflows, and ultimately deliver better results faster.

**What do you like best about Wrike?**

I have been using it and would like to break down into 5 points:

2.Ease of Implementation
Setting up Wrike is straightforward, with helpful onboarding tools and templates that accelerate adoption across teams and departments.

3.Customer Support
Wrike offers responsive customer support, including live chat, a detailed help center, and onboarding assistance, which is especially helpful during initial setup and troubleshooting.

4.Number of Features & Frequency of Use
With features like task dependencies, time tracking, Gantt charts, and real-time collaboration, Wrike is powerful enough to be used daily by project managers and team members alike.

5.Ease of Integration

Overall, Wrike combines robust functionality with user-friendly design, making it a reliable solution for teams that need a flexible, all-in-one project management tool.

**What do you dislike about Wrike?**

its interface can feel overwhelming for new users due to the sheer number of features and customization options, leading to a steeper initial learning curve.

**What problems is Wrike solving and how is that benefiting you?**

it helps to solve the problem of disorganized project communication by centralizing tasks, files, and team discussions in one platform, which improves visibility, reduces email clutter, and keeps everyone aligned. As a manager I can keep a track of time of my team.

**Official Response from Karilla Dyer:**

> Thank you so much for your detailed and honest review!

I love how you broke down your experience into key points—it really helps paint a clear picture of how Wrike is working for you and your team. It’s great to hear that you find the interface intuitive, the onboarding process smooth, and the customer support responsive. We’re especially glad that features like task dependencies, time tracking, and integrations with your favorite tools are making a real difference in your daily workflow.

You make a great point about the interface feeling a bit overwhelming at first due to the range of features. We hear you! We’re always working to make Wrike even more approachable for new users, so your feedback is really valuable.

It’s fantastic to know that Wrike is helping you centralize communication, reduce email clutter, and keep your team aligned and on track. If you ever have questions, need tips, or want to share more feedback, we’re always here to help. Thanks again for sharing your experience and for being part of the Wrike community!

 ### 7. Overall, its helped our business stay organized with our tasks.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alexandria P. | Director of Service Delivery , Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 24, 2025

**What do you like best about Wrike?**

We started using the new automation features.

**What do you dislike about Wrike?**

When assigning tasks, it's hard for people to see their hours. Also, when logging time, it just has the task name, not the project name, which can be confusing. We often have projects with similar tasks. The calendar feature is glitchy and sometimes re-adjusts the dates.

**What problems is Wrike solving and how is that benefiting you?**

project management efficiency

**Official Response from Karilla Dyer:**

> Thank you for sharing your feedback!

We’re glad to hear that Wrike has helped your business stay organized and has boosted productivity and efficiency, especially with features like task tracking, assigning hours, and blocker notifications. It’s great to know these tools are making a positive impact on your project management.

Regarding your feedback on reporting, you’re absolutely right—being able to pull reports based on task type would make it much easier to analyze your team’s work. Here are a few practical tips to help you get closer to this functionality with Wrike’s current features:

Custom Fields: You can create a custom field for “Task Type” and assign it to your tasks. This way, you can filter and group tasks by type in your reports and dashboards.

Tags and Folders: Using tags or organizing tasks into specific folders by type can also help you segment your data for more targeted reporting.
Advanced Filters in Reports: When building a report, use the filter options to include only tasks with certain custom fields, tags, or folder locations. This can help you generate more specific insights.

Dashboards: Set up widgets on your dashboard to display tasks by type, status, or any other custom field, so you can monitor progress at a glance.
Wrike Analyze (if available): If your plan includes Wrike Analyze, you can build even more advanced, customized reports and visualizations based on any field, including task type.

If you’d like step-by-step instructions on setting up custom fields or building filtered reports, Wrike’s Help Center has detailed guides and video tutorials. These resources can help you tailor your reporting to fit your exact needs.

Thank you again for your valuable feedback! Your suggestions help us improve Wrike, and we’re always here to support you and your team as you get the most out of the platform.

 ### 8. Wrike User Experience Review

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kayla L. | Planning Associate, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 18, 2025

**What do you like best about Wrike?**

I like that it's like a public to-do list for your team, including who is assigned to certain tasks as well as an overview of the length and scope of a task. It is also fairly simple to create tasks to add to lists of priorities and the notifications definitely help everyone keep track on projects.

**What do you dislike about Wrike?**

Although Wrike can be helpful, it is not as commonly used in the day-to-day, only speaking as a Planning team member. It feels like a good start to stay on track with projects, but also feels easily forgotten as we get more and more into our work.

**What problems is Wrike solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Wrike lays out a visual of the list of tasks our team is currently working on, ensuring that everyone is able to view when certain tasks are being worked on and/or completed. It helps to answer questions such as, "Has this task been started yet?" or "Who is assigned to this task?"

**Official Response from Karilla Dyer:**

> Thanks for sharing your perspective on using Wrike!

I love how you described it as a “public to-do list” for your team—that’s such a clear way to put it. Being able to see who’s working on what, and having those notifications to keep everyone in the loop, really does make it easier to stay organized and avoid confusion about project status.

It’s interesting to hear that, as a member of the Planning team, Wrike isn’t always top of mind in your daily workflow. I get how, as projects pick up speed, it can be easy for tools like this to fade into the background. That’s a really helpful insight, and it’s something we’re always looking to improve—making Wrike feel more integrated and essential, even when things get busy.

The visibility Wrike provides—like knowing who’s assigned to what and what’s in progress—sounds like it’s making a difference for your team, even if it’s not used every single day. If you have any ideas on how Wrike could become a more natural part of your daily routine, or features that would make it more engaging for your team, I’d love to hear them!

Thanks again for your honest feedback. It’s insights like yours that help us keep making Wrike better for everyone.

 ### 9. Really Enjoying Wrike So Far

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Abbey C. | Media Planner, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2025

**What do you like best about Wrike?**

I've really enjoyed using Wrike — it’s been a smooth transition from our previous application, Jira. Wrike offers a lot of the same functionality I liked about Jira, but with even more flexibility when it comes to customizing workflows and dashboards. It’s been really helpful for keeping projects organized, tracking progress, and collaborating across teams.

The system is intuitive once you get familiar with it, and I appreciate how easy it is to tailor everything to fit different project needs. The reporting tools, in particular, have been a big plus for me. Like any platform, there’s a bit of a learning curve at first, but overall it’s been a great experience, and I’m a big fan of how it supports day-to-day project management.

**What do you dislike about Wrike?**

Honestly, I don’t have any real dislikes so far. It did take a little time to adjust coming from Jira, just getting used to the different layout and flow of Wrike. But once I got comfortable, it’s been a really smooth experience. I especially like that I can be easily tagged on tickets to stay updated on my assistants' progress — it keeps everything really organized and easy to track.

**What problems is Wrike solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We primarily use Wrike to submit tickets to our Ad Ops team for trafficking ads we're implementing for our clients. It’s been a great system for keeping everything organized and making sure nothing falls through the cracks. Each ticket includes the key details the Ad Ops team needs — like creative assets, tracking tags, and campaign specs — so they can easily review and traffic the ads. Wrike makes it simple to assign, track, and communicate within each task, which has helped streamline the entire trafficking process and keep projects moving quickly.

**Official Response from Karilla Dyer:**

> Thank you so much for your detailed and positive review! We're thrilled to hear that your transition from Jira to Wrike has been smooth and that you’re enjoying the added flexibility in customizing workflows and dashboards. It’s great to know that Wrike’s intuitive system, robust reporting tools, and collaboration features are helping you keep projects organized and on track.

We appreciate your feedback about the initial learning curve, and we’re glad to hear that once you got familiar with Wrike, it became a seamless part of your day-to-day project management. Your comments about ticket management and the ability to easily track and communicate with your Ad Ops team are especially valuable.

Thank you again for sharing your experience and for being a fan of Wrike! If you ever have suggestions or need support as you continue to use the platform, please don’t hesitate to reach out.

 ### 10. The ultimate work management powerhouse

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 12, 2025

**What do you like best about Wrike?**

The new feature I like and the world is around it is AI and Automation upgrade. The request forms and AI dashboards are incredibly useful.

**What do you dislike about Wrike?**

Nothing again, since all the excellent features has been brought on board.

**What problems is Wrike solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Wrike helps solve major challenges in project management, collaboration, and workflow efficiency by providing a centralized platform where teams can seamlessly coordinate their work. It enhances visibility by offering realtime dashboards and reports, ensuring everyone stays aligned on project progress, deadline and workload.

**Official Response from Karilla Dyer:**

If you ever want to explore even more ways to customize your reports or integrate Wrike with other tools your team uses, our support team is always here to help.

Thank you again for sharing your experience and for making Wrike a part of your team’s success!

