"Doing things the Wrike way"

What do you like best about Wrike?

I like that we are able to keep any and all aspects of our business in one space. It allows cross team collaboration on anything that we are doing. It allows our team to keep track of what they need to do, and gives insights to management and executives an over view of what is happening on their teams. We have found efficiency by moving to Wrike, making it our single source of truth, our team no longer wastes time looking for tasks, documents, communications, and are able to get more done then before. What do you dislike about Wrike?

So far, the way that we use Wrike, we have not found anything wrong with Wrike. Whenever we want something to change, we submit a suggestion and fairly quickly Wrike implements the change that we have requested. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Wrike:

You do not know what you are missing till you start using Wrike. We have not yet found something that Wrike cannot do for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Wrike solving and how is that benefiting you?

We have solved workflow problems. Prior to Wrike, we operated primarily out of Email. We found that sometimes as a document would get passed around, someone would make a change and then pass it forward, and then two people would make a change and pass it forward, losing some the work done of one. Working within Wrike we now know exactly where the process is, locking the document while editing, we never lose out on the creations from our team.

We enhance communication. With a rule of no internal emails. tasks that team members need from others is kept in one place, and communication for that task is kept in one spot. No more searching for the most recent email.

Up dating living documents. With what we do we have a few dozen documents for clients and staff that needs to be updated on a regular basis. We used to try and keep track of this in a spreadsheet, which became impossible as we grew. Moving this process to Wrike, we were able to track, remind, and update the documents when we needed with minimal effort from our team to go through a spreadsheet.
