"Easy-to-Navigate UI with Responsive Performance and Strong Integrations"

What do you like best about Wrike?

As part of Cigna, I’ve been using Wrike for the last 8 months. It was a very new software for me at first, but I really like the UI design and find it very easy to navigate.

One improvement I’d suggest is in the Gantt Chart: I’d like dependencies to be easier to create, because sometimes I run into issues when connecting one dependency to another.

I also appreciate that it already offers integrations with multiple enterprise software tools, which reduces a lot of manual work. I’ve found it to be responsive in both the Windows application and the web version.

It’s also much cheaper than other software, for example Smartsheet, which saves a lot of money for the organization. As an admin, I’ve onboarded multiple users and found it very easy to provide KT to new users. From my own experience, I was also new to the application, and it was still easy to utilize the functionality.

Cigna AI has not been enabled yet, but I’ve tried a few functions as a beta tester. Summarizing and automating workflows felt much smoother compared to other competitive applications in the market. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Wrike?

I’d like the Gantt chart UI to be improved. When I create dependencies, sometimes it’s hard to track the dependency path because the lines overlap and get superimposed on each other. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Wrike solving and how is that benefiting you?

Within the project management project, its dashboard creation capability makes a lot of work easier. Since it is a very low-code based application, it is also easy to learn, even for someone who does not have a technical background. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