 ### 11. Wrike to the rescue when you need to have a better overview of your projects!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dżesika M. | Customer Success Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 27, 2025

**What do you like best about Wrike?**

The task tracking feature in Wrike is indeed a standout. It helps you to stay organized: You can keep all your tasks in one place, making it easy to see what needs to be done and when. Monitor Progress: With visual progress indicators, you can quickly assess the status of each task and ensure deadlines are met. Prioritize Work: Wrike allows you to set priorities and deadlines, helping you focus on the most critical tasks first. Collaborate Efficiently: You can assign tasks to team members, add comments, and share files directly within the task, enhancing collaboration.

**What do you dislike about Wrike?**

Customization: Although customization is a strength, it can also be a double-edged sword. Setting up and configuring workflows and dashboards is time-consuming and requires a steep learning curve.

**What problems is Wrike solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Wrike helps manage task overload by organizing and prioritizing tasks, ensuring deadlines are met. Its collaboration features reduce communication gaps, while customizable dashboards provide clear visibility into project progress. Automation tools streamline processes, improving efficiency and productivity. Overall, Wrike enhances workflow and team coordination, leading to more successful project outcomes.

**Official Response from Karilla Dyer:**

> Thanks so much for sharing your thoughts! It’s awesome to hear that Wrike’s task tracking is making it easier for you to stay organized and keep your projects on track. The ability to see everything in one place and quickly check progress really does make a difference, doesn’t it? And I totally agree—being able to assign tasks, set priorities, and collaborate right within the platform can save so much time and back-and-forth.

I hear you on the customization side. Wrike’s flexibility is powerful, but it can feel a bit overwhelming at first, especially when setting up workflows and dashboards. If you ever need a hand with configuration or want some tips to speed up the process, let us know! We have guides, templates, and even onboarding support that can make things a lot smoother.

It’s great to see that Wrike is helping you manage workload, meet deadlines, and keep everyone in sync. That’s exactly what we aim for—making teamwork easier and more productive. If you have any questions or want to explore more features, just reach out. We’re always here to help you get the most out of Wrike!

 ### 12. Versatile Project Management for Versatile Projects

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Defense & Space | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 31, 2022

**What do you like best about Wrike?**

The introduction of Spaces within Wrike has helped immensely with larger programs that would get too bulky in the same folder or project. Now that I can have a single program with multiple projects for each technical team to focus on their own tasking that wraps up to the main program schedule its a lot easier to communicate updates and dependences across specialties.

**What do you dislike about Wrike?**

I don't like the fact that if I place a milestone in multiple folders/spaces (ie the Program Management folder has the review dates, and I assign it to a technical folder simultaneously for awareness), then it becomes editable in all instances. I wish there was a way to "duplicate" a task or milestone for visibility only but the original owner has edit permissions. This way if our PM updates their dates, anything I have depending on that cloned milestone in my folder will move accordingly but I cannot move the milestone if I change my tasks around.

**What problems is Wrike solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Wrike enables our team to see what is in the pipeline for a project, what tasks it is broken into, who is assigned to those projects, and what stage in a workflow (if applicable) a task might be in. It really helps us visualize just how imminent some things are, or how long a task has been in a certain stage to let us know to ask the assignee if there is a roadblock they need assistance with.

Don't think so, the wrike interface is simple and easy to use.

 ### 14. Project Management and organization to keep teams working on target

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 24, 2022

**What do you like best about Wrike?**

Over a few years it has stayed very consistent as we learned to use it.

**What do you dislike about Wrike?**

I would still like to see an in-built Office document editor, without a plug-in to download.

**What problems is Wrike solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our company uses Wrike to monitor and guide the many steps of our product manufacturing and lifecycle. From Sales to Delivery for different products, we have a template per product each team member follows that is transparent to everyone who needs to know when the project milestone will be reached. Workflow is monitored and we can detect when there are slowdowns. As long as everyone checks their email or Wrike app notifications, teams are informed when the previous step was completed and the next is ready to begin, so the right people have an overview ready to deliver to the customer immediately. We also plan our efforts based on the manpower needed and factor in vacations and absences in the teams to know where to redistribute work or know by how much a task will be delayed. As a result, we plan better how much we can take on and give better estimates to stay on target.

 ### 15. Flexible, Reliable, and Great for Cross-Team Collaboration

**What do you like best about Wrike?**

Wrike helps me stay organized and aligned across multiple projects and teams. I especially like the ability to create custom workflows and dashboards tailored to our marketing campaigns. The timeline view (Gantt chart) is great for visualizing project phases, while task dependencies and automated notifications help ensure we never miss deadlines. Wrike’s seamless integration with tools like Outlook and Teams also makes collaboration much smoother.

**What do you dislike about Wrike?**

Honestly, nothing major stands out. Wrike has been smooth and reliable for our use so far.

**What problems is Wrike solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Wrike helps streamline project management, especially for complex marketing campaigns with multiple stakeholders. It solves the problem of scattered communication, unclear task ownership, and missed deadlines. By centralizing everything—from briefs and assets to timelines and approvals—Wrike makes it easy to track progress, prioritize tasks, and collaborate across teams. It’s improved my productivity and given better visibility into project statuses at any point in time.

**Official Response from Karilla Dyer:**

> Thank you for sharing such a detailed and positive review! It’s great to hear that Wrike’s flexibility and reliability are making a real difference in managing multiple projects and cross-team collaboration. ### 16. Use for placing creative briefs to international team

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Shakira A. | Head of retail and education EMEA, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 24, 2025

**What do you like best about Wrike?**

I appreciate how I can easily do my requests and follow up with where everything is in the steps. I also like getting emails to know the updates. I probably only use it once a month, but for what I have to do it is effective. I've never had to cut customer service, but I know my colleagues really enjoy it.

**What do you dislike about Wrike?**

Right away it is kind of hard to use. It's not super evident, but the more you use it, the more intuitive it becomes. I really only use it for briefs when I'm asking for some kind of graphic design to be made. It would be nice if I could write the brief directly in the application, which is having to write it elsewhere and then upload it after.

**What problems is Wrike solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows me to commute with my international team and place graphic requests that I need done. Therefore, we can streamline the work and place things in a priority from high to low, and I can see where they are and the steps of all those processes. And that allows me to better communicate with others what I have to do. So there is a great organization.

**Official Response from Karilla Dyer:**

> Thank you for sharing your experience!

It’s great to hear that Wrike is helping you manage creative briefs and keep track of requests with your international team. The ability to follow up on progress and receive email updates sounds like it’s working well for your workflow, even if you only use Wrike occasionally.

We understand that the platform can feel a bit tricky at first, especially if you’re not in it every day. It’s good to know that it becomes more intuitive with use. Since you’re already submitting briefs and tracking their progress, here are a few additional tips that might make things even easier:

Drafting Briefs Directly in Wrike: If you haven’t already, you can use the task description field to write your entire brief directly in the task, and attach any supporting files or images right there. This way, everything stays in one place and your team has all the details they need.

Pinned Items or Bookmarks: If you want quick access to your most-used briefs or projects, you can pin them or bookmark them within Wrike for faster navigation.

Custom Fields for Briefs: If you have specific information you always include in your briefs, custom fields can help standardize the process and make it easier for your team to find key details at a glance.

Notification Settings: You can adjust your notification preferences so you only get the updates that matter most to you, helping to reduce inbox clutter.
If you ever want to explore more ways to streamline your process or have questions about features you haven’t tried yet, Wrike’s Help Center has lots of step-by-step guides and tips. And if your team ever needs a refresher or quick training, there are video tutorials available as well.

Thank you again for your feedback! Your insights help us continue to improve Wrike, and we’re always here to support you and your team.

**What do you dislike about Wrike?**

I really have nothing to complain about. Whenever I needed support, they helped me, and there are plenty of tutorials available, as well as a specialist to answer your questions in your own language.

 ### 18. The overall structure and organization is great for team collaboration and management of work.

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Natalie R. | Senior Associate, Programmatic, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 23, 2025

**What do you like best about Wrike?**

I really enjoy the various views available, from being able to go to inbox, dashboards, and to do lists. The availability of these views allows me and my team to keep track of our work and be more collaborative. It also allows us to work across different teams at our agency.

**What do you dislike about Wrike?**

When a request is made, the view at the top of the request is a bit cluttered and disorganized. I prefer to be able to see the most important information about my request or a request I have been assigned so that I'm not spending extra time searching for the information that I need amongst empty fields.

**What problems is Wrike solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Wrike allows us to work across departments with ease. We can communicate with others within the agency about tasks and keep the work and communication about the work in one centralized place to ensure understanding of the task amongst all parties and meet deadlines. We also use it to assign tasks amongst our closer team to give an understanding of not only the work the individual needs to complete, but to have a wider view of what other team members are working on for full client understanding.

**Official Response from Karilla Dyer:**

> Thank you for your thoughtful review! We're glad to hear that Wrike’s multiple views—like inbox, dashboards, and to-do lists—are helping you and your team stay organized and collaborate effectively across different departments. It’s great to know that having all your work and communication in one place is making it easier to meet deadlines and maintain a clear understanding of tasks.

