What do you like best about Wrenly.ai?

I love that everything is easily integrated and shown through Slack. Creating ease for our team as this is our main way of communication. We love the incoming feedback questions that change weekly, the ability to recognize anyone within seconds, and that this tool can provide the ability to remain anonymous if they feel it is needed to share information with us. What do you dislike about Wrenly.ai?

There really isn't anything I dislike. Any time I have suggestions or need assistance the team jumps in immediately to assist. If there was ever an issue it is reviewed immediately. The team here is AMAZING! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Wrenly.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before this the only time we obtained feedback was from manager one on ones (which aren't often) or by HR calls that also were not often. This changed the game overnight!!

It boosted our company culture, increased the opportunity to provide appreciation, and real time information sharing (suggestion box or pulse surveys) without a concern of retaliation if the information, issue, or recommendation is not an easy one to share. It also helps provide great monthly reports to look at the people data differently. Very helpful as you didn't know it was necessary until you have it! The leadership loves seeing how the team is doing, the connections made by recognizing each other and the value we can show how we appreciate them. It's great to see any concerns in real time as well as being able to address them right away. The tool allows us to communicate with them even though they are anonymous and to see we care and want to make positive changes immediately. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
