I like the speed of operation. I can source 10x faster than traditional or comparable tools, and source, outreach, and close new hires faster than was ever possible. Pulling live data from our ATS and having agents put it in our desired format is a big time saver. I like the tight feedback loop with the founding team to build out new products and features. The built-in agents can access context from our own tools like Notion, Slack, and call recorders, so we can have more accurate searches running in parallel.