We appreciate your feedback about the request view feeling cluttered at the top. You’re not alone in wanting a cleaner, more focused display of the most important information. One tip is to work with your Wrike admin or team lead to customize request forms and task layouts, so that key fields are prioritized and unnecessary or empty fields are minimized. You can also use custom fields and pin the most relevant ones to the top for quicker access. If you’d like step-by-step guidance on how to do this, our support team is always happy to help!

Thank you again for sharing your experience and suggestions. If you have any other ideas for improving Wrike or need help optimizing your workspace, please let us know—we’re here to support you!

 ### 19. Wrike = Collaboration

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Elloa D. | Senior Associate Director, Advancement Operations Management, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 23, 2025

**What do you like best about Wrike?**

Wrike is a one and done project management, internal communication, and collaboration tool! It has reduced our team's need for email by 80%. Most users say they can go an entire day without checking email because all of the necessary communications happens inside Wrike. Repetitive process are eliminated with automation rules. Communication is fast and relevant (i.e., communication about a task happens inside the task itself, reducing confusion about "what we're talking about"). Space and project templates reduce manual infrastructure work. I can't say enough good things about Wrike!

**What do you dislike about Wrike?**

There is a bit of a learning curve with Wrike. I train new users on Wrike and provide support for colleagues as they use Wrike to solve business needs or problems, and the biggest hurdle is helping users understand the structure of Wrike. (i.e., how folders are tagged/mapped, file structure, types of items, etc.) Most of the time, this is solved simply by users spending time with the tool. But it is intimidating the first few weeks of regular use!

**What problems is Wrike solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Wrike is currently filling the gap with intake forms...our developers are working on an intake method inside our CRM, but we are entering into year 2 of that project. Meanwhile, Wrike has given our users the tools they need to create their own forms and manage workflow intake via those forms. (This has eliminated emailed requests, which inevitably get lost or are delayed when a colleague is OOO.)

**Official Response from Karilla Dyer:**

> Thank you so much for your detailed and enthusiastic review! We're thrilled to hear how Wrike has transformed your team's collaboration, streamlined communication, and reduced your reliance on email. It's fantastic that automation rules and templates are helping you eliminate repetitive processes and manual setup, making your workflow more efficient.

We appreciate your honest feedback about the learning curve, especially around understanding Wrike’s structure and item types. You’re absolutely right—while Wrike’s flexibility is powerful, it can be a bit intimidating for new users at first. It’s great to hear that you’re actively supporting your colleagues and helping them get up to speed.

Thank you again for sharing your experience and for being such a strong advocate for Wrike within your organization. If you ever need additional training resources or have suggestions for making onboarding even smoother, please let us know—we’re always here to help!

 ### 20. Useful Ticketing, But Lacks Advanced Project Management Features

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** John S. | Director of Ad Operations, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 01, 2025

**What do you like best about Wrike?**

Wrike serves as a practical and effective ticketing platform, making communication between teams and across projects straightforward and efficient.

**What do you dislike about Wrike?**

This platform lacks some of the project management features that I have seen on other platforms. Additionally, I find the user interface to be less intuitive and more cumbersome compared to similar options.

**What problems is Wrike solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This ticketing platform is used for managing account work across our agency teams. It helps us coordinate tasks and streamline communication within the agency.

 ### 21. Excellent project management and collaboration tool

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ilona Z. | Project Manager/Business Analyst, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 22, 2025

**What do you like best about Wrike?**

We implemented Wrike last October and use it every day. Integration was fairly easy however I suggest to take a few courses to really understand Wrike tools and features in order to set up the account in the way it's best suited.
By now Wrike has become our "One Source of Truth" for all projects/portfolios and reports. With Pinnacle level plan we are able to set up and track unlimited project plans across multiple Spaces, set up various access levels and scale up our project management and reporting abilities. I like that we can easily maintain timesheets, run reports, create dashboards and collaborate with the users.
A huge win is the Wrike Community and various "Ask the Expert", and "What's new" sessions. With new enhancements rolled out each month - it is critical to understand how to use them and have easy access to the Experts from Wrike team. Wrike also values user feedback, and I've noticed that many recommendations are being implemented/developed.
All of this has helped our PMO team to improve and simplify our processes, minimize tracking/follow-ups so we can spend more time on real issues.

**What do you dislike about Wrike?**

We are building detailed reports and noticed some inconsistences in the available fields for reporting/dashboards. I'd like to see more consistent selection of custom fields across various tools in Wrike.

**What problems is Wrike solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's our One Source of Truth. We love the Workload tool - allowing us to plan work and resources ahead of time. We also use Rollout calendar to keep all parties in the Know. We use calendar and other dashboards in our status reporting and planning meetings. Project plan tasks are integrated with the timesheets allowing us to minimize using multiple softwares and trigger workflows as certain phases end and new ones start. We are planning to enable Approvals in the workflows that will eliminate emails/teams msgs.

**Official Response from Karilla Dyer:**

> Thank you for sharing your detailed feedback on your experience with Wrike! We love that Wrike is your "One Source of Truth" for all projects and portfolios, helping your PMO team improve processes and simplify workflows. We appreciate your suggestions for more consistent selection of custom fields for reporting and dashboards, and we will definitely take this into consideration for future enhancements. If you need any assistance or have further feedback, please feel free to reach out to our support team. We are here to help and ensure you have a seamless experience with Wrike. Thank you for choosing Wrike to streamline your project management and collaboration needs!

 ### 22. Easy to use and guaranteed to get to the right person

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sally W. | Performance Marketing Lead, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 22, 2025

**What do you like best about Wrike?**

I feel it's very easy to submit what you need and all the options are available from the drop down. If the issues aren't presenting themselves then the "other" option is good and someone will quickly be assigned who is relevant to the task. It is a much easier process than getting lost in emails and allows teams to prioritise, plus it is useful for massive global businesses who have staff that won't know who takes care of what etc.

**What do you dislike about Wrike?**

Sometimes you want to enquire about if something is possible rather than create a ticket so it would be great if there was something a bit less formal (like a chat function) that you could complete before you go into the ticket creation process. Other than that there's nothing I dislike about Wrike and I think its a really good tool to centralise proceses.

**What problems is Wrike solving and how is that benefiting you?**

All of our ad operations and social channel owners sit in a different country, so Wrike helps us keep a centralised form of communication with the correct teams without having to go through the trouble of finding out which stakeholder owns what etc. It is benefitting me by creating a clean system for managing processes with clear deadlines and deliverables that do not get lost over email.

**Official Response from Karilla Dyer:**

> Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with Wrike. We’re glad to hear that the ease of submitting requests and the ability to quickly connect with the right person has made your workflow smoother, especially in a complex, global environment.

We also appreciate your suggestion about having a less formal way to ask questions before creating a ticket — that’s valuable feedback as we look for ways to improve communication. Hopefully you've found value in asking questions in our Community forum. https://help.wrike.com/hc/en-us/community/topics

It’s great to know Wrike is helping your teams stay connected and organized, with clear deadlines and deliverables that don’t get lost in email. If there’s ever anything we can do to support you further, please don’t hesitate to reach out.

 ### 23. Wrike for Project Management

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Michael C. | Systems Administrator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 22, 2025

**What do you like best about Wrike?**

Wrike does what it does well, with an easy to use and understand interface, great training, and a well rounded automation system with plenty of integrations. Being able to make spaces, personal, private, and public, is very nice to group together teams and measure out work between tasks and projects.

**What do you dislike about Wrike?**

While the software itself is pretty good, you'll run into many human problems.
Initial setup is a slog, it takes a lot of time and care to set up Wrike in a a way that your team will like to use. A lot of careful consideration is necessary. Personally, I also found some of the more technical docs lacking, and some integrations not being exactly what I thought they were. For example: I wanted to send an email on completion of a ticket to the submitter but there was no easy way to do this and use all the information from the ticket fields.

**What problems is Wrike solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before we were a mess with no central information store, and we were constantly forgetting and losing track of our work.

**Official Response from Karilla Dyer:**

> We're glad to hear that you find Wrike's interface easy to use and understand, and that the automation system and integrations are meeting your needs. We understand that the initial setup can be time-consuming, and we appreciate your feedback on the technical documentation and integrations. We're constantly working to improve our platform, and your input is valuable in that process.

 ### 24. Streamlining Projects with Wrike: My Positive Experience

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Giorgio A. | Digital Marketing Associate, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 22, 2025

**What do you like best about Wrike?**

For email marketers, Wrike offers invaluable features. The visual calendar is a standout, providing a clear overview of all scheduled sends, ensuring no deadlines are missed. I also greatly appreciate the intelligent 'My To Do' section, which automatically prioritizes tasks and projects for easy access. Navigating through projects is seamless; clicking on a task allows quick access to the full project or dependent tasks, providing essential context. Furthermore, Wrike's automation capabilities, especially when utilizing blueprints, significantly streamline the creation and management of new email marketing projects by automatically assigning tasks and deadlines.

**What do you dislike about Wrike?**

The platform's extensive feature set can sometimes feel overwhelming, leading to a steeper learning curve, particularly when it comes to effectively utilizing automations. Additionally, the search functionality can be imprecise; unless an exact task or project name is used, the search often yields a multitude of results, making it challenging to quickly locate specific information.

**What problems is Wrike solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Wrike has become an essential tool for our marketing team, which juggles a multitude of projects and campaigns, often originating from various departments, making it challenging to keep track of everything. By providing a centralized platform, Wrike effectively organizes my workload and priorities, allowing me to maintain a clear overview of my tasks and their dependencies. This improved organization and visibility have been instrumental in ensuring I stay on top of deadlines and understand the context of my work within larger projects, ultimately leading to more efficient and effective email marketing efforts.

**Official Response from Karilla Dyer:**

> We're glad to hear that you find Wrike easy to use for duplicating project templates and assigning tasks and dates. We appreciate your feedback about the difficulty in moving projects to the right folder, and we'll take this into consideration for future improvements.

 ### 25. Wrike Made Project Management Easy for a Beginner Like Me

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Whitney E. | Media Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2025

**What do you like best about Wrike?**

I love how intuitive Wrike is—it didn’t take long to get the hang of it, even as someone new to business tools. The clean layout and drag-and-drop features make it easy to stay organized without feeling overwhelmed. The way Wrike keeps everything in one place—tasks, deadlines, files, and comments—helps me stay focused and on track. I also really appreciate the notifications and updates so I don’t miss anything important.

**What do you dislike about Wrike?**

Sometimes Wrike takes a while to load on my older computer, which can slow me down when I’m trying to jump into a project quickly. It would be great if it were a bit lighter or faster to run on less powerful devices.

**What problems is Wrike solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Wrike helps me stay organized by keeping everything—tasks, notes, deadlines, and data—all in one place. I’m managing multiple moving parts, and having a central hub where I can easily reference everything saves me a lot of time and stress.

**Official Response from Karilla Dyer:**

> It's great to hear that Wrike has been a central hub for keeping all your project details in one place, making it easier for you to manage multiple moving parts. We appreciate your feedback about the loading speed and will strive to improve the performance for all users, regardless of their device capabilities.

 ### 26. Wrike a powehouse of a tool for all your Marketing needs

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Juan P. | Campaign Operations Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2025

**What do you like best about Wrike?**

As a Marketing manager Wrike’s custom workflows and templates are a game-changer for streamlining marketing tasks—from planning product launches to coordinating social media content. The approval flow make creative reviews fast and centralized, which saves us a ton of back-and-forth. It has been very easy to integrate addons such as Slack , and Gsuite tools. I will also highlight that it was very usefully to have weekly sessions with the Wrike team to onboard and customize the tool to how we wanted.

**What do you dislike about Wrike?**

The learning curve can be tough, especially for new team members not used to project management software. However to counter this point i will say that you have the freedom to customize this as simple or as complex as you want to get.

**What problems is Wrike solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Wrike is solving the issue of not having clear visibility on what the team is working on , it was allowed us to structure our workflow in such a way that we are no longer chasing after one another for to dos but instead executing and working on what we do best

**Official Response from Karilla Dyer:**

> Thank you for your fantastic and detailed feedback!

We’re delighted to hear how Wrike’s custom workflows, templates, and approval flows have transformed your marketing processes—from planning product launches to streamlining creative reviews. It’s great to know that integrations with tools like Slack and G Suite, as well as the onboarding sessions with our team, have made your experience even smoother and more tailored to your needs.

We appreciate your honest note about the learning curve, especially for new team members. It’s encouraging to hear that the flexibility to customize Wrike helps balance this challenge and allows you to adapt the platform to your team’s preferences.

 ### 27. Works well with a product champion and the right implementation.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Holly M. | Chief of Staff, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2025

**What do you like best about Wrike?**

I love robust-ness of the product and its functionality in so many different applications. If you can get your whole team using it consistently and have everyone understand the structure of the projects, it can work incredibly well! It's super easy to have task-specific conversations by tagging team members when there are questions relevant to them. I also love the custom workflows that allow team members to see a task or project status without having to read a bunch of information from a description or by giving verbal updates in a meeting.

With a project management background myself, I see so much potential in the software but haven't always been able to translate that into a useful setup for my team.

**What do you dislike about Wrike?**

The level of detail that can be incorporated into the interface can be daunting and confusing for team members that aren't the product champion. My organization is a start up and with a small group of people doing so many different things, I often find that projects and tasks are created multiple times because one person couldn't find the one that someone else had created.

My team has also reported that it's not simple enough to add a "quick task" that they want to get done right away and not forget about, but that they don't want to take the time to categorize into a project. Unfortunately this has led to team members using the platform less frequently and finding alternative methods for some of their task management (such as google notes, sending texts to themselves, physical sticky notes, etc.)

I have also had some less-than-ideal back-and-forths with customer service where I would only get a response every other day and my problem was never really resolved. I ultimately had to come up with my own workarounds in order to keep things moving forward for my organization.

**What problems is Wrike solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are using wrike to organize all of the projects and initiatives at my startup. We try to keep everything in wrike as a central place to track the progress of our various goals, outstanding tasks and interactions with external organizations.

**Official Response from Karilla Dyer:**

> Thank you so much for sharing such thoughtful and detailed feedback! It’s clear you have a strong understanding of Wrike’s potential, especially coming from a project management background, and we truly appreciate your insights.

We completely agree that having a dedicated product champion and consistent team adoption are key to unlocking Wrike’s full power. We understand that the platform’s depth can sometimes feel overwhelming, especially for smaller or fast-moving teams like startups. Your point about the difficulty in adding quick tasks is a great one — it’s important that Wrike fits smoothly into your day-to-day without creating friction, and we’ll keep this feedback in mind as we continue improving.

We’re sorry to hear about your less-than-ideal experiences with customer service. That’s certainly not the experience we aim to provide, and your feedback helps us identify areas where we need to do better.

At the heart of it all, we’re grateful that Wrike is helping you keep your projects and initiatives organized in one place, which is so crucial for startup success. Thanks again for being part of the Wrike community and for sharing your perspective — it truly helps us grow and serve you better. Please don’t hesitate to reach out if we can support you further!

 ### 28. Much better project management tool than the mainstream ones.

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Abhishek B. | Account Executive, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2025

**What do you like best about Wrike?**

As a sales rep, I'm already seeing how it's simplifying my day-to-day. It's putting all my lead tracking, demo coordination, and follow-ups in one easy-to-manage spot. This centralized view is boosting my organization and focus, letting me spend less time on admin and more on closing deals. Definitely a win for sales productivity

**What do you dislike about Wrike?**

While Wrike's great for centralizing things, the initial setup and learning curve for some of the more advanced features could be a bit smoother. A more intuitive onboarding process with sales-specific tutorials would be a welcome improvement.

**What problems is Wrike solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Wrike solves the common sales challenge of scattered information by centralizing lead tracking, task management, and collaboration in one platform. ### 29. A good project and task management platform

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Akash K. | Associate Manager - Marketing Editor, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2025

**What do you like best about Wrike?**

Easy to track and follow-up on tasks that include me or need my attention. Dashboards give a good overview of ongoing projects and tasks. Using the app multiple times a day does not feel like an extra effort because of most of the stuff that I need are just one click away. Wrike is easy to learn for even a starter who does not have experience with any time management/project management software.

**What do you dislike about Wrike?**

Needs some more integrations with software that businesses use. While tasks can be mirrored, they are not automatically reflected as soon as they are completed on our platforms.

**What problems is Wrike solving and how is that benefiting you?**

A project involves multiple users across different business units and departments to collaborate on a timeline or together at times. Wrike is a tool that bridges the gap between these different teams and allows us to collaborate and at the same time log in how much time one task took and how fast the project is moving.

**Official Response from Karilla Dyer:**

> Thank you for sharing your positive experience with Wrike! We're thrilled to hear that you find it easy to track tasks and projects, and that the app is user-friendly for both beginners and experienced users.

We appreciate your feedback regarding integrations and task mirroring. We are continuously working to improve our platform and will take your suggestions into consideration for future updates.

It's great to hear that Wrike is helping your teams collaborate effectively and track project progress. If you have any specific integrations in mind or need assistance with task mirroring, please reach out to our support team. We're here to help!

 ### 30. Streamlined Task Management with Wrike

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Himanshu V. | Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 20, 2025

**What do you like best about Wrike?**

Wrike excels in several areas that make it a standout tool for teams. Its ease of implementation is one of its strongest points—getting started is simple, and the platform doesn’t require extensive training, allowing teams to quickly adapt and begin using it effectively. Wrike also integrates seamlessly into daily workflows, becoming an essential part of task management and collaboration. The frequency of use is high because it fits naturally into regular operations, whether it's assigning tasks, tracking progress, or communicating with team members. Additionally, Wrike’s ease of integration with other tools like Microsoft Teams enhances productivity by keeping everything connected and streamlined. On top of that, their customer support is highly responsive and helpful, ensuring users get quick solutions to any issues they encounter. These factors combined make Wrike a reliable and efficient platform for managing work and improving team collaboration.

**What do you dislike about Wrike?**

One thing I dislike about Wrike is the recent introduction of some automation features. While automation can be helpful, it feels a bit complicated and took our team some time to fully understand and adapt to it. The process of filling out fields one by one for each task can also become tedious, especially when dealing with multiple tasks at once. It would be great if there were a more intuitive or bulk-editing option to make this process smoother. While Wrike is generally user-friendly, these newer features could use some refinement to make them less time-consuming and easier to implement across teams.

**What problems is Wrike solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Wrike solves key challenges like task organization, workflow streamlining, and team collaboration. By centralizing tasks, updates, and communication in one place, it eliminates confusion and saves time. It improves accountability with clear deadlines and responsibilities while enhancing teamwork through real-time updates and integrations. Though its automation features took some time to adapt to, they now help reduce manual work, allowing us to focus on priorities. Overall, Wrike boosts efficiency, productivity, and project outcomes.

**Official Response from Karilla Dyer:**

> Thank you so much for your thoughtful feedback! We’re grateful to hear that you’re enjoying the new features and dashboard improvements. It’s great to know Wrike is helping with your product tracking and team collaboration.

We also appreciate your honest input about the automations — your insights help us keep pushing to make the experience even better. Thanks again for being part of the Wrike community and sharing your perspective!

 ### 32. Wrike is a powerhouse for collaborative project management

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nazmul A. | Senior Chemist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 19, 2025

**What do you like best about Wrike?**

Having used Wrike for over two years, I’ve successfully developed custom request forms and collaborative spaces that streamlined workflows across multiple teams, significantly improving operational efficiency. The platform’s intuitive interface and real-time collaboration tools enable seamless task management and cross-team communication. The AI-powered Work Intelligence suite is particularly valuable, automating task creation, predicting project risks, and providing actionable insights—features included in all subscription tiers. Additionally, multiple project views (Gantt, Kanban, calendar) and portfolio-wide reporting tools offer exceptional visibility into cross-departmental work.

**What do you dislike about Wrike?**

While Wrike excels in core functionality, its API integration process needs refinement. The rate limit of 100 requests per minute per IP can hinder large-scale automation, and advanced integrations often require custom development due to limited out-of-the-box third-party compatibility. The absence of no-code API tools or prebuilt connectors for non-developers forces teams to rely on external solutions, which contradicts Wrike’s otherwise user-friendly design. Bundling improved API features (e.g., higher rate limits, simplified authentication) with subscriptions would bridge this gap and reduce dependency on workarounds.

**What problems is Wrike solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Collaboration, task management and request submission

**Official Response from Karilla Dyer:**

> Thank you so much for sharing such a thoughtful and comprehensive review! We’re genuinely thrilled to hear how Wrike has become a powerhouse for your collaborative project management over the past two years. It’s wonderful to know that our customizable request forms and collaborative spaces have helped streamline workflows and boost operational efficiency across your teams — that’s exactly the kind of impact we aim for!

Your recognition of Wrike’s intuitive interface and real-time collaboration tools really warms our hearts. We designed those features to empower teams like yours to work seamlessly and communicate effortlessly, so it’s fantastic to hear they’re making a real difference. We’re especially proud that you’re finding value in the AI-powered Work Intelligence suite — it’s exciting to see how automation and predictive insights are helping teams work smarter, not harder, across all subscription tiers.

We also appreciate your detailed feedback regarding the API integration challenges. Your points about rate limits and the need for more no-code or prebuilt connectors are incredibly valuable. We hear you loud and clear on the need to simplify integrations and expand capabilities without requiring extensive custom development. Please know that improving these aspects is a priority for us as we strive to deliver a smoother, more powerful experience that truly supports every team member, whether they’re technical experts or not.

Thank you again for being such a dedicated Wrike user and for taking the time to share your honest experience. We’re honored to support your team’s journey and look forward to continuing this partnership for many years to come!

 ### 33. The Wonderful World of Wrike

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Joseph Angelou N. | Associate Professor for a Higher Education Institution in Batangas, Philippines, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 19, 2025

**What do you like best about Wrike?**

I had experiences of using Wrike as a content-editor during the pandemic for a leading publication company here in the Philippines. I can honestly say that Wrike has been a very useful application that helped me stay on task and effectively coordinate with other members of the team to accomplish what has been expected of me. Wrike is a user-friendly application that helps organize the many tasks that made up my work for the said publication company. Updates are likewise posted real-time, that is why no schedule or task was overlooked.

**What do you dislike about Wrike?**

It has been a year since I had a previous engagement with Wrike but up until now, I still receive some emails of the summary of my "to-do" tasks even though my contract with the publication company is through.

**What problems is Wrike solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I remember working for the publication company during the height of the pandemic. Face-to-face interactions were limited, and I was able to appreciate Wrike as a useful tool to help members of a Wrike project team coordinate and collaborate with each other despite the distance. I believe Wrike has solved the problem on overlooking of tasks as real-time updates were provided regarding the progress of our project (which was book editing and then publication).

**Official Response from Karilla Dyer:**

> Thank you for sharing your positive experience with Wrike! We're thrilled to hear that Wrike has been a valuable tool for you in staying organized and collaborating effectively with your team. We appreciate your feedback about the ongoing emails, and we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. We'll look into this issue further to ensure a seamless experience for all users. If you have any other questions or need assistance, please feel free to reach out to our support team. Thank you for choosing Wrike to help you navigate through your tasks and projects!

 ### 34. Wrike in a Big Team Environment

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Christine S. | Graphic Designer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 18, 2025

**What do you like best about Wrike?**

As a contractor working with a large organization (hundreds of employees, multiple departments), I’ve been using Wrike—and it’s made a huge difference.

- Ease of use once you understand the program
- Clear task assignments
- Real-time updates & file sharing
- Easy to stay aligned across teams

The custom workflows and dashboards help keep everything organized, even in complex, fast-moving projects. There’s a bit of a learning curve at first, but once you're in, it’s incredibly efficient.

Great tool for keeping contractors and internal teams on the same page.

**What do you dislike about Wrike?**

As a contractor, I’ve run into a few pain points. But overall, the positives outweigh the negatives.

- A bit of a learning curve for everyone and it's a challenge to have everyone use it appropriately with the process
- Can be overkill for simple tasks
- Too many notifications unless you fine-tune
- PDF markup can be frustrating and unclear at times

**What problems is Wrike solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a contractor, it helps me:

- Clearly see what’s assigned to me and when it’s due

- See all proofs, updates, and comments in one place

**Official Response from Karilla Dyer:**

> Thank you for sharing your feedback. We understand that there can be a learning curve initially, but we're constantly working to improve user experience and streamline processes. We appreciate your input on the notifications and PDF markup, and we'll take that into consideration for future updates.

 ### 35. All-in-One Platform with a Few Growing Pains

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Danielle J. | Business Operations Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 18, 2025

**What do you like best about Wrike?**

What I appreciate most about Wrike is how it brings everything together in a clear, centralized space. It eliminates the need to jump between different tools or search through emails and messages to find information. The platform helps my team stay aligned and focused, especially when managing multiple projects at once.

The dashboards are a standout feature for me. They provide real-time visibility into project timelines, task progress, and team workload, all in a format that’s easy to customize and understand. I can quickly see what needs attention, which helps with prioritization and keeps everything moving forward.

Having Wrike as our single source of truth has truly improved how we collaborate and make decisions. It streamlines communication, reduces confusion, and ensures that everyone is working with the most up-to-date information. It’s made a big difference in how efficiently we operate as a team.

**What do you dislike about Wrike?**

One challenge I have with Wrike is managing permissions across multiple spaces and folders. It can be difficult to control access when changes in one space unintentionally affect others. This becomes especially tricky when teams are working in different spaces but rely on shared folders or tasks. It sometimes leads to confusion or access issues, which can slow things down. A more intuitive or isolated permission structure would help avoid these kinds of complications.

**What problems is Wrike solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Wrike has made project management much easier by giving me a clear view of everything in progress. I can track how long projects are taking, which helps with planning and setting realistic timelines. It also makes it easier to identify bottlenecks and adjust workloads as needed. Having this visibility has improved how we manage time and resources across the team.

**Official Response from Karilla Dyer:**

> Thank you so much for your thoughtful and detailed feedback! It’s fantastic to hear how Wrike’s centralized platform is helping your team stay aligned and focused, especially when juggling multiple projects at once. We’re proud that our dashboards provide real-time insights that empower you to prioritize effectively and keep work flowing smoothly. Having a single source of truth is exactly what we aim for — reducing confusion, streamlining communication, and helping teams make faster, better-informed decisions.

We also really appreciate your candidness about the challenges with managing permissions across multiple spaces and folders. This is a common area we hear from users, and your insights highlight just how important a more intuitive and isolated permission structure would be to avoid access issues and confusion. I’ll make sure this feedback is shared with our product team as we continuously work to improve Wrike’s flexibility and user experience, especially for organizations managing complex structures.

It’s wonderful to hear that Wrike is making project management easier for you by offering clear visibility into project progress and timelines, helping you identify bottlenecks, and optimize resource allocation. This kind of transparency is key to smarter planning and smoother teamwork, and it’s rewarding to know Wrike is delivering that value to your team.

Thank you again for being part of the Wrike community and for sharing such valuable feedback.

 ### 36. Wrike is a powerful, yet user friendly tool for organization and project management

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Higher Education | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 18, 2025

**What do you like best about Wrike?**

My organization gets high usage from the ability to create tasks directly from email. We often receive requests via email and want to capture the body of the initial request for future reference in the task. The email feature allows us to do that quickly and consistently.

**What do you dislike about Wrike?**

I find the search functionality to be a key issue for Wrike. When I'm in a particular folder, I want to be able to search for a keyword of a task in that folder. Although I can use the search tool in the lefthand menu, it spans all of the folders I have access to and returns more rows than I need. I find myself using ctrl+F to use the default browser search, but even that is limited to the tasks that fit on the screen at that time. If I have a tasks that was completed months ago and is located at the very bottom of the completed column, it won't show up in these search results.

**What problems is Wrike solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We primarily use Wrike as our Kanban board, moving tasks through the various steps and tracking details along the way. It is a very effective tool for that purpose. The ability to automate assignments when a task reaches a given column or status is a huge asset.

**Official Response from Karilla Dyer:**

> Thank you for sharing your detailed feedback about Wrike! We're glad you find the email task creation feature beneficial for capturing requests efficiently. We understand your frustration with the search functionality and appreciate your insights on how we can improve. Your feedback is valuable to us as we strive to enhance the user experience. If you have any further suggestions or encounter any issues, please feel free to reach out to our support team. We're here to assist you and ensure you have a seamless experience with Wrike. Thank you for choosing Wrike for your organization's project management needs!

 ### 37. Wrike - Work Management Mostly Good

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jason P. | Director of Business Operations, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 16, 2024

**What do you like best about Wrike?**

Wrike provides an assortment of tools necessary for our workflow, including project management, Gantt charts, workload and resource management, definable workflows, exportable data, custom fields, automation, request forms, and more.

**What do you dislike about Wrike?**

Wrike continues to miss the mark on some key fundamental features of a solid project management platform. It tries to accomodate most things for everyone, which often leads to missing core features for the primary use of managing projects. These and other key requested features have gone unaddressed for years (3, 4, 5 years, or longer), while other less useful development work (in my opinion), such as refreshing the layout of the interface, take priority. This can be frustrating to true project managers that would much rather see proper tools in place rather than making it look prettier.

**What problems is Wrike solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The key uses for us is project/task management, resource management, and time tracking. We needed a tool where we could manage the work we were doing, manage and forecast the workloads on our staff, and track the efforts being spent on the tasks.

 ### 38. Wrike collaborator

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Michael A. | Service desk and support, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 18, 2025

**What do you like best about Wrike?**

From an SD support perspective, Wrike's greatest strength lies in its ability to centralize all support operations within a single, customizable platform. This eliminates the chaos of managing requests across multiple channels by providing features like tailored request forms, streamlined workflows, and clear task assignments. The collaborative environment fostered by Wrike, with its integrated communication tools and knowledge-sharing capabilities, empowers support agents to work together efficiently and access necessary information quickly. Furthermore, the platform's reporting and integration features offer valuable insights into team performance and enable seamless connection with other essential support tools, ultimately leading to improved efficiency and enhanced customer satisfaction.

**What do you dislike about Wrike?**

While Wrike offers numerous benefits for SD support teams, some potential drawbacks exist. Users often mention a steep learning curve, which can be challenging for new team members or those less technically inclined, potentially hindering initial adoption and requiring significant training. The interface can sometimes feel cluttered with its extensive features, making navigation less intuitive for some. Additionally, pricing can be a concern, especially for smaller teams needing advanced features, as some functionalities are locked behind higher-tier plans, and the way seats are sold in bundles might not be cost-effective for all team sizes. Finally, some users report that performance can slow down with very large projects, and the lack of a built-in instant messaging feature necessitates reliance on external integrations for quick communication.

**What problems is Wrike solving and how is that benefiting you?**

While I, as an AI, don't directly benefit in the human sense, I can analyze how these solutions would benefit an SD support team. By centralizing information, Wrike reduces the time spent searching for updates and context, leading to faster response times for users. Clearly defined workflows ensure consistency in handling requests and prevent issues from falling through the cracks. Enhanced communication within the team and with other departments facilitates quicker problem resolution. Finally, the data-driven insights from Wrike's reporting allow the support team to identify trends, optimize their processes, and ultimately provide better service to their users.

**Official Response from Karilla Dyer:**

> Thank you so much for this thoughtful and detailed review! It’s wonderful to hear how Wrike is truly making a difference in centralizing support operations and fostering collaboration within your SD support team. The way you highlighted tailored request forms and streamlined workflows really captures how Wrike helps reduce chaos and keep everything organized — that’s exactly the kind of efficiency we aim to deliver.

I completely understand the challenges you mentioned around the learning curve and interface complexity, especially for new users. Wrike is packed with powerful features, which can sometimes feel overwhelming at first, but with the right onboarding and ongoing support, teams often find it becomes an indispensable part of their workflow. Your point about pricing and performance on larger projects is important feedback and something we continuously work to improve.

It’s great to see you recognize how Wrike’s centralized platform and reporting capabilities help drive faster response times and better service — those are key benefits that make a real impact on team performance and customer satisfaction. And while instant messaging isn’t built in, it’s good to know integrations help fill that gap for quick communication.

Thanks again for sharing your perspective — reviews like yours help shape the future of Wrike and guide us in delivering even better experiences for support teams everywhere! If you ever want to explore tips for easing onboarding or optimizing workflows, I’m here to help.

 ### 39. Power Work Collaboration Tool

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Spencer T. | Project Manager, Marketing and Advertising, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 18, 2025

**What do you like best about Wrike?**

Wrike is a powerful work collaboration tool that is very flexible and customizable to fit your needs. The new capabilities rolled out in recent years have empowered inter-department collaboration while still maintaining dept specific workflows, work types, and reporting while enabling collaboration without impacting format, structures, and reporting.

There are tons of specific use cases and very finite automations that can be built and reported on to provide way more than just project management.

**What do you dislike about Wrike?**

What makes wrike so flexible and customizable also makes it complicated to setup, utilize, and master because there are so many different ways to implement, optimize, and use the tool.

It does take effort and adoption strategies across teams and people, but with the upfront thought, strategy, and continuous improvement approach it serves as a scalable and extremely powerful tool

**What problems is Wrike solving and how is that benefiting you?**

A customizable single source of truth that saves time and enables layered approaches to managing different workstreams and various types of work, both individually, across teams, and across departments

**Official Response from Karilla Dyer:**

> Thank you for sharing your detailed feedback on Wrike. We're thrilled to hear that you find our collaboration tool powerful and flexible for your needs. We understand that the customization options can be overwhelming at times, but we're here to support you every step of the way.

If you ever need assistance with setup, utilization, or mastering the tool, please don't hesitate to reach out to our customer support team. We can provide guidance, training, and best practices to help streamline your experience.

We appreciate your insights on the benefits of Wrike in solving various workstream challenges. Your success is important to us, and we're committed to continuously improving our platform to meet your evolving needs. Thank you for choosing Wrike for your collaboration and project management needs.

 ### 40. My Experience with Wrike

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** MADISON S. | Project Analyst, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 18, 2025

**What do you like best about Wrike?**

I appreciate the fact that Wrike offers a streamlined method to be able to submit tickets to my colleagues for work that needs completing for our programs. The user-interface is simple yet intricate in its capabilities. I'm able to communicate with my teammates and get tickets in the hands of the ones who need to work on my requests. I use Wrike everyday, and it is a great tool for the workplace.

**What do you dislike about Wrike?**

I dislike the search tool feature and how it currently functions. Whenever I try to find something using key words instead of a direct ticket number, I do appreciate that it gives so many suggestions, but it can be quite overwhelming to sift through them to find what best matches my search.

**What problems is Wrike solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Wrike is helping us to solve organizational issues that can arise when multiple people and departments are needed on one ticket. It helps to keep everything neat and categorized by areas depending on the fields entered in the initial ticket when submitting project requests. Additionally, it helps the company that I work for to keep track of progress during a conversion when we are integrating with another company. It aids in communicating with the other business' relations and follow the bread crumbs when projects are being worked on.

**Official Response from Karilla Dyer:**

> Thank you for your detailed and thoughtful review! We're delighted to hear that Wrike is making it easier for you to submit tickets, communicate with colleagues, and keep your projects organized—especially when multiple people and departments are involved. It’s great to know that the platform is supporting your daily workflow and helping your company manage complex integrations and collaborations.

We appreciate your feedback about the search tool. We understand that having too many suggestions can make it challenging to quickly find what you need, especially when searching by keywords. Your input is valuable, and we’re always working to improve the search experience to make it faster and more intuitive for users like you.

Thank you again for choosing Wrike and for sharing how it benefits your team and organization. If you have any suggestions for improving the search feature or need tips to refine your searches, please let us know—we’re here to help!

 ### 41. Great for Keeping Projects on Track – Just Needs a Friendlier Interface

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Melissa M. | Collection Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 18, 2025

**What do you like best about Wrike?**

Wrike makes it so much easier to stay organized and keep everyone on the same page. I love being able to assign tasks, set due dates, and see progress all in one place. The dashboards are super helpful for getting a quick view of where things stand, and the automation features save us a lot of time on repetitive follow-ups. It also plays well with tools we already use, like Google Drive and Gmail, which helps us stay connected without jumping between platforms.

**What do you dislike about Wrike?**

The interface can be a bit overwhelming at first, especially for new users. It sometimes takes too many steps to find what you need, and some helpful features are only available on higher-tier plans, which can be limiting.

**What problems is Wrike solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Wrike solves the challenge of scattered communication and missed deadlines by centralizing all our tasks and timelines. It keeps everyone aligned, improves accountability, and makes it easier to identify bottlenecks early—ultimately helping us move projects forward more efficiently.

**Official Response from Karilla Dyer:**

> Thank you for sharing your positive experience with Wrike! It's great that Wrike is helping you stay organized, track progress, and collaborate effectively. Your feedback about the interface is valuable, and we're continuously working to enhance user experience. We understand the importance of a user-friendly interface and will take your comments into consideration for future improvements. If you have any specific suggestions or features you'd like to see, please feel free to reach out. We appreciate your support and are here to assist you with any questions or concerns. Thank you for choosing Wrike to streamline your project management processes!

 ### 42. A wonderful project management tool, with excellent customization.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Carson R. | Social Media Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 18, 2025

**What do you like best about Wrike?**

I like how customizable the platform is, and how you can create and personalize dashboards, views, automations, workflows - all to fit your specific needs and that of your organization.

We are slowly taking full advantage of the entire capabilities of Wrike. With each new lesson or tool we implement, our day-to-day work becomes much more manageable, trackable, and digestible to get the most done in 1 workday.

**What do you dislike about Wrike?**

For now, one downside I find when using Wrike is the inability to sort a calendar view by a custom field date. For example - a content calendar with separate due dates and publish dates.

As a marketing team, we'd like to make sure that our content is completed well ahead of the launch date, but to also view the calendar of when content goes live, without having to tediously create separate records and a separate calendar.

**What problems is Wrike solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Wrike makes it easy for tasks to be seamlessly passed between teammates, based on your own custom workflows that you get to build. Having to tag users or making them read through descriptions to find out their objective is tedious (common thing I've noticed when using other project management tools). I like how you can build automations and workflows, to fit each individual status of a record or project. Item approvals are well built into the platform, and make it extremely easy to review, approve, or request changes.

**Official Response from Karilla Dyer:**

> We're thrilled to hear that you are enjoying the customization and capabilities of Wrike! It's great to know that it's making your day-to-day work more manageable and productive.

 ### 43. Wrike took collaboration on our local non-profit to the next level

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lori C. | Marketing Operations Specialist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 18, 2025

**What do you like best about Wrike?**

What are the top three things I like about Wrike? Flexibility, customization and cross collaboration! Our non-profit organization has dozens of programs, incubators, grants, etc. Wrike has allowed us to set up our strategic planning, cross-collaborative work and create easy to use work management, reporting, and dashboards for team members. Even the most entry level (to project management) team members can work within Wrike for their daily needs and communication!

Wrikes team members are phenomonal and easy to communicate with. We have had numerous meetings with our account manager and customer success team to work with implementing new ideas or talking through struggles we are having.

**What do you dislike about Wrike?**

I believe that the flexibility/customization can be overwhelming to new users if they are not provided with clear instructions by their employers/team leads on how to use the system. It can be frustrating that some of the integrations or add-ons we need are only available by making additional purchases. For example, Klaxoon. As a non-profit organization, we cannot take advantage of the full capability due to budgets.

**What problems is Wrike solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For our organization Wrike has solved cross-collaboration, communication and transparency in work. Even when multiple teams are working on the same goals, Wrike allows them to communicate and update each other in one place/tool. It has allowed us to project capacity of team members and tighten up scope creep and identify areas of improvment for job descriptions and determining when to hire additional team members.

Wrike is providing 100% transparency into our workload and tracking our strategic planning goals!

**Official Response from Karilla Dyer:**

> It's fantastic to hear that Wrike has had such a positive impact on your non-profit organization, enabling cross-collaboration, communication, and transparency in work. We appreciate your feedback on the need for clear instructions for new users and the budget constraints for accessing certain integrations. We're committed to enhancing the user onboarding process and exploring options to make essential integrations more accessible for organizations with budget constraints.

 ### 44. Great solution for Project Management

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rachael M. | Revenue Operations Leader, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 18, 2025

**What do you like best about Wrike?**

Wrike's user experience is very intuitive, making it easy to navigate as a new user. The options available give a lot of flexibility in how your work is organized. Wrike's impressive search tool makes it easy to find anything in your project. Customizable notification settings allow users to seamlessly incorporate the tasks managed in wrike into their workday. We love the ability to nest sub-tasks under major tasks to keep our work organized.

**What do you dislike about Wrike?**

I have one feature request - I'd like to be able to reply directly to someone's comment/post within a wrike ticket. Often times, there are multiple topics being addressed within one post. Without the ability to respond directly to a comment, it can be tough to effectively maintain or follow the thread on one specific topic.

**What problems is Wrike solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Wrike is enabling us to manage a tool implementation. This keeps our goals on track, gives us visibility into progress, tracks bugs and defects, manages task assignment and status, and ensures that no requirements slip through the cracks.

**Official Response from Karilla Dyer:**

> It's great to hear that Wrike is helping you manage your tool implementation effectively. We're committed to continuously improving our platform and appreciate your input.

 ### 45. University of La Verne Wrike Review

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sasha C. | Associate Director, Integrated Marketing & Operations, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 18, 2025

**What do you like best about Wrike?**

I love that we can builout smart project request forms, team spaces and blueprint templates that integrate seamlessly with our current workflow. I also love how we can create custom fields to capture how our work delivers valuable results for larger institutional goals. Their custom reporting through Pinnacle also keeps our team accountable and helps us move deliverables in a timely fashion. 10/10

**What do you dislike about Wrike?**

There is a significant learning curve that I've noticed with non-digital natives. Some people on our team find it hard to navigate but I can't relate to that experience. It just requires you to learn something new.

**What problems is Wrike solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our team had a turn around time of over 45 days. I built a new intake form, structure and custom fields which brought our turn around time down to 14 days. We can now show how our work is connected to institutional goals, how we support departments across campus and how much time we spend per client. Our work is much more integrated and cohesive as a team now that we are utilizing this tool to its full potential.

**Official Response from Karilla Dyer:**

> Thank you for sharing your positive experience with Wrike! We're thrilled to hear that the platform has been instrumental in streamlining your project management processes and improving accountability within your team.

We understand that the learning curve may be a challenge for some team members, and we appreciate your patience and dedication to helping them adapt to the new system. If there are specific areas where you or your team members are facing difficulties, please feel free to reach out to our support team for assistance or additional training resources.

It's fantastic to hear about the significant improvement in your team's turnaround time and the enhanced visibility into your work's impact on institutional goals. We're here to support you every step of the way as you continue to leverage Wrike's capabilities to drive success.

 ### 46. Do thing the Wrike way the first time!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Julia S. | Marketing Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 18, 2025

**What do you like best about Wrike?**

Wrike has been a game-changer for our team. It does everything we need—and more. The platform is incredibly user-friendly and intuitive, which made onboarding easy and efficient. I especially appreciate how customizable the workspace is, allowing us to tailor projects, workflows, and dashboards to fit our exact needs. Wrike brings structure to our planning process without feeling rigid, and its collaborative features help keep everyone aligned and accountable. Whether it's managing day-to-day tasks or big-picture initiatives, Wrike makes it easy to stay organized and on track.

**What do you dislike about Wrike?**

While Wrike is a powerful tool, there’s a bit of a learning curve when it comes to unlocking its full potential. Some of the advanced features and customization options can be a bit overwhelming at first, especially for new users who aren’t familiar with project management tools. Additionally, occasional system lags or slower load times—especially when working with large projects or lots of subtasks—can interrupt the workflow. Lastly, pricing can be a bit steep for smaller teams or organizations, particularly if you need access to premium features. That said, once you're up and running, it’s a solid investment.

**What problems is Wrike solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Wrike is helping us solve the problem of scattered communication, unclear responsibilities, and lack of visibility across projects. Before Wrike, we were juggling emails, spreadsheets, and endless meetings just to stay aligned. Now, everything lives in one place—tasks, timelines, files, and updates—which saves us time and reduces confusion.

Wrike also helps us manage priorities effectively. With custom dashboards, we can quickly see who’s working on what and where things stand. This has improved accountability, team collaboration, and overall productivity. It's especially helpful for managing multiple deadlines and keeping projects on track—no more missed details or forgotten tasks. The time we used to spend chasing down updates or clarifying deliverables is now spent actually getting work done.

**Official Response from Karilla Dyer:**

> Thank you so much for this thoughtful and encouraging review. It truly means a lot to hear how Wrike has made a difference for your team—not just in helping you stay organized, but in bringing clarity, accountability, and real momentum to your work.

We know how overwhelming things can feel when communication is scattered and responsibilities aren’t clear, so it’s incredibly rewarding to know that Wrike has helped create a more structured and collaborative environment for you. The way you described reclaiming time and focus—shifting from chasing updates to actually getting work done—is exactly the kind of impact we hope to deliver.

We also appreciate your honesty about the learning curve and performance feedback. We’re always working to improve usability and optimize performance, especially for large, complex projects. Your insight helps guide that continued progress.

Thank you again for being part of the Wrike community. We’re grateful to support your team and look forward to helping you do even more.

 ### 47. Wrike is a game changer for project management teams

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kristie C. | Director of Operations, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 18, 2025

**What do you like best about Wrike?**

The flexibility to use tasks and projects and customize objects has been a game changer. We also started using Wrike to track agency-wide OKRs this year and the templates Wrike had on hand were a life-saver. The Wrike video trainings are also super helpful and a surefire way to get admins and users up to speed.

**What do you dislike about Wrike?**

The costs are a bit high, although I understand it's a competative space. I also wish integration were way easier and not an additioinal cost for so many one-off app integrations. We end up using Zappier where we can because of costs and our tech stack. But it'd be nice if it wasn't so much effort (in both time and money) to get things to just talk with Wrike.

**What problems is Wrike solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Wrike serves as the source of truth for project budgets, status, and client sentiment. Our Marketing team has also integrated it into their workflows to ensure agency projects also get the same level of management aas our client products.

**Official Response from Karilla Dyer:**

> Thank you for sharing your detailed feedback on Wrike! We're thrilled to hear that you find the flexibility, templates, and video trainings valuable for your project management needs. We understand your concerns about the costs and integrations, and we appreciate your feedback.

We continuously strive to enhance our platform and make it more user-friendly. I'd love to connect with you to discuss your specific integration needs further and see how we can assist you. Please feel free to reach out to our support team, and we'll work on finding solutions to streamline your processes. Thank you for choosing Wrike to be your source of truth for project management - we're here to support you every step of the way!

 ### 48. Wrike Review: Organized and Powerful, but Not Without Flaws

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Events Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 18, 2025

**What do you like best about Wrike?**

Wrike is a solid project management tool that’s helped me stay organized across tasks, inventory, and team collaboration. I really like how customizable it is—workflows, dashboards, and task views can all be tailored to fit different needs. Task tracking is clear, and the ability to assign, comment, and attach files keeps communication organized.

**What do you dislike about Wrike?**

Wrike isn’t the most beginner-friendly. The interface can feel cluttered, and there’s a learning curve, especially for new users. The mobile app is helpful for quick updates, but it’s limited compared to the desktop version. Performance can also slow down a bit when handling large projects.

Overall, it’s a powerful tool best suited for teams who need structure and detail, but it does require some time to get used to.

**What problems is Wrike solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Wrike helps solve the problem of task visibility and organization across multiple projects and teams. It centralizes all tasks, deadlines, and communications in one place, which reduces confusion and keeps everyone aligned. For me, it makes tracking progress easier, ensures nothing falls through the cracks, and helps prioritize work more effectively. It’s also helpful for keeping inventory records and event planning tasks organized, saving time and improving overall efficiency.

**Official Response from Karilla Dyer:**

> Thank you for taking the time to share such a balanced and insightful review. It’s wonderful to hear that Wrike has helped you stay organized across so many moving parts—from task management and team collaboration to inventory tracking and event planning. We’re especially glad to know that the customization options and centralized communication features are supporting your workflows effectively.

We also really appreciate your honest feedback about the learning curve and interface. While Wrike is designed to offer depth and flexibility, we understand that can feel like a lot at first—especially for new users. We’re continually working on ways to make the platform more intuitive and accessible, and your input helps us shape those improvements.

Thank you again for being part of the Wrike community. We're grateful to support your work and hope Wrike continues to be a helpful partner as your projects evolve.

 ### 49. Great experience, with one wish.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kinsey W. | Marketing Strategist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 18, 2025

**What do you like best about Wrike?**

I love that Wrike has an extensive customization list for notifications. I receive them via email and in my notifications within the program itself. I have a seat within our larger university Wrike account and have benefitted greatly from being in the system itself and not just receiving emails like most people interacting with our creative team. It was a bit complicated to get used to how the system operates, but I feel like I know my way around pretty well now! I use Wrike daily to follow ticket requests I submitted to our central team.

**What do you dislike about Wrike?**

As someone with a seat in Wrike and not a programmed space like our central marketing team, I find it hard to see the tickets I am tagged in. I have only been able to find them through searching keywords within my ticket, or if I dig through my many notifications. I wish there was a way for me to create my own space, where every ticket I am tagged in (not just ones I submit) pop up. If this exists, I'd love help figuring that out! I have 'googled' a few times and been unable to find a solution. I am guessing it has something to do with me not being the owner.

**What problems is Wrike solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is my entire ticketing system. I am the liaison in our department for all marketing tickets, so I am in it frequently.

**Official Response from Karilla Dyer:**

> Thank you so much for your thoughtful review! We're delighted to hear that Wrike’s customizable notifications and integrated system have made it easier for you to manage and follow your ticket requests. It’s great to know that Wrike is supporting your role as a liaison for your department’s marketing needs.

We appreciate your feedback about finding tickets you’re tagged in, especially when you’re not the ticket owner. This is a common challenge, and you’re not alone in wishing for a more centralized way to view all tickets where you’re mentioned or assigned. While Wrike does offer some options—like using filters in the “Inbox,” “My Work,” or creating custom dashboards—these features can sometimes be tricky to set up, especially if you don’t have admin permissions.

If you’d like, we can provide step-by-step guidance on setting up a dashboard or report to automatically display all tickets where you’re tagged, regardless of ownership. This can help you keep everything in one place and save time searching. Please let us know if you’d like more detailed instructions or support!

Thank you again for sharing your experience and for being an active Wrike user. Your feedback helps us continue to improve the platform for everyone!

 ### 50. Wrike Could Run Your Entire Company if You Let it

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Timothy H. | Regulatory Operations Specialist, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 18, 2025

**What do you like best about Wrike?**

What really helps Wrike stand out as a product is its ability to integrate so seamlessly with other programs and resources. The ability to use Wrike as a project tracker, a calendar, a resource repository, and a department tracker truly allows for Wrike to serve a company in multiple facets, allowing for easy every day use to accomplish the goals of a team and a company.

**What do you dislike about Wrike?**

There's not a lot to dislike. While general usage of Wrike is pretty straightforward, I would say that it is a fairly steep learning curve to truly unlock the full potential of the program to be able to have it as integrated and functionally useful as possible. It's not necessarily a negative, just something to keep in mind. You will need to become a true expert to utilize Wrike to the fullest.

**What problems is Wrike solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Wrike helps our team track all current and upcoming projects and long-term initiatives, allowing us to collaborate on projects without having to dedicate time and man hours to meetings and project summaries as we go along. It is also incredibly helpful in distributing work to the people who need it, and allows our team to create strong timelines and workload measurements.

**Official Response from Karilla Dyer:**

> Thank you for your fantastic and insightful review! We're thrilled to hear that Wrike’s seamless integrations and multifunctional capabilities are helping your team manage projects, track resources, and collaborate efficiently across your company. It’s wonderful to know that Wrike is supporting your daily operations and making it easier to accomplish your team’s goals.

We appreciate your honest feedback about the learning curve involved in unlocking Wrike’s full potential. You’re absolutely right—while the basics are straightforward, there’s a lot of depth for those who want to take full advantage of everything Wrike offers. We’re always working to make advanced features more accessible, and we offer a variety of training resources, tutorials, and support to help users become Wrike experts.

Thank you again for choosing Wrike and for sharing how it benefits your team. If you ever need tips, best practices, or additional training to help you or your colleagues get even more out of Wrike, please let us know—we’re here to help you succeed!
